They butchered our 30+ year-old cherry tree. I asked them to prune to reduce the risk it would split in a wind storm. The arborist said that meant bringing the side branches in toward the trunk. Instead they barely touched the sides, which means it’s still vulnerable to wind. And they lopped off more than 11 feet off the top, which their arborist said will threaten the whole tree. The arborist also asked if I wanted to keep the lower branches so we could reach the cherries. Instead they cleared away almost all lower branches. It is NOT reliable.
Always let me know when they are coming and always come on time. A discount for paying upfront for the years service has saved me money. I have a LOT Of trees and caring for them is a big investment, but feels worth it. Ive been with this company for years and they have done a good job for us.
Reliable Tree Care provided informed and timely service - from feeding/fertilizing and pruning, to tree removal. Their bids were fair, and they were willing to reduce or divide/delay a job if the cost seemed high. I dealt with Clint or Alex most often, and they and other staff persons could identify issues going on with particular trees and were realistic about treatment outcomes. A couple of trees which seemed compromised were brought back to normal growth/health with the oversight of Reliable. I highly recommend this firm - because they really do care about the importance and health of trees.
We have many large pine trees in our yard, 45+years old. We trust and rely on Reliable Tree to keep our trees alive (spraying for bugs and deep root feedings). They were also able to come out and give advise a few years ago after my Blue Atlas Cedar was attacked by woodpeckers, havent had any problems since. Thanks Team
Reliable Tree Care has been treating my trees for insects for many years. They do a great job and always Guarantee their services.
If I’ve got an actual tree or pest dilemma, there is no other company I would trust more to be knowledgeable and professional. The arborists are really well trained and I have been very happy with the pruning they have done as well as the information I’ve received about exotic pests that I find from year to year. Utah definitely has tricky seasons and unreliable weather and that really affects the pests and the different problems our plants have from year to year and I feel like reliable has never steered me wrong.if you want good professional trimming, pruning, removal of your biggest investment trees, or if you need actual answers to difficult problems, this is the company.
Highly professional and expert tree care. They expertly pruned my trees, taking the time to improve the health and stability of the tree, not like a quick hack job like you might get from others.
Great place! Great people!
We were having trouble with two of our trees whose roots were wreaking havoc in the neighbors yard. I called reliable and they came out quickly and were able to tell me all about my trees and give me advice on how to solve the problem. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Reliable tree care saved several of my trees and has kept my whole yard of trees healthy and beautiful.
Excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. They also clean up where the trees have been trimmed.
Happy with the responsiveness and customer service I’ve received. I will use them again!
My beautiful oak tree had powdery mildew. I called Reliable Tree to come spray. It took 3 months and about 5 phone calls before they finally came to do it. They recommended that we have it sprayed again in the Spring. I called them in March to set up an appointment. I was told that if I paid my $64 in advance, they could come more quickly. I paid it, and got the charge of $964 on my credit card. It took about 10 days to get my money back, and now they wont return my phone calls. I have left 4 messages, asking specifically by name.I dont recommend them. Their service leaves a LOT to be desired!
Terrible, incomplete work, multiple missed service windows coupled with abhorrent follow up. 2+ months in and gave up trying to work with them. Called another company and had the work completed in a week.
My mom grows and sell plants and produce from her yard. She asked the arbor to have the sprayer knock on her door so she would be there at the time of the spraying. She stressed many times that she needed to cover up plants she didnt want exposed to the spray. He didnt want to write knock on door first on the paper but after about 10 times of emphasizing the importance of doing so he finally did. She was home the day of the spaying but didnt know he was there until she found the bill on her front door. She found no evidence on or around the tree that it had been sprayed. All she wanted to do was cover up any plants under the tree that she didnt want chemicals on. She called the company to ask why the instructions hadnt been followed and the only comment they gave was how the company dose a good job and cares. They told her they have gps on all their trucks and monitors the chemical levels on their trucks so they know their sprayer did his job. Legal aid says it is still up to her to prove the tree was sprayed. She cant do this obviously, so she must pay the bill even though they did not hold up their end of the contract and contaminated her plants she wanted to cover up. So why am I writing this? If you hire this company make sure you write in extreme detail exactly what you want on the contract (DO NOT take their word they will do it and you dont need to put it on the contract). My mom should have written: Sprayer must knock on door and make sure i am present during the spraying, no exceptions. If I am not present during the spraying I will not pay the bill. If you dont do this and they do something wrong you will have to prove they did and you cant if your not there to see it. I gave them 1 star because the most important part of a company is one that shows they care about their customers and this company only speaks it.
Great service.I have had trees sprayed and my house sprayed by these guys. They show up on time and are very clean in my house.I was so impressed with their knowledge about trees and how to maintain them better.I would recommend these guys to any body.
Saw large flowering pear tree getting dead branches near the top. My husband had sprayed until the tree got too large, then got negligent. Call Reliable and they came and operated on the tree, cutting out all the dead areas and sterilizing the equipment between ever cut to avoid spreading disease. They then inoculated the tree at the ground level. They have sprayed the each of the last two years. Now our trees are looking good. Would definitely be sad if I had lost my three shade trees. Thank you Reliable Tree Care!
