I had a great experience.Johnny was a great driver.My tire blew out on the highway.My phone was about to die, I quickly told him my location and he showed up 10 minutes later.He helped me find a tire shop and allowed me to use his phone.Amazing service overall!

Had a pretty good experience with them; the driver was pretty prompt in getting to me. He was at my place within a half hour (live near the Murray area.) I live in an apartment complex but he was able to find me pretty fast, I was standing out-side waiting for him, took me up to my mechanic was friendly and talkative. They charged me $75.00, I gave him a $10.00 tip.

I work with towing companies on a daily basis as an insurance agent. My client had his vehicle towed to their office and they were unwilling to allow him to have access to his vehicle to get his things. This is not law, this is just their policy. Frustrating to say the least. They did not work with us on this at all. Not impressed. Needless to say I will be making sure my clients are towed to other shops so we dont have to deal with this again.

Ultimate scam!! When you call the number on their business card to their lot they answer by Glens Polish and Paint! Not AL towing. Better yet their address they provide directs you to a Murray address that doesnt even exist! They have one of the highest rates per day by at least $15! Plus they dont even have a legitimate website just a Facebook page that they provide a supposed website that is shutdown! And this is the tow company that is backed from the state!??! How can you have a rating with the Bbb and not have an actual website?! Its a conspiracy. Your guess is better than mine! And to make things even worse, their supposed secured lot managed to have a homeless drug addict break into my car and spend the night leaving drug paraphernalia in there for me to find among other gross items and my car reeked of body odor for days! Total nightmare from hell! I wish the worst upon this place! Too bad I cant give this zero stars because it definitely doesnt deserve one!

A week ago I was rear ended by a drunk driver and when they towed my car the tow truck driver said theyd be happy to crack my trunk open so I could get my things after the insurance adjuster was done. My insurance adjuster finished yesterday and told me to go crack open my trunk and get my things before it was towed to Ogden, but in order to get to the AL tow yard in time I had to leave work early. When 3 got there I spoke to a terrible woman named Shawn and she refused to let me get my stuff out of my car. My adjuster called her told her to let me crack open the trunk and she wouldnt allow us to, she was so rude and absolutely absurd. The guy who towed my car told her that we could crack the trunk open to get my things now that the adjuster was done, my car was released to the insurance and she STILL wouldnt allow us to. So now I have to take a full day off of work AGAIN and drive to Ogden to crack my trunk open when its completely unnecessary and this lady just wanted to be difficult. I recommend using a different towing company to avoid unnecessary days off of work and ignorant people if your car has been in an accident. The last thing you need in a time like this is encounters with someone like this lady after your life has been destroyed.

These guys came out to tow my sons car When the driver showed up he was very professional very helpful I would make Recommend AL towing To anyone who wants fast reliable service at a great price thanks Tracy you did a great job

This company sucks. If its up to me to give stars, I will give them a middle fimger. The fat lady worked there charged every penny even the days they are closed. I went there to get my car and the fee went up more and more, and no wonder she looked like an elephant. They closed Saturday so they can add more charges to your bill and thats how they make money. They charged so much and all the money they collected went right to this ladys fat tummy, but their building looked so disgusting and stinking. I hope they will do something about their office building and stop ripping people off. If this company has your car, get it out soon or your whole pay check will go straight to their pockets.

One star is too high of a rating for people who want to take as much as they can from you

If you’re a police officer, please dont call this company! They keep making excuses of why they cant give you the car even after meeting their conditions. My friend is deployed and they made it impossible for his brother to get the car back.

Worst company ever! Damaged my vehicle and would not repair the damaged part with a factory replacement. Instead offered a junk yard part and rattle can to match the color of the vehicle.
