I worked with Cambria (April) for almost 4 years while they have managed my condo. 2 of those 4 years I served on the HOA board for my community. They have grown in so many ways. They have improved at adapting to difficult situations, response time, knowledge, and their new owner really gives you his best efforts at everything. We were not easy on them and they rose to the occasion. I think there is a learning curve with anyone in this field but if you give them a chance, they will give you their best.
Im happy with Cambria Property Management I move in to my condominium in 1/2020! at Mount Olympus Garden I had have all the help an assistant that I need it been a new neighbor with their wonderful staff they are always ready to answer any questions an provide exceptional customer service I will recommend Cambria for any future business Great people, Great services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The worst. When we moved in our shower wouldnt drain and I submitted multiple maintenance requests for them to fix it. It got to the point that our shower would take 8 hours to drain. Obviously it would get stagnant and was a health hazard. Their office manager kept assuring me that they were working on it. I desperately pleaded with her to help us get it fixed and asked her if she would like to come home and stand in ankle deep stagnant water everyday. She did nothing but laugh at me for being so upset. We ended up having to shower at the gym for a week. They only sent a plumber out to fix it after I threatened to file a health complaint with the city for uninhabitable conditions, and put my rent into escrow until the problem was fixed. Sure enough, they sent a plumber out the next day. The plumber determined that the pipe had decades worth of build up and would only need to be cleaned...easy fix. He quickly cleaned it, everything then worked great. It only took Cambria Property Management three months to fix our problem. If you are considering renting from them RUN AWAY! People like to throw around the term slumlord a lot when things dont go their way, but Cambria Property Management is the definition of it. They also screwed us on our deposit return. We took great care of the rental unit and thoroughly cleaned it when we left. They kept over $500 for frivolously things that didnt even make sense. If we hadnt moved out of state, I would be beating down their door requesting where the money is at. If you do decide to rent one of their terrible properties, take pictures of every square inch and document everything! If you are a current or future renter...Im sorry, my thoughts are with you. I have rented long term (3+ years) from four different property management companies in multiple states, Cambria is the worst that I have come across. We were so happy to move out when our one year lease was up, there was no way we were going to renew.
Ive worked with Cambria on a couple of projects over the years. Even though theyve grown a lot you still get the benefits of a small family owned local business. Scott focuses on customer service making sure someone is always available to take your calls and meet with you if needed. I had the pleasure of working with April on my last project and really enjoyed getting to know her. She does a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Cambria.
I recently had a real estate transaction that Shauna was the listing agent for and Cambria Property Management LLC. was managing the property. It was truly great working with such professional individuals that put my clients needs first. They responded quickly to all of our requests and immediately fixed any issues. Good agents and property management companies can be hard to find, you can not go wrong with this company. I have already referred a family member to them because I know they will treat her good.
Cambria hired Utah Bath King to refinish two bathtubs and tile surrounds. They are very professional and pay extremely fast. We enjoy creating relationships with companies that are ethical, loyal, and suit their customers needs with quality subcontractors. We look forward to doing future business with you guys and will definitely refer your service if our customers need property management. Thank you, Utah Bath King!
Very Poor Property Management! You Live without several modern day conveniences that should be a logical necessity while they processed the Work orderThe environment became hostile stayed still through out contract and lease. But they cant keep there end of the lease. They are above the law I guess.
We have been renting and working with Cambria Property Management going on 4+ years. We just got word that the landlord is switching to another company and were really sad to hear it. Cambria and the employees there have always been kind and worked with us on payment issues, gotten maintenance out quickly when needed and just over all has been great to work with as a tenant.
Actually, Cambria/Kirk Cullimore were both notified through email schedule F of the discharge. Court says its a judgement still. If this has been a judgement for years that the only 3 that werent discharged was yours, its going to be a problem. This was my daughters accident you couldnt get from her and came after me. I was never notified. I want this over with. You or Kirk needs to file for discharge of the judgement from Cambria (Kirk Bridgeside, Brockhaven). Someone dropped the ball and Im paying for it.
Trash. Avoid if at all possible. Im not at legal liberty to say why at this point. Yep, its that bad.
Everyone Ive dealt with has been amazing to work with and theyve gone so far out of their way so often to help me out I cant imagine anyone having a bad experience. I see a few negative reviews and can only imagine that being from the people theyve let go.
Like most management companies, Cambria is just another slum lord. Another plague to our neighborhoods. Why we let people like this have to much control in our lives is more than I can figure out. Crazy! Time for renters to take a stand. They have no leeway in when people can pay the rent, if you rent is even two days late, theyll send you a threatening notice. I told them twice I dont get paid until the forth of the month, and they still send a threatening notice, because my rent is not paid on the first. My bank screwed up one month, and accidentally paid my rent twice. Cambria did not want to refund the money to which they were not entitled. I had to twist Cambrias arm to get the money back. It was either give me money back or face my lawyer. They practice unfair/unethical and dishonest management practices. If I had a choice I wouldnt even give this company a one star rating. These people will rent to escaped convicts, and wont evict them when the tenants cause mayhem all over the neighborhood. They were good about keeping repairs on my place. However If I was the consumer protection agency. I would have gone in and shut this company down, a long time ago. Might get even and fill an information only report with the Better Business Bureau about them.Do not rent from Cambria, there a bunch of losers.
They will work with you
Cambria Property Management is a great property management company to work with in the Salt Lake City area.
They are slumlords. Letting anybody move in. They know how to make the neighbors want to move.
