We had Elite Pools come out at the beginning of June for a pool and filter replacement. They were quick to come to us. They told us that we would have our order at the end of the week. The end of the week came and we had no pump and filter and no communication.At random, we would be able to get in touch with them but it was very far and few in between. It is now August 14 and still no pump or filter. Last contact was at the beginning of August.When I did speak to them at the beginning of August, she said that due to Covid, they are experiencing delays in orders. That is totally reasonable and we have been understanding with that answer. I asked that day for her to send a receipt to my email with a guarantee of getting my money back on August 19 if the pump and filter were not available at that time. She said she would do so, and then I never heard from her again.At this point, our lawyer has sent a letter, and we are preparing for court for theft and scamming, since we have already paid $1,300. I do have a read receipt of the message I sent to them showing that they have received the message and email.Very saddened that we have received such poor service and unable to use our pool for most of the season. We have check with other pool supply companies and these filters and pumps are not on back order.After filing a police report for theft and a class D felony, and 3 weeks after a promised return on our money, we finally got a message on 9/2/21 that we should have a return on our money in a few weeks. Why it should be weeks, who knows. However, we will be looking for it and making sure it’s not counterfeit immediately. Picture attached.As you can see they stated that they never meant to scam us. However, the last picture shows where they had blocked me from sending any further messages.

I paid this company $1,300 to replace my pool pump and sand filter. They took my money and never did a single thing. They will not respond to any of my messages or phone calls. I have been scammed by them and do not want it to happen to anyone else!
