Overall everything was great, the car was nice and clean! My only issue was I made my reservation two weeks in advance and also completed the quick check on line so pick up would be fast and smoother. I arrived 10 min early but they did not have my or any vehicles ready for me. I was told it would be an hour wait for them to get one cleaned and ready to go or I could go to another location for a car, witch I chose to do and was given a ride to the location. I appreciate them doing what they could to make it right, (but a reservation should reserve and have one ready and waiting for me) I wasnt in much of a rush so I was ok with the addition time it to for me to have my rental.... But I could see how this could be a real inconvenience to someone with a tighter scheduled time line.

We reserved a vehicle online with this location 9 months in advance of a vacation we were planning. Even with the current difficulty in finding rental cars, our pickup was quick and easy when we arrived. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

This location is the best location i have dealt with. I have been using enterprise with my family since 2005. This location has been the best i have dealt with. I arrived there with mask on and was greeted by a gentleman who had all my information up and ready. He then accompanied me out the the vehicle and noticed that it was icy and asked if he could bring the car to me on the curb where is was dry and safe. He then offered me my options for insurance on the car and was polite and wasn’t pushy for any extras which was very refreshing. He walked me around the car and asked if I had any questions and then sent me on my way. I have rented vehicles in 7 different countries not to mention the states and that is the kind of experience everyone should have !

This company is always great to get me into whatever is needed for my trips. I dont like putting miles on my cars so its nice to have a new reliable car to drive when Im taking my family on vacation. this past week we traveled the coast of Oregon and Washington for 8 days. upon return to my great state oh Utah I was way to exhausted to return the car let alone clean it out. again enterprise came in clutch extending my rental not once but yet again a second time. the folks at enterprise are awesome no late fees or extensions fees just smiles and good vibes from the folks at enterprise. Tyler was patient and helped me find and weigh my options for the best vehicle for my family, he then found exactly what I wanted without compromise. Tyler and his financing team were able to beat my rate by 3 times less than my credit unions prior loan approval. I was shocked but I can also see why they have such a longstanding relationship with lenders and can offer such amazing benefits along to their customers. The Car had not been detailed before we rented it. It had duck tape over all the interior lights, the seats were dirty, the carpet was not clean. I had to get the Car detailed before i could put my children in the car.The car also had an issue with the front end and had a shimmy that vibrated the whole Suburban at 70 mph or higher.we reported all of this when we returned the car, we got a 20$ credit for our trouble!Yep wont rent from that location ever again.

Loved Enterprise! As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door! Lee was amazing. He helped me get a car and wasnt forceful! They worked with what I wanted my budget to be. They offer warranty too! You also cant go wrong with them because since they rent there cars they are well taken care of and always up to date! I highly recommend!

Excellent service! Ive dealt with a few rental car companies and this location definitely has the friendliest staff. Unfortunately, I reserved a full size sedan and ended up with a compact car because they didnt have any full size cars left. Not sure what the point of reserving a car is... but the staff was apologetic and offered to drive me to pick up my own car after returning the rental.

The store on 4100 S and state street in SLC is the very best. I will go to any other location. I have had some not so ideal experiences at different locations. This store and the assistant manager Devin are amazing. They have always taken care of me. I am very impressed with Devin-- I actually had no idea he was not the store manager. He needs to be compensated for all of his hard work. I will continue to be a loyal customer

This Enterprise station provides outstanding customer service. The vehicle was excellent as well. Special kudos to Carter and Lydia, who arranged to pick me up on very short notice, without a hint of complaint. They then stayed after hours to check the car out to me--not only were they completely pleasant but genuinely friendly. After I returned the car, they followed up as promised about some other issues. I will definitely rent from Enterprise Murray again when in the area.

The staff there were gracious, one of them picked me up at my location to their office where i picked up my rented car; and another one drove me back to my location after dropping off the rented car.In addition, there was no gimmick, no pressure in buying insurance, the car was very neat, and they gave me exactly what i asked for at the price we agreed on (~ $38.00 for 4 days)So far, ive enjoyed pleasant experiences with them and i hope they continue being exceptional in their services. As of today and based on my experience so far, i will highly recommend this very Enterprise Rent-A-Car to everyone.

This is the Enterprise location that I use most often. The staff here, although subject to some turnover, is always friendly and helpful. They never have a problem picking me up at home or dropping me at the train station after I return a vehicle. On the few occasions when the vehicle I reserved was not available, they upgraded me at no charge. They even took care of me when the vehicle class I wanted proved unsatisfactory for what I needed to do (we had reserved a standard sized SUV and then had a need to add an additional person on our trip... they were able to upgrade us to a minivan at no additional cost). On occasions when I have needed to extend my rental, they have never had a problem. I have never been dissatisfied with this location.

I welcome the chance to express my satisfaction with the staff of Enterprise Car Rental In MurrayPrior to my conversion to Enterprise, i set up reservations with other agencies. In almost every casethe service was disappointing. I always requested a Compact Car and upon arrival, was informed thatthey had no Compact Car available and tried to talk me into taking a full size car or even a family van.Last August i converted to Enterprise Car Rental with the following results:I had made five reservations between August and January requesting a Compact Car.Compact Cars were available all five times!; AND the friendly and helpful staff made sure that the carwas available upon time all five times!In conclusion, on all five occasions, the staff went out of their way to provide great service and i planto take at least two trips before June 1st;

The Town & Country van was excellent for our vacation. We had no issues. Comfortable and plenty of room, and it was easy to drive. I returned it and at the same time got a Hyundai car for my business trip. It was much nicer than I thought it would be. It drove smoothly even to the point that I caught myself at over 95 MPH several times without even realizing it at the time. I got a great rate and was only charged at the end of the two rentals instead of having to go through lots of waiting between the two rentals for the extra paper work. Very streamlined for me.They were very accommodating. They filled the tank of the van that I rented before I left (see the review by Kelly, just ask them to. And, Ive never seen a manual say to keep the gas filled to at least half a tank - ever). I had an issue the the way the key worked in the van (Im not a senior citizen yet, but it was different than any I had used before). I tried it out while there and had to go back in to ask about it. They showed me how it worked and I was good to go. Its always best to try things out before you get out of the parking lot, especially if you havent ever driven one before. I would have felt like they were being patronizing if they had gone over every little detail of how to use the car, so I appreciate the fact that they didnt waste my time over things that I didnt need to have explained. I was in a bit of a hurry, so I was glad for the brevity. So, people, try things out before you get out of the parking lot and you will be fine.They told me about the policy of pets in the car (see the review by Kerilyn, they do warn you, and if you had cleaned the 15 hairs off - you really counted them, but didnt pick them up? - they would probably never have known). This is so that people with allergies that come after you dont get affected adversely. It takes a lot to clean the pet hairs out, thus the extra charge.Everyone was courteous and helpful. Ive used them in the past and Ive always had good luck.

I have always had a good experience with enterprise. I find that the counter people are very friendly and helpful. I have never had anything go wrong when I have rented a car from them.

Well, the person who called to confirm my reservation did/could not notify this specific location that I needed a ride (but said she could), so when I was all ready to go and called to confirm my need for a ride, I was told to call again in an hour.After that snafu was cleared up, the person who did finally come to pick me up came 45 minutes late, and was surly. I mean, I totally understand why, but I cant exactly give it a glowing recommendation, can I?The agent at the front desk was very kind and personable. And patient.The car was beautiful, and drove very well, but it got the same gas mileage as my 95 Corolla did two years ago. Slightly worse, actually, because it had a bigger gas tank. Maybe its because I use cruise control a lot, but I honestly dont think it should make that big a difference. I even gave it a higher octane fuel than Im used to.My ride home was very kind indeed, and explained my itemized receipt very patiently. I have had better experiences with Enterprise sites, and this one wouldnt put me off the company in a pinch, but it wasnt much better than meh.

This location picked me up from Abra, where my vehicle was being repaired, and made the process quick and easy. Matt, the manager, went above and beyond. 100% satisfied :)

The customer service was great and attentive. The car was comfortable and ran great. The only issue I had was that the inside of the car was not clean. The person who had the vehicle before me had a dog and there was dog hair and dried slobber all over the inside of the vehicle. I had to clean this prior to leaving for my trip.

My car was damaged by a local corporation and we decided to get a rental car from here while my car was in the shop. I think I met 4 different workers while there, all of which were as helpful and personable as could be. They were asking me about my day and work, which helped me feel very comfortable in a semi-unhappy situation. Jeff and the team were in contact with me whenever I needed them. When my own car was finished at the shop, it was Enterprise who contacted me first to let me know it was all ready for me to pick up and that they would be willing to give me a ride to the shop after I dropped off the rental. Abdul gave me a ride in a very comfortable mini-van. I know where to go if I ever need a rental again.

Outstanding service. Im a regular at Enterprise and have always been completely satisfied. In this case I couldnt believe how well everything went every step of the way.I marveled at how efficient, well informed, articulate, and pleasant all of the employees were. They obviously love the company they work for. The car was perfect and the gas mileage was an eye opener to me.Whenever I travel from SLC to Seattle I will be renting an Enterprise car. I think they are great company and are a good place to rent a car. Their rates are very good and if necessary they will come out and pick you up at your home and take you back to the office to finish the paperwork. They are very accommodating and efficient. My last personal experience with them was not the best. In fact it was was fraught with multiple problems. In all honesty, I think it was probably the fault of both of us and one others person. I cant place that totally on them, but thats why I gave them 4★s rather than five.

Enterprise is awesome we need our engine replaced and our insurance company (Root Insurance) arranged a rental car they offered to pick us up although we didn’t have them pick us up I love that they offer so many perks cannot say enough good about them

Ive never had a problem with Enterprise, but this location had the prompt, kind, empathetic, nice and outreaching customer service that I needed this week. I arrived way earlier than my appointment time and was out before my appointment time with no shaming or complaint from them.

Devin was beyond outstanding! I am 1000% satisfied! We rented a car for a week, had some issues, Kaly (I think, she pronounces it like Cali) told us what to do, even though we were out of state, the people at the Enterprise in Peoria, AZ were fantastic and very understanding, then when we got back to SLC, Devin helped us and was genuinely concerned about our issues, and he took it into his own hands to take care of us, and he guaranteed that we will be back to this particular Enterprise! I recommend speaking to Devin and having him help you! His customer service is beyond amazing and everyone else we dealt with! I will return and tell EVERYONE about this experience, so that way they know to go to Enterprise to rent a vehicle! This is my location now! I will be back for any and all rentals that I need! Take pictures of the entire car and spend a good 15 min making sure its clean!!!First time having to deal with insurance and get a rental and just like my buddy that I later found out about, they will give you a damaged car. If its not sunny out you might miss something small like checking the roof thoroughly for a bunch of shallow dents and they will have no issue passin the buck of their mistakes of missing it on the return onto the next renter. Gotta make up them profit margins right enterprise??

The worst! Dont rent a car here. The manager before didnt clean the car, under seats had old McDonalds french fries and chicken nuggets they also didnt fill up the gas tank. A lady that did a quick look around and she told me the damages on the car and said she put them in the notes. I ask her what the small round dense are from that was on the roof and she said she didnt know but shell put them in the notes.Now they are charging our insurance for the dense on the roof of the car. They also fired the old manager because he was doing a bad job. Now we have to pay for something that wasnt our fault. $1,000 plus a claim to our insurance we havent had an accidental in years now our insurance cost will go up.

My car was in the shop suddenly, so I called for a car to pick me up so I can rent one. The person was so confused and unhelpful I had to just hang up. I looked for an enterprise near my location and my wife and I walked to it(State street, Murray). Once we came in, we didnt get any acknowledgement that we existed. We stood their waiting our turn for so long, we checked prices on an uber. We ordered it and waited the 10 minutes for it to arrive and walked out and left. Enterprise was zero help to us.

Worst service ever, they promise me a vehicle, set an appointment to pick it up and there car was not in the location, told me to come and get it the following day early in the morning, car was not in the location. we had agree they will deliver to an Enterprise in a location near me and will call me back, it did not happen i called them and ask them if they could deliver to me at my work and hey did the car was pretty scratched fitly dirty, call them back and did not like when i asked if the clean their cars and wash them, they claim they did. i took pics of vehicle. to prove them and they told me to take it back or take it to another Enterprise to wash it, like if I had time, wasted to much time at this location already for horrible service.

Jeff was incredibly helpful. I had to get to work after my truck broke down. I walked in with 20 minutes to get to work. He got me in a rental and to work on time. Greatly appreciated.

Will NEVER use again. Charged an additional 150.00 incidental because I had taken my dog to the vet (she left 15 hairs on the back seat). The van had not been cleaned from last rental. Their was a spill on the dash and the salesman actually had to wipe dirt off the car to show it wasnt paint damage. There are better places to rent from.

I was able to quickly get a truck at first then when I exchanged for an economy car they had to make me wait longer than planned so they put me in a luxury car for the same rate. Then it overcharged me but the manager quickly called me back and credited my account. They checked on me while I had the car and were really nice for the whole week

The worst rental experience I have ever had. They were late picking me up at the body shop when i had an Appointment that was made three days earlier. Tried to give me a beat up car with no spare tire and one that I had to blow up if I got a flat. Said they needed a $50 refundable deposit. I gave them cash and they said they dont take Cash! The girl then ran my debit card as ATM balance inquiry my bank denied it as a fraudulent charge. She wanted a different card and I said no just run this as a debit. She said she couldnt run the same card twice. She would have to wait 24 hours. They wouldnt give me a ride to my home because I lived to far away. The body shop was closed for the night and I couldnt get my car. In the end they left me standing on the street in front of their business and locked the doors and went home. I will never use ENTERPRISE again.

In fact we are flying into SLC Airport this month and have chose to take a taxi to this location for our rental preference. This Enterprise is friendly and professional. We rent from Enterprise throughout the year, but this is a top notch location. Way to go Enterprise.

Great friendly people! Helpful and easy to work with, first time rentin with them and will definitely rent from them again. Only small problem was the car we bought was a bit on the small side for my fianceés wheel chair, but we made it work.Advice for anyone first time renting, reserve youre vehicle a month in advance cause prices may change the closer you get to youre date and go in person to look at the cars.

We had been lied to NUMEROUS times with this company and the Employees were all but nice and understanding. We would have never come back had their manager not been the most awesome person. He resolved everything that his employees messed up and so if we ever come here again, we will go STRAIGHT to the manager to help us.

Lydia was amazing. They were short-staffed due to some family emergencies and the place had about five different customers show up at the same time. Lydia was calm, helpful, well-versed about everything.

My Senior Citizen mom rented here because her usual location (South Salt Lake) had no openings.They seemed nice and picked her up. Once she got the car home, she couldnt get the key out of the ignition. And neither could her Grandson. The owners manual consisted of 2 books touting the bells and whistles of Sirius Radio and the Audio system. There was no manual with car instructions. The office had quickly shown her a tiny button to open the gas tank. She couldnt find it. The tank was only 3/8 full (most owners manuals say to keep gas above a half tank). When I called, I was told that it was policy to only keep it at 3/8 tank and had been LUCKY other locations had rented with a full tank. She and I have both rented cars in various parts of this city and country- Always with a full tank policy. When I tried to find the office I and couldnt find it, I called and they said they were by the Pinkys Bar and had a big sign. It is hidden by the bar sign and is so high it is hard to watch the road and see it. What a mess.

Its not often that one might be happy to have a vehicle totaled, I certainly was not. However, the customer service I received from Enterprise (this location specifically) was absolutely phenomenal and made the situation a lot less stressful. Both Nates are friendly and extremely customer oriented...I bet the other guys are as well, I just didnt work with them. My car was still in the shop by the time I had to return the rental, but Enterprise dropped me off at my house even though I probably live way outside of their pickup radius. Im so glad I was able to go through them and will absolutely be a return customer. .
