Fates did a great tint job on my old 4runner despite it being a P.I.T.A. and offered me a lifetime warranty, Ian was a cool dude and showed me the cars around the shop with was very cool, I personally recommend this shop to anyone who needs tint or wrap. It high quality just like envision imo and not breaking the bank.

Bought a wrap when Ian fates was starting out. missed 1 appointment because of a car wreck. called and checked in with him and he said no big deal let me know when youre ready. check in with him every couple weeks or so until he stopped answering my calls and messages. blocked me on all platforms. I called off a friends phone and he played like nothing happened. asked to schedule an appointment and he said Im a few months out. I said thatd be perfect then came up with another excuse saying he used all of my wrap I purchased out of pocket and that he was not gonna refund me. dishonest people and steal your stuff. do no goto this place. much better people out there in the world. Keeps saying I missed 3 appointments but not true. Only ever scheduled 1 appointment and got in a wreck night before. Kept in touch. After about 6 months he blocked me and wouldnt answer my calls or texts. Even when I called to schedule he pretended everything was good and that when I was ready he would wrap it. He said he was a few months out as if to scared me away and when I said perfect he Said oh I sold your wrap made excuses as to why. Created this I missed 3 Appointments. Again missed 1 and never rescheduled because of a wreck. He then sold my wrap that I paid for which he has no entitlement to it and blocked me. Then said he told me it expires after a year. Yes it took long because of body damage I was trying to work out. He never once disclosed they expire and of course hes gonna say he told me that. Show proof little guy. This place is extremely unprofessional and the owner is gonna make himself seem like hes innocent and put the blame on me. I have hundreds of texts keeping in touch and never disclosed any of this and never missed any Appointments but the one

Did an amazing job blacking out some chrome on our 2014 Mercedes ML550. Ian was great to work with and gave us a great price for what I wanted done. They also did some clear bra on our vehicle and window tint! Everything came out perfect! Will bring other vehicles in for sure.

Im pretty particular about who I let work on my car. Fates was highly recommended and for good reason. Great shop, great work and great people. My underglow is sick and all the wiring and switch is perfectly discrete. Couldnt ask for better service. Cant wait to have Fates do more cool stuff on my ST.

Amazing shop did my led kit install and some custom decals and soon the paint job for my new Harley.

After checking other shops for quotes, Ian offered me a sound system that had more than triple the power for the same price, including a touch screen radio. Prices are fair, owner is honest, fast and clean work. Shortly after my system I went with tints and love both, my speaker packs quite a boom.Only disappointment is a miscommunication about Aux cable function ability. I was assured that aux would work since I have an old mp3 player thats close to my heart. After many different attempts, it worked when plugged in to the AV IN port for videos. I wouldnt mind but the sound quality is significantly worse. Im happy with the radio overall so Im overlooking that the stereo is non refundable and working to update my music sources.

Ian is the Best! Hes done all my LED work on the Dodge Charger I own. Highly recommend him and wouldnt let anyone else touch my car. He sure does know his way around a Mopar and other vehicles when it comes to customization. Always gives you a good deal at an honest price.

Ian is very professional, has worked on my lights a couple times and tinted my windows. He put a sound system in my brothers car which turned out super goos as well. He’s super knowledgeable on what he does and has fair prices.

Ian is awesome to work with! No high pressure sales. His main concern is that you are happy with your purchase. From full car wraps, rim/trim dipping, car audio sounds systems. He does it all! Recently I had him switched out my 2011 factory deck for a more up to date touch screen one as well as added a sub. Both fit perfectly. Music never sounded so good. Thanks Ian!

Ian did such a great on wrapping my car, chrome deletion and powder coating my wheels. He’s awesome in giving suggestions and feedback. He may be a one person shop but he definitely takes pride in taking care of his customers and making sure things are done right and if not, he always is willing to fix the problem. He’s definitely the go to guy and I recommend highly to anyone that wants wraps, decals, wheels and audio!

This dude helped me out when no other shops were willing to. He charged me WAY less than everyone else and got me in the same day. When a hitch came up during the speaker installation he did for me, he figured it out and got everything up and running again. A cool dude and Im 100% going back to have him do a wrap for me.

Highly dissatisfied, first do not buy audio equipment from here they will not refund. I had them wire my vehicle for a single sub and amp, bought the sub and amp ATG, from them.5 times I had to go back because they couldnt figure out how to wire it, in the end I asked for a refund on the amp only and get blowed off. Bottom line I spent 500 plus at this shop and left with a stereo that doesnt even work.

Ian fates tried to steal my bike with my ex and he destroyed it he changed the ignition and tried to change the color of the plastics. Luckily i was able to get the bike back with the police so be careful when taking your stuff to him he will steal it
