By far the best new car buying experience-Carolyn Olsen was knowledgeable, patient, and all around no BS type sales person. No waiting, no hassle just a really solid experience. We are so grateful.
Five star service! Alice Tamamian went above and beyond. She made sure I was greeted when I came into the store. She gave me updates on the vehicle, And when it came to check out time she made sure I understood the bill. I will continue doing business here because of her.
McKay Parker and the service staff at BMW of Murray went out of their way to help me when I had problems with a wheel bearing while on a road trip through SLC. They fit me in even though they were fully booked and had me on the road again the next day. Car is running great! Cant recommend them highly enough.
Absolutely love the genuine and authentic experience purchasing my Toyota Tacoma from Shane! Professional but personal. It was an even balance of making an investment while also experiencing peace of mind.Highly, highly, highly recommend working with Shane when it comes to your next BMW purchase or searching other inventory. I can’t leave out the lovely experience I’ve always received from services, front desk, techs, and everyone at BMW Murray.
My parents were really interested in getting a X5 or X7 and had every intention of buying. We came in this last Labor day Monday and the sales rep that talked to us had the worst attitude and manner with us. We didnt catch his name because he didnt even introduce himself. He asked right away if we were just looking or actually going to buy. We told him that before we buy we would like to look and test drive first, and his response was that people dont do that anymore. He said that people usually look online then come in to buy. We were so disappointed with how we were treated. He walked away without showing any cars to us. We left and went to a few other dealerships. Both Porsche and Lexus were really nice and kind. This experience was sad and hopefully they can teach their sales people to treat everyone equally, but we wont be back.
This rating is related to the Service Department. In two instances, I have found the communication to be very poor and/or non-existent. My x3 had a large recall performed in February, I was barely given the time of day when I picked up my vehicle. I was not asked if I had any questions about the recall or given any precautions. Recently, I called regarding my navigation screen going black and resetting, while driving. I was told I could not make an appointment, with a loaner vehicle, until they diagnosed the concern and verified the repair would take longer than one hour. I was told a service advisor would call me back, this was over one week ago and I have not received a call.
Val in service was so great to work with. She is so personable and engaging. After the first clear bra bubbled in a few spots, she made sure the job got done right. I was grateful that she made such an effort to get me set up with a loaner car for the day as well. It could have been a much bigger headache and it wasnt!
Shane was fantastic! We felt very comfortable and welcomed. We also visited about a year ago when we were first doing our research and each time has been nothing but great. Easy to work with and didn’t try to upsell us too much.
Standard car dealership, parts and service are wicked expensive compared to prices online. They washed my car after doing the airbag replacement, so that was nice.
I highly recommend Jacob Anderson if you are seeking a car. He is trustworthy & went above and beyond. Since I am from out-of-state, he took very detailed pictures for me, drove it to inspection, and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. When my vehicle was delivered to me, everything was exactly as described. No surprises. Very happy with the whole process.
I havent purchased yet. Im simply in the process of test driving and this was my 4th dealership. I loved that they are the only dealership so far that took less than 1 hour to test drive, value, and provide me a written offer for a purchase on a vehicle. I wish the other dealerships were this efficient. Although I havent finalized a decision and will be going to test a few other options. The service received was great! Thanks for taking care of me Ameer!
Dustin Starks is the best salesman Ive ever worked with. He makes the process so easy and simple, I honestly dont think Ill go to anyone else ever to buy a car. Ive bought 3 cars from him already and I had the best experience. Ive worked with other dealerships but none compare to this one.
Buying experience was surprisingly easy. Caroline was awesome and patient through the process. Service has been one hit one miss so far otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Helpful staff. Get you home and back.
Took my car in for some warranty and service, and they went above and beyond to reduce costs. Havent had an experience like that at a dealership ever. Super helpful, and I will recommend taking your BMW or Mini here for sure. Super reasonable people to deal with.
This review is regarding the service center only.I took my car in to get an oil change, and whatever else the key fob said was due. I also noticed a vibration in the car and asked them to do an alignment/balance the tires. That evening I was told that the car had a bent wheel causing the vibrations and would need to be brought back in to get fixed. No biggie, glad its diagnosed. The service receipt literally said that the battery needed to be charged but that they didnt charge it (really? why wouldnt they charge it while its right there, in front of them?).So I bring it back in a few days later to fix the bent wheel. I bring the original paperwork and ask them to recharge the battery in addition to fixing the wheel. I dropped it off at 8am - they called me at 5pm to tell me that it was NOT a bent wheel, at all, and that they were going to balance the tires and have someone Important drive it to make sure the vibration was gone.So on the initial visit, they didnt do any of the things I asked for with regards to alignment, balancing the tires, and I was without a car for an entire day for literally no reason other than that their technicians dont know what a bent wheel looks like. Despite how amazing the car buying process is with this dealership, their service center is the polar opposite. Im really disappointed with the entire experience and will seek service elsewhere in the future unless they get their act together and listen to their customers/learn how to service their own machines.
Had a great experience with Kobe as my guide in choosing a great car. I recommend him to everyone. He excelled in all aspects of the purchase.
They just can’t get it right!!! You are better off taking your BMW to a Chevy dealership!!!! My first experience with BMW Murray - they dropped the ball. I left a bad review - they promised me the world for better service and even gave me a fantastic detail job on my car so I would update my review - and I did. The reality is that poor service thrives at BMW Murray - it’s the culture!Last service on my car they told me I had an oil leak and coolant lines needing repair. I have a third party warranty that covers these repairs. I’ve called my service advisor Jeris Oberle 5 times. No call back - no voicemail - no text. I call today and FINALLY get a live person on the phone and request a different service advisor. I’m told by the receptionist that Kevin is available…I told her I’m done leaving voicemail, and asked if he could talk right now. She said she was looking right at him and he could take the call. I’m then transferred and what do you know - 1 ring and then voicemail….no call back! This dealership suck! They don’t care that we buy over priced cars with over priced repairs. Such garbage!!!!
Caroline was amazing. Helped me look at a used Mercedes wagon I thought I was interested in, but when I was not thrilled with it she showed me a BMW 640i GT. It was brilliant and I never would have considered it without her advice. Great dealer and a great salesperson! 👍
I had the absolute best experience at BMW Murray. I felt very relaxed, well taken care of and I enjoyed the entire car-buying process! Caroline went the extra mile to help me buy my dream car. She took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle and answer all our questions. I felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge of the car was extensive. I would recommend buying a car here (especially from Caroline) to anyone!
I have been considering a replacement for my Lexus RX and went into BMW of Murray to see if the X5 would be a contender. My wife and I were greeted by Kobe Apponsah who was perhaps the most astute, refined car salesperson I had ever met. He quickly identified what my interests were regarding electric vehicles and we ended up ordering an X5e on the spot. He made an effort to understand my needs and only recommended options that fit my driving needs. He has been responsive and I know he will keep me updated as my car is built and delivered.
Took my 2007 335i in for federal recall told them that was the only thing I wanted them to do.goos enough I thought until fri.evening my car started miss firing tried to fix simple enough so I thought.but it wont stop miss firing in 3rdcylinderNever had a problem before.i could be wrong bit seems like sabotage to me
Great oil change service. Quick job and no pressure to upsell on any other services. Thanks!
My wife and I we’re heading from Seattle into the canyons of Utah, when our window regulator jammed in the open window position (it’s a well used 2003 X5)-not conducive for air conditioning in 100+ temperatures. We were desperate and luckily found Murray BMW.From the first time we pulled into the customer service lot, we were met with a concerned, helpful andefficient crew which took over and fixed the window. While we waited, the friendly front desk personnelmade us feel comfortable and welcome. Not only did they fix our window, at no cost, they recharged our air conditioning unit.In one hour, we were back on the road. They even washed the car for us!If I lived in the Salt Lake area, this would be my go to BMW dealership. Thanks, John, Jacob and Alice!
This is a really good dealership across the board. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because they need to hire more people and service is all.. the people in service are great but they can only do so much..
I very rarely give 1 star reviews but BMW of Murray has done their finest to earn themselves one. This review does not stem from a single incident but from my experiences with them over the past 3 years. We have consistently been treated rudely and their service and repair expertise has been sub-par.Over the course of having warranty work done on a few occasions we ran into the following issues:#1: They lost our service record. When I came in to ask about some work they had done that wasn’t working correctly, the service department denied ever working on the car and told me I was either lying or mis-remembering. Thankfully I had a bill that they had sent my insurance company for the work they had done. After calling me a liar they were quick to explain that it wasn’t their fault, it’s their systems. Sure, don’t call me a liar tho. I know where I had the work done.#2: Almost every time we have come in the receptionist and service team have been rude. I’m guessing this place does not treat their staff very well because they are never in good moods.#3: If you are hoping to get a Courtesy Car like every other BMW dealership in the world, don’t expect to get one here if you have Progressive Insurance. Apparently this dealership has had issues with Progressive not wanting to work with them. I don’t find this surprising as this dealership does shoddy work and then tries to deny they ever did any of the work. Thank goodness my insurance sleeps keeps better records than these guys. Also, figure your issues out with Progressive don’t put that on your customers. Handle your business.#4: I had an issue with our car idling rough, we brought it in while it was still under warranty and they “fixed” it. Then the pandemic hit, I don’t even think they were open for a while and then our warranty expired. I brought the car back in to see if they could work on it. Nope it’s out of warranty they said, fine. I asked them to look at it anyways, they were certain it needed a software upgrade. I questioned the service rep and he assured me spending $300 for the software upgrade would fix the problem. Surprise, it didn’t. Additionally that software upgrade was available when I first brought the car in under warranty. Why didn’t they do the “software upgrade” then? I confirmed with BMW of North America that the software upgrade had indeed been available when I last brought the car in under warranty and it should have been upgraded. If you are thinking of buying or working with this dealership DON’T. It is worth the drive to go to BMW of Pleasant Grove instead. Compare their reviews and you will see the difference. BMW of Murray has a pretty lackluster track record but apparently they don’t care.
Ameer helped me when I came to BMW looking to buy a car. He was so patient and helpful. I loved that he didnt pressure me at all like we all think car salesman might. He is very knowledgeable about all the cars and the technology! I still text him to ask questions and he answers almost immediately with an answer or a link to a video to show me. Hes amazing and fun to work with. I highly recommend him.
If I could give these guys zero stars I would, unforutnately google makes you give them a pitty star. I brought my 2016 BMW X1 in for routine service in June (oil change / filter change etc). They failed to inform me that my brake pads were low and needed to be changed. Then in July 2021 I started to hear a really bad sound when I started braking. I tried to take it into Murray but they were slammed. Luckily Pleasant Grove could see me that afternoon. I waited for a few hours at the Pleasant Grove BMW while the technicians took a look. They came back and told me I needed new brake rotors and sensor. Had I been told to replace the brake pads when I needed too I would not have had to get new rotors. The worst part is I was at Pleasant Grove and had their service manager call Murray and the technicians at Murray said I was told of the brake pad replacements and had decided to pass. RIGHT???! You kidding me do you really think I would pass on brake pads if I chose to purchase a BMW and I chose to have it serviced at the dealership every single time. COME ON. I ended up being out about $500 dollars on the whole deal. Really bad job on their part.. If Murray wants to give me a $500 service credit I will gladly take down this review. Thank god for Maurico at Pleasnt Grove he was very professional and was able to offer me a slight discount ($200) or I would have been out $700 because of these fools. I live in SLC but will be driving down to Pleasant grove for any future service.
Service was second-to-none! A tire shop broke my locking lug key. I called and spoke to Adam; they were able to get me in right away. The technician used their stock of lug keys and had mine removed in almost no time. All with no charge! [Unfortunately] it’s rare to find service like that these days. But, these guys knocked it out of the park!
If you are shopping for your dream car. This is the place to go. Came in to get a car and Kobe made the process to easy and painless. He listened to what I wanted in a car and came up with the best suggestions. Ultimately left there happier than I have ever been trying to buy a car. Thanks Kobe! I love my BMW 3 Series! 12/10 would recommended choosing BMW of Murray when trying to buy a car! And ask for Kobe!
BMW of murray service is by far the best! They get me in always in a timely manner & have a car ready for me to go about my life while mine is in being serviced! Thank you for always being so great!!
Ameer made my buying experience first rate. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have now purchased two vehicles from Ameer. A true gentleman. I have never had a buying experience quite like this before. If youre looking for a new ride, this is the guy to talk to.
Customer service overall is great, receptionist is top tier and seems like she cares about what exactly you need. Management is very swift and notable for keeping the consumer as satisfied as possible with the experience. Great place for service.
Recently relocated to Utah and needed service,Since we always prefer factory service over aftermarket we went to the Salt Lake City BMW dealer and dealt with Jonathan in the service department. Went over and above to present great customer service and even got us a Lyft to breakfast while my wife and I waited for the car! This is how to get your BMW the service you and the car needs!
What an uninviting experience—I came to this dealership seriously considering a BMW only to be met by unwelcoming staff, who made the experience almost unbearable. I’m not sure whether the sales employees are told to discriminate by age or race, but the sales employees who did approach me didn’t seem remotely interested in selling me a car. They neither inquired about my wants and needs nor did they provide any information about the cars I was interested in. I test drove the X3 first, and the sales associate told me “I’m leaving soon”, which not only showed his disinterest but also that he really didn’t want to help me and that I was actually preventing him from leaving work. I asked for his business card in case I wanted to come back, and he cited that he didn’t have any and he would later text me—I received no such text. If you want a “luxury” car experience, I’d recommend not going to this dealership. I’m glad my dad sold his BMW so he no longer has to deal with this dealership. While the cars fit my needs, I will likely not be purchasing a car from this dealership any time soon. It’s definitely worth the drive to go to BMW of Pleasant Grove for a better experience with a much larger selection.
Two Damsels in Distress traveling in my 1019 BMWx1 from Louisiana, and visiting Park City, Utah for the month of July 2021 .. researched the nearest BMW dealership to get help managing my BMW navigation system We entered the lobby of the Murray Utah BMW Dealership to the smiling and friendly face and empathetic ear of Marlene Rochin and said I have the best tech wizard to help you and will page Yoshi Yoscick Alvarez And Rochin was right. Yoshi was absolutely accessible, confidant and very capable of providing a solution, that no one else could, and Yoshi made sure to teach us that we could operate the system ourselves. ( This was along with several trips to AT&T centers to coordinate any operations of my i phone and visits to my local dealership.) Marlene greeted us on a 2nd visit just as eagerly, and Yoshi just as professionally, to quickly tweak and resolve a minor problem in our operating of the navigation system Yoshi knew his stuff and conveyed it well Grateful for Murray BMW s great service The Two Damsels No Longer in Distress
Worst experience ever took my car for an oil change and to fix some stuff . Came out with a problem that my car didn’t have before! Now I’m on my own and I have to take it somewhere else to fix that!. I’ll recommend to take it to a small shop better at least there if they make a mistake they fix it !!
Great experience and service. Mr. Garong, in Parts Department was very helpful, explaining delay of part, coming from Germany.
After countless dealerships and salesman who were rude, I was ending my day at BMW of murray. Going in i didnt have high expectations because every dealer Ive gone to didnt take me seriously. (I look incredibly young for my age). But I actually had an amazing experience at BMW with Tiffany Long. She was SO warm and welcoming. It was so nice to be taken seriously and not feel pressure. In a rush to get a new car so I can drive it back home to Cali, she made the process quick and painless and I dont doubt she was giving me the best deal out there! She was reassuring time and time again and was incredibly patient with all the questions my family and I had about the car.Buying a car should definitely be fun and exciting. It seems like nowadays its dreadful because dealerships forget that philosophy.Thank you Tiffany for making it just the most fun and exiting experience for me. I love and adore my car and I cant thank you enough!Give her a raise or Im changing it to four stars instead of five.
Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly!
The best and most helpful services I got from here. Were from Montana and bought a BMW M4 from them few years ago. Unfortunately the AC kept ran out so we had to brought back here to got it fix since it still under warranty and ya know what, Alice the receptionist, Jeris the manager are so helpful and nice, they went over their kindness to help us to got through the whole process with the most comfortable ways. My husband is a mechanic himself and hes very pleased with how they treated us. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Thank you Alice and Jeris.
Jonathan Diaz, my Service Advisor, is ALWAYS attentive, available, detail oriented, professional and super responsive. He simply makes service at BMW of Murray an enjoyable and smooth experience. 5 Full stars to Jonathan and the service team at BMW of Murray. ZERO complaints here. Highly recommend A+++
Overall and amazing experience. Kobe did a great job of making the process stress free and relaxing while purchasing my new car. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new car.
Do not go there, after my experience there i will never ever do my service there ever again, I’ve owned bmw models for the past 10 yrs, services department are such of unprofessional …… paid in front for a part they did not have (totally fine) took my car, never call me or let me know they will keep it over night, no advise, no call, no email, nothing, i have to call 13 times because nobody respond, and the representative (jonathan) never call, 😡
Sadly, this dealership drops the ball more than they run with it.Im neither new to this dealership or other luxury brands and in my experience this BMW dealer sits near the bottom. Two hours waiting on average for a simple service interval. Ive had more than one instance where a loaner vehicle was reqd with none available despite the promise to have one.During my last visit, more than 2 hours waiting for the standard service and then another 20 mins for a wash. Throughout my wait, no updates unless I pestered for info.Frankly, if had another choice of BMW dealer that wasnt an hour away, Id go there.Only plus ... the coffee machine in the customer lounge is top notch.Just not a fan.
Geoffrey was absolutely amazing. I’ve never bought a BMW before and was a little nervous. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of the questions that I had. We ended up purchasing an X6. I feel comfortable that my wife and I made a great choice in going to BMW of Murray.
Bought an X3 from Tiffany. She was nothing short of fantastic to work with. Im in Sales and dont need anyone selling me on what I do or dont want. She was easy to work with, listened to what I wanted, and did the best she could on price. Another note the service department is great. Bought a roof rack and I was going to install it myself and they just took care of it for me. Great customer service. Will definitely use them for service and would highly recommend
The product is good, the service is not. When you arrive at a luxury dealership, you expect to be greeted and assisted instead of having to track down a sales associate to help you. I eventually found an associate and test drove the car I was interested in, but thought I’d check close out-of-state dealers for the exact features I wanted. In doing this, I found out out-of-state dealers we’re offering better deals. I decided ultimately to sacrifice one or two features to stay local, if BMW Murray would work with me on pricing to be competitive with the out-of-state dealers. That negotiation was awful. It took many hours over a few days to get them to numbers the other dealers gave me in 15-minutes. When they finally matched, they told me the car had sold as they went to get it detailed. Great. So they eventually upsold me to a more optioned model after going through negotiations yet again. Very long, drawn out, painful process.Like I said, the product is good. I love the new car. I just wish my local dealer, BMW Murray, was as pleasant to work with as the out-of-state dealers. If you love an extensive back and forth game, perhaps this is the dealer for you!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I had service advisor Jarus take my 335 in for a warranty issue they had the car for 3 days. It was a FRM module. They never fixed the problem. I took the car to a friend who put in an FRM module from another car and the problem is now gone. So I was lied to about my car being fixed. Turns out the frm module was the original. They kept my car for 3 days for what and why? Either way theres plenty of good shops here in Utah dont take your car here.
I asked for someone to ask a couple technical questions since my 650i wasnt turning on, so the assistant service manager JOHN REYNOLDS helped me patiently and answered all my questions, such an amazing guy, John definitely gets out of his way to help customers, you dont very often see people like John, VERY knowledgeable and at the same time friendly, good experience, thank you
I went in a few months ago to test drive a car here. Geoffrey was my salesman and was super friendly incredibly knowledgeable about all of the features (I had the opposite experience at the Lexus dealership prior). I told him I wanted to bring my husband back to see what he thought, and Geoffrey said no problem. When we came back I decided that I wanted some features that weren’t available on any of the models they had so we decided to order it exactly as I wanted. During this whole process there was zero pressure to buy or to settle for one of the cars sitting on their lot, which is such a refreshing experience compared to when I have previously purchased cars. My car arrived slightly sooner than expected and has been amazing. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience so far and would definitely recommend.
I bought a new M340i here and I would like to thank Kobe Apponsah for his excellent service. Kobe was responsive to my questions and inquiries, and he was accommodating during my search. I didn’t feel pushed or pressured to buy, and I am quite pleased with my overall experience here.Again, thank you Kobe for all your help!
This review is for the service center only. We brought our car in for an idling issue. Other than that the car had no problems, no leaks and all was running smoothly. While keeping the car in their shop, they updated us with texts on what was wrong and what was suggested to be fixed due to wear and tear. We opted to only fix what was broken and skipped a few items that were only suggested. Picked up the car, original issue was fixed, did not make it home because a new problem arose. Tow-trucked back to BMW Murray and waited a couple of days to get it fixed. Strangely enough the new issue was among the suggested fixes we had opted out of. Couple of days, several $ later, the car is back at home, but there is an oil leak. Never before did the car leak oil! It was also one of the suggested fixes we had opted out of...so...not accusing anyone of purposely sabotaging what was already worn in the car, but the coincidences are still there. Either way, after having work done, more fixes are needed...not a good experience.
Super clean, polite staff, easy to navigate and great amenities while you get your vehicle maintained or repaired
One thing Ive learnt over time is that choosing the right dealer is at least as important as choosing my car model. BMW of Murray is among the best of them all. Efficient, helpful, competent, and fair - it has been a joy to work with them. On a recent visit, I had superb help from Eleazar Manriuez and Jennifer Ramirez. Thank you.
BMW Murray has an incredible service staff. I just moved here in August and I have worked with Alisa 2 times. She is incredible. Super communicative and set me up in a loaner vehicle because a few parts were on back order. Id recommend this team every day of the week!
Kobe was great and so easy to work with. He made my experience amazing and I highly recommend you ask for him when you get a BMW. Thanks again Kobe!
Ive been working with Caroline Olson for some time to explore my all my BMW options, and thanks to her diligence and time, we were able to get me an X1. Caroline was wonderful to work with - much of the details were done online and over the phone in favor of COVID precautions, and when the day came to take a test drive and do the paperwork and fine print, there were no surprises, no undue high pressure, everything was quick and easy. Theres now a brand new X1 sitting proudly in my garage all thanks to the time and effort Caroline put in to work with me.
The BMW of Murray Service Department treats its customers like family. Every time my family and I need assistance with our BMWs, Jeris, Rusty, and John are always there to assist us and go the extra mile to make our lives a little easier. That means a lot to me.Day or night, Jeris, Rusty, and John are available and never disappoint us. They always come through and treat us like family. In addition, Jeris, Rusty, and John are highly skilled and trained, are excellent listeners, pay exceptional attention to detail, and truly understand what, how, and why to do whatever it takes to get the job done right the first time. No exceptions. This is why I will only buy my vehicles from BMW of Murray and especially why I will only have the BMW of Murray Service Department service my vehicles. You cannot find this level and quality of service and commitment to excellence anywhere else in Utah.Exceptional people and exceptional service is what my family and I have come to can count on when it comes to BMW of Murray. You should as well.
Worst experience ever. Dont take your vehicle there unless you are willing to pay over $2000.00 otherwise they will not even try to provide you the service you need.Took my Vehicle to have regular service, oil change, and also asked for the left rear view mirror to be replaced. First the technitian indicated it was going to costs $300.00, This is just for a mirror, Then they came back asking for $500.00, Then they came back again asking for $750.00. They dared to come back again and ask for $1200.00. At that point I put my foot down and told them no. It seemed like they were just checking to see how much I would be willing to pay so that they could take the most they could. After I said no, they wouldnt even performed the oil change I requested and previously approved. I ended up still paying $160.00 and nothing was done to the vehicle. What a rip-off have to pay $160.00 and got nothing back. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!
I am highly disappointed with their service. I had an issue with my car shocks - there was an unwanted sound coming under/near the shocks so I went over to get it fixed. Id scheduled an appointment to drop off my car and had explained the issue in detail to one of the representatives but when I reached I was asked to wait and explain my issue ALL OVER AGAIN. They decided to keep my car for a day WITHOUT providing me with a rental. Highly inconvenient! Once I left the facility, they called me again to ask about the issue. I fail to understand the communication chain within the facility. How many times is a customer suppose to explain the issue?!? I was patient through out this process but I gave up when they returned the car without fixing the issue that was explained to them at least TEN TIMES. I do not know what they did to the shocks, its actually sounding worse than it used to.I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Please look for something better and share it with me as well so I can get my shocks fixed.
Love the service department here. Even though we bought our BMW in Arizona they treat us great and are very responsive to our needs. Jonathon Diaz, our service advisor, is always quick to help out and return text messages. The front desk is spot on also. Always quick to schedule an Uber and follow up with any problems. They even came out to my house once to pick up our car for service since we had a tough time getting a part for a warranty fix and couldnt get the car to them. I cant say enough good things about them!
Although dealerships can be really expensive jarice and alice we’re beyond helpful, kind and understanding I was having problems with my spark plugs and it was miss firing and I knew exactly what was wrong with the car and with that being understood jarice waived The diagnostic fee and just charged me for the labor to replace the faulty spark plug I was very pleased with my experience and this goes to show that even dealerships can be reasonable
I walked in the dealership unsure if i was going to make the purchase, Kobe helped me out through the Entire process, Very patient with me and worked with me to get the best interest rate on financing the vehicle, matter of fact he offered me a better deal compared to my personal bank.Great work youre doing here Kobe stay winning and being humble as you are.
Now on my 3rd BMW and my experience at BMW Murray has been great. Worked with Shane Romano the last couple times and he was professional and pleasant. Actually a fun experience working with him. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. Contact Shane and Im completely confident he will take good care of you. And of course its a BMW so the SUV is a joy to drive. I cant imagine going any place else next time. 5 Stars and they earned it.
Weve now purchased 4 cars with BMW of Murray and they will most certainly not be the last. We are always well taken care of and the staff is knowledgable and attentive.Ben Beer and Ameer Mughal have been especially instrumental in our experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I recently purchased a 2020 BMW from here. Jonathan Ruiz (from MINI) was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions. Great listener, understood what I was looking for and Helped me in the finding the same. I did couple of test drives in different model cars, including a MINI. Keep up the good work and it was nice doing business with you. Thank you, Jonathan.
I worked with Dustin Starks to buy a car. Ive never had a better car purchasing experience. I will absolutely be back.
I bought a 2021 X5M. Never buying from this dealership again. They know why.
There is nothing Amir doesnt know - dont even ask! The car was in fair condition. I asked if issues would be fixed and he said he see if someone else doesnt buy it. In all, a poor experience. I had a much better experience across the street at Tim Dahle Nissan. Stay away from this BMW dealer. The showroom was nice.
Avoid Kobe. He found that the car I wanted was at the Pleasant Grove store. He asked if he could make an appointment for me there. I said no. He asked if he could call ahead and get the car ready. I said sure, that would be great. But did he call? No. We got to the Pleasant Grove store and they had just driven the car back to Murray - they had no idea I had even asked about it. I am so glad that salesmen are making so much money that no one has to work for a living. Ugh.
There alright you just have to be in top of them to make sure they get you right parts
Great dealership. Service department is excellent (Jeris is the man!). From a sales perspective, Ameer is the man! Helped me with a new car purchase and even on my trade. When the dealership wasnt able to find any wholesale buyers at a price I liked on the trade, he was the one who suggested posting on KSL and using an In-and-Out transaction. Netted me an extra 7k. On a sidenote, the cappuccino machine is excellent.
Entering this dealership is a serious health risk. The ownership and management at this BMW continue to flout Covid-19 policies even after Governor Herbert issued new mask mandates just last night. I was nicely greeted by the receptionist, however she doesnt seem to realize that her mask must also cover her nose. But I appreciated the attempt. After looking around, I quickly realized not a single sales person was wearing a mask. I even heard them making jokes about it. Absolutely inappropriate. I will never return to BMW Murray or recommend it to anyone I know. Enter at your own risk.
I had an absolutely great experience at BMW of Murray! I would recommend Kurtis Beck; He was great- answered all my questions and even checked in on me the day after my purchase. WAHOO!
Ive visited the dealership a couple times because both my key fob and card werent working properly. They had a BMW genius take a look and lets just say theyre not that genius and my key card is still not working.
Jonathan Diaz best ever BMW service technician!! Thank you for your prompt work and keeping in touch through out the whole process. They replaced the rack and pinion on my 2018 BMW 750iX GRAEAT EXPERIENCE.
Ryan Roosendaal did a fantastic job helping me purchase my first bmw. He was very knowledgeable and it was fun going out to test drive cars as he explained the different features of each model. I recommend you come see him if you’re curious about getting a BMW, I could be happier with my experience. Thanks!
We have purchased 2 vehicles from Shane at BMW of Murray, and we have had great experiences both times. But where they really shine is in their service department. Today I had the opportunity to deal with Val, and she is amazing! There was a mix up with the day my car was supposed to be in, and she jumped through hoops to get the paint protection put on, and was able to set me up with a loaner car, and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. She is a gem!
Caroline is awesome! Super knowledgeable about the cars and great to work with. I gave her a budget and she worked diligently to keep me right where I wanted to be while still finding the absolute best vehicle within my price point. I highly recommend her, I know I will seek her out again in the future.
I bought by second BMW from here. I would give them 20/10 If I could. Tiffany Long and Collin Peay were excellent to deal with. Yes the price on the vehicle was great, yes the financing was easy and No I didnt feel pressured. If anything I was torn between two cars and they ran numbers on both vehicles. Smiling faces and didnt have to deal with trinational dealership tricks with financing, added unknow fees or change in interest rates. I was qualified with my bank at 2.79% and they got me 1.9%. The car price didnt change, No bait and switch, no trying to upsell products. These guys got it right for my case. Between me and my friends 4 cars bought and all of them serviced here with no issues. First time sale with great service and price reaction was maybe we came on a good day, second time with great service and price was maybe we got lucky, third time with great service and price was maybe they know what they are doing, Fourth time great service and price means that they are great.
Just brought my car in with a check engine light on and was told that they couldn’t see it. So, now I’m driving around in a possibly unsafe car. Didn’t think they were typical, but it turns out they are. Sad.
The salesman I spoke with, Dustin, was extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, it was one of the better Sales experiences Ive had. When Im ready to purchase a bmw it will definitely be with him.
Tara and Rusty took great care of me. Thank you again!
I recently had my X5 in for service, and because of unusual circumstances we are all facing at this time I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Alice at this dealership more often than the norm. Their pleasant and professionalism really helps set apart places we all do business with at on time or another. Again thank you for working with me and your patience!
The team at BMW of Murray has been great! Ive worked with Parry Arbon on the last three cars Ive purchased, and he has gone out of his way to make sure that Im completely happy with my new car. Ive also worked with a few other people there who have taught me about the features of my new car, or arranged a loaner while my new car was getting some extras, and they have been knowledgeable and friendly. The updates to the lobby are really nice as well. So buying a car should be fun and exciting, and Parry and his team have always helped me feel that way through the whole process.
This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Kobe Apponsah is the most unprofessional, rudest, condescending and patronizing car salesman I have ever had the displeasure of working with. His supervisors have yet to return a call. If you want arrogant, abysmal service this is the place for you.Ps love the 2 fake reviews by Kobe’s buddies mentioning Kobe immediately after I wrote this one.UPDATE: Spoke with some “supervisor” named Benjamin Beer. He attempted to intimidate and threaten. It’s clear where Kobe gets his terrible customer service from. If there is anyone worse than Kobe, it’s Benjamin. Benjamin was kind enough to tell us that this review was “in poor taste” and that he reported it, rather than apologizing for Kobe’s poor service. We will not be schooled by someone who himself exhibits poor taste. He also was kind enough to tell us that the “old school the customer is always right mentality we have” is faulty. Nobody said the customer is always right Benjamin. Maybe listen instead of talking once in a while. In this case the customer was 100% right. Your and Kobe’s condescending approach is wrong.By the way Benjamin - this review was written by the wife, who doesn’t have an accent and is American. It seems you may have respect for those who don’t have an accent. I overheard the entire conversation, and I am absolutely appalled by your disgusting, low class response. Shocking, I know. Please - everyone reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to be treated like trash while trying to buy a 70k car. This entire dealership should be a case study for how not to behave with customers. Way to de-escalate Benjamin - kudos to you. Perhaps some classes on professionalism would help you. Next time, reach out to customers immediately instead of waiting days so that they don’t end up writing reviews that you consider to be in “poor taste,” which, again, means nothing because BMW of Murray seems to employ sales people who exemplify poor taste. Keep threatening me Benjamin.
I was recommended to get 4 new tires, I did. Several months later, i see tire pressure signal for 1 tire. They just filled my tire and reset it. Again after few months tire pressure signal. They just filled my tire and reset again. After few months again tire signal pop out. 10/19/2020 I told them this been going on and on I need it fixed. They said they wont be able to fix that day coz it was too late (agreed) and left my car to be fixed tomorrow. They said you will receive a call notifying the problem and asking permission to work on it. 10/20/2020 I never received any call and it was already 3pm. I called them to know the status of my car. The person said I need to replace all 4 tires (my tires are still good, Its not bald and does have good amount of tread on it). Why? the pressure low is only in one tire. I told him all i need is to fix that 1 tire which is showing low pressure, then he say at least replace the 2 rear tire. I told him that I am not interested in spending more money than i have to, he said he will ask someone and call me back. Again, I didnt get call. I called them, a lady picked up and said that guy already left for home (without settling my problem). I told her everything and she said service will patch your tire (i dont know if there was any leak/puncture, they didnt say anything) and will be ready by 5:30. I went to pick up my car they had already left coz i walked over there to pick my car. I did get my keys from a sales person and I find that my tire pressure still shows low. I can notice that they didnt even fill it up with air. Now 10/21/2020 They are still saying that i need to replace all my tires and will cost me 1300+. I tried to call them to not replace but it goes to his voicemail.
I set up an appointment to change my 2008 manual 335xi transmission fluid. The guy there said the price was 1k! Said there was a filter for my manual trans...every schematic I have found of this car shows that to be false I changed my own trans fluid in my friends shop took 30 minutes. First experience and it was a joke.
$450 for oil change and simple diagnostic (no repair).
Im always treated with respect and consideration for my time. I truly feel like a valued customer. Jeff Jorgensen is the best.
I bought my certified pre-owned BMW almost 2 years ago from BMW of Murray. My salesman, Shane Romano was very helpful and friendly each time I came by to test drive a different model until I found the one that was perfect for me. Shane has even followed up with me long after the sale to make sure everything was still going well with my X5. Very happy with my car and Shanes customer service.
I bought a car at BMW of Murray. Tony S. Made my car buying experience a breeze. I was out of there with my new car within 2 hours. My car is great quality and the deal shop had all the luxury included. Tony had exactly what I was looking for! He was no pressure, no nonsense which you don’t always get when buying a car! He knew everything about each model and during my test drive walked me through the workings and answered all my questions and then some! Such a transparent transaction. I will come here again and again! Thank you so much Tony and BMW of Murray!!! You guys rock!!
Great experience getting our car here! We recommend Kurtis Beck ! He was great- answered all our questions and was available at all times to address any concerns!
