Got some magnets to go on my truck. When I picked came in to pick them up. I noticed that the wrap had lines in it. When I took them back in and ask if the could fix them. They told me to heat them up and lay something heavy on them. I thought thats what I was paying them for. Never should have paid for them up fr ok not. They acted like they didnt care that the product that they just got paid to make me. Looked like they were letting a kid practice. I will post pictures if it will let me.

My son had striping done on his mustang. Absolute phenomenal job. Great price and the staff was beyond fantastic and friendly. Going back to get his windows tinted later.

After a bad customer experience at another company in the area, I was able to get in and get my windows done. Truck looks great. I opted for the better grade tint and happy I did- truck stayed nice and cool all day. Everyone here was really nice and I got in and out in about 20 min for just my front two windows. I will be recommending them to my friends and taking future business there.

Rick is trying to move towards the Loves Window Tinting name to get away from the past owners. I had my F150 windshield done to reduce glare and heat in my truck. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Rick is a very humble and honest guy. You can tell that he not only cares about his work, he wants to develop relationships with clients rather than them just being another number. I will be returning to have my side windows fixed that started peeling after the previous owners that moved to Church Street installed them two years ago. Im also upgrading to a better quality film instead of the 3M film I currently have. I can tell you that the windshield on my truck dissipates heat better than the older 3M high-performance film did. If you want tint that is used by big shops like West Coast Customs for an affordable price, this is the place to go. Rick will take care of you and your ride.

I tinted my 2013 mustang. For $260, I expected a great work. First, I did choose 3M which is the best brand in the market. After one day, I noticed that there were small bubbles allover the windows. I went back to them and he said just wait for one week and the bubbles will disappear. After one week, nothing changed! When I went back to them AGAIN! he said no one can do the tint job perfectly! WTF!Brand like 3M should be in professionals hands NOT in these losers hands!If you plan to spend this amount of money, DONT go to them.

Great experience. Ricky Love did my 350z today in Lumar 5% tint and it is looking absolutely great. Very quick work and extremely reasonable prices from a guy whom is honest and a all around friendly guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality tint job.

Poor customer service first off this guy that is supposedly so great at putting tint on a car leaves bubbles all in the film and then cuts the film out around my taillight because they are not a mechanic and cant pop off the back dash to do a quality job. I would never recommend anyone ever using this guy for the mere fact when I wanted the back windshield of and I popped the back dash off myself he said he would have to charge me another 60$ to do it while getting rude with me and belittling me. I have no use for this company and would rather go pay someone 150$ to fix his screw up then pay him another penny!

Graphic Effects tinted my 2013 Optima a few weeks ago they were fast and it looks great! One of my small quarter panel windows had a small problem it did not want to stick right at the top. So I took it back and no questions ask they fixed the problem very quickly. They offer a warranty and they stand by it!!!! I will be back in the future.

I really do not do the whole review thing but I must do a testimony for my experience here..first off,when I called,the people were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I felt like I could call them for anything. They worked me in and had my car tint done in a timely manner and I was truly impressed...to top it off,after getting verification that my car was ready,I jokingly called to ask them to cut my air on considering the temperatures arent too comfortable considering I work in a air conditioned building..I did not expect them to do it,but when I got there to pay for my tint..my car was nice and cool!!I highly reccomend these guys to anyone in the area! If I could give them more than a 5 star rating, I definitely would. I just bought another car and needed to get my windows tinted. I took one of my cars over to a business in Antioch and they did ok work. There were a few air bubbles in the windows and I was told they would go away in the process of the tint settling. It has been over a year now, and those air bubbles are still there. For my new car I bought, I knew I wasnt going back to that establishment so I really did some researching and just wasnt going to settle. I came across Graphic Effects in the process of my searching and after getting quotes from different businesses. The reviews were outstanding and compared to their competitors, they had the higher rating, so I decided to give them a try. Setting the appointment went without flaw. I am a professional in corporate America, so I am pretty much busy doing the weekdays and needed a Saturday appointment. All the other places I called either was going to have a put me on a waiting list for a Saturday appointment or the only times they had open was late in the afternoon. When I called Graphic Effects, Ricky was very polite over the phone. He explained to me the type of film they offer and its quality compared to other films in the market. Not only that, I called on a Wednesday and he was able to book me for a 12 noon appointment that following Saturday so that was already a plus on how soon he was able to schedule me in. When I gave him the year, make, and model of my vehicle, he quoted me a very responsible price and explained to me it would take about an hour and a half to complete and that I could just drop my car off if I wanted and he will call me when it was ready, which was cool with me because I could run a few errands while I was waiting for the tinting to be done. Well Saturday came and come to find out, my spouse had a prior engagement and wasnt going to be back to later that afternoon, so I wasnt able to just drop the car off and come back. I had to take my car there and wait while it was getting tinted. I arrived around 11:45am and Ricky explained to me that he had finished up on another appointment a little early and he was able to go ahead and get me checked in and ready to start on my car. He first educated me the different levels of tint when it comes to keeping heat out, the protection from UV rays, and an overall stylish look for my car. He also explained to me other products to accompany my tinting which were just a few bucks more. I went with all his recommendations and lastly just choose the percentage of tinting I wantes for my car, which he gave me some pointers and feedback on as well. I handed him my keys and he handed me the remote to the TV in the sitting area and told me to make myself comfortable as I waited. About an hour and a few minutes later and came a got me and brought me to the back of the shop to take a look at my car. As we did the walk around, he explained all he had done, educated me on the tinting settling processes, and which products to use and not use when cleaning my car. I was just blown away from the quality of Ricky Loves work. Their was not an air bubble in sight and everything was just so clean cut. Once he brought my car around front and when the sun hit it, you can literally see the amazing finish. I know this may be a long review, but I had to explain my experience from start to finish. Graphic Effects is definitely the best Murfreesboro has to offer. I am more than satisfied with my decision for choosing Ricky to work on my car. As long as they are around, I will definitely be taking any other cars I get to Ricky and will be recommending him to everyone I come across who is looking to get their car tinted. A while ago, I approached them about a wood grain wrap for an 03 PT cruiser. The tailgate is really faded, so I wanted to have the vinyl redone to match the rest of the vinyl on the side, which still looked pretty good. The owner of the shoptook a look at the car, and I was told that they could work something out and he gave me a very reasonable rough estimate, and I was told that they would call me back. Cool, sounds good. Well, after giving them around a week, I never heard anything. I called them, and was told that they are still working on a design. Another week goes by, and they still never contact me. I call them again, and somebody answers the phone. I ask about my vehicle, and they put me on hold to ask a question. A minute or two later, I am told that they won’t be wrapping my car at all. They said it was because they couldn’t find or design a wrap to match the rest of the woodgrain. I understand that my request could have been complicated, but the shop led me to believe that they could take care of me no problem. However, it is apparent that they couldn’t, and it sounds like they had no intention to contact me or let me know so. Good shop, but complete lack of customer service and communication.
