Before they switched locations, I was happy with my results.Their new location seems to be vacant. No one in sight for more than an hour after the time my appointment was supposed to start. I even tried to go to the location that it suggested, which looked like someones home address. No one is at either location and I have been waiting a whole month to get my hair done. This was a waste of my time and I am not pleased with the communication/servicing I am receiving.I tried calling the store 5+ times, even having one of the calls hang up on me.

Totally messed up the color of my bayalage. Came back for the same service and color I had last 6-7 months ago. Said same color, even showed same inspiration pics. Not only was the color wrong, it’s has red and pink looking colors through it. Not caramel... but there was no offer to even fix it! I asked how to correct the color and was told to buy a clarifying shampoo.I’ve gone to this stylist, Melissa, for 2 years. Never again! Nor do I recommend her to anyone. It was clear she didn’t want to work today, even by her appearance. Well then reschedule my appointment! Now I have messed up hair 3 weeks before my wedding. Yep that’s right, she knew this was my wedding hair appointment. What a disappointment!

I had the best experience here with LaVonda as my hairstylist. I was going in for a major haircut and was very nervous as I have always worn my hair very long. Not only did LaVonda understand exactly was I was looking for, but she made the experience so much fun. She really took her time and explained to me different product that would work well with my hair type and different ways that I could style it. I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I have ever had at a hair salon. I left feeling so confident in my new style, I will definitely be returning in the future.

The salon is really nice and clean. They did an amazing job with it. Very well located with easy accessibility. The stylist/cosmetologist that where there where very nice and really personable and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience.

Wow is all I need to say...LaVonda is amazing, in person and as a stylist.She is a hidden gem, and, if you want a beautiful cut and amazing color, you NEED to check her out.Its taken me awhile to find a good stylist. Dont waste your time and $$ looking anywhere else...just book an appointment with her.

Melissa was AWESOME!! I came at the last minute and she was more than accommodating!! The color she did was so much more than I envisioned and I truly love it!! Thankfully I was able to book her for my wedding in two weeks as well!!! She took a tremendous amount of stress off my plate! I highly recommend Melissa!!

Had a 9:00 am appointment with LaVonda but when I showed up for that appointment, no one was even at the shop. Talk about a waste of time.

Was in here for the first time this last weekend. I booked an appointment online and was set up with LaVonda. I have to say that she is absolutely amazing! I was coming in for highlights for the first time. I also have curly hair and stick as close to CGM as possible. She spent so much time with me to make sure my hair came out right. By the end of the day, I had exactly what I asked for (despite my unruly hair making that difficult). They truly care about their customers here and I am so impressed. Would definitely recommend them, especially for color and highlights you want done right. Thank you, LaVonda!

Each of these stylist have their own strengths. I use Avi and she has corrected my hair in the past when someone from another salon had messed it up beyond repair.
