I had a very knowledgeable person in Selena to help me. The third day my feet were sore, but after that the transition was so easy. My feet had hurt for several years after wearing out my brand x insoles from years ago. The warranty from the Good Feet store is just too good to pass up! I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from foot, knee, leg, or even hip issues to try them out!

I came to The Good Feet Store because of ongoing issues with my knees and lower back. Once I tried on my personally fitted arch supports, I could see a benefit right away. Time is part of the design of the arch supports and I look forward to more improvement of my pain, better posture and overall better quality of life. With the lifetime maintenance program, I am free to adjust/ change the supports as needed to ensure I am getting the correct support for me for 60 days. Then, the supports are also.able to be replaced as they deteriorate over time. I expect to be able to get to and maintain a pain free life for many years to come!

I went into The Good Feet store because I have Plantar Fasciitis. Selena met us at the door. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She set me up with the 3 sets of inserts. It was a little pricey, but if it helps my feet its with it.

I did not feel the young guy who approached us had good knowledge. Seemed like a one solution fits all situation and at $$$ high cost. We work construction and were looking for custom fit inserts. We did not make any purchases.

Nice experience. Selena provided excellent customer service with my fitting. Today is my first day wearing. Hopefully this is the start of something great. My wife went with me and she ended up getting some inserts as well. That’s how good Selena is!

Ive been hearing about Good Feet for years and finally had a moment to stop in (I live in Tullahoma). Selena greeted me immediately and got to work listening to my issues (plantar fasciitis and general foot pain before getting out of bed). She brought out the 3 sets and even had some shoes for me to try as I didnt have any appropriate for my impromptu pop in. I instantly felt relief! They are price and I do not have insurance, so I bought the excerciser (most aggressive insert) to start with. Ive had them a week and can tell a difference. I will return asap to buy the next pair. Dont be in a rush! Sleep on it before making a decision to purchase these arch supports!To preface, the employee who worked with me and my husband was very kind and respectful. I have no complaints about her personally.Some things you may want to know before going to The Good Feet Store:The personalized arch supports are not quite what you think. The store has dozens of different premade supports designed for different issues, but the supports are chosen by a person who looks at an impression of your foot pressure pattern (think a low tech version of the Dr. Scholls machine that used to be around and showed different colors for different pressure areas).The cost is very high whether you decide on the 6 month option or the lifetime option. The cost being high is not a bad thing in general, people will pay for pain relief, but the return process is just that they will exchange the supports if they arent working (within 30 days for the 6 month set, and any time for the lifetime, but at a $20 cost each time). If the supports do not work out for you or your situation, you will be out a lot of money.That is what happened to me and my spouse. The hope of being rid of the pain and discomfort pushed us to make a choice right then, believing that if we just followed the instructions and tried that the arch supports would work for us. They did not. We tried the schedule that the store recommends for as long as we could, modifying it slightly here and there as the employee said we should to be more tuned to us. After days of switching between the strengthener, the maintainer, and the relaxer, it was clear these would not be doing us the miracle others had received. I was waking up in the morning with more pain than I had before I went to The Good Feet store! My husband reported the same.My husband called the store to speak with someone about returning the arch supports, and were told that they could refit us to new supports but no more than that. We currently have essentially useless pieces of plastic in different colors and shapes, and $1200 down the drain in already hard times. We were offered the amount we spent on the supports in shoes, but I do not know how long it would take for us to use that many pairs of shoes and we dont need them either.Ultimately I am highly disappointed and wish we had waited to make a decision on the supports. I was just so tired of my feet hurting that I hoped these could be the answer. So please stop and really take the time to think it through so you dont have buyers remorse.

I was having a problem with achilles pain daily. So I saw the ad on tv. I went in and learned I had been buying the wrong shoes and those Walmart insoles I had been buying for decades was a waste of money. The lady that helped me, changed my life. I Wish I would have went there years ago.

The best purchase ever! My hip and foot pain caused me to seek medical help that included injections directly into my SI joint. Now, my pain has been reduced significantly. My foot pain is gone. My brother convinced me to visit the Murfreesboro store and speak with Robin. He has similar issues. We all do in my family. This has saved his life! Thank you for all you do. Robin is the best! I came in with terrible heel pain. Chanelle was informative and showed me where my feet should be aligned. Even though I heard Good Feet is expensive, I had price tag shock. The good thing is the warranty is lifetime. Take care of your feet!

I had a great experience at the Murfreesboro store. Chanelle was extremely nice and patient as I asked her a million questions. I’ve had the inserts for about a week now and so far so good!

I was told when I purchased $1200 in inserts that I would be able to come in once a year and have the inserts replaced. I was just told by the manager that this is not the case. Very displeased. Had I known this when I purchased I would not have made the purchase. The inserts wore out in six months.

I’m so happy & excited about my experience at the store today. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Craig with a very warm smile. He explained the 3 step process to me in detail & was very knowledgeable. He was able to show me another option that I purchased & was very please with. I was most excited about finding a 101/2 New Balance workout shoe. I had shopped all weekend & stores don’t carry 10.5 in store. What I am super excited that my Flex Card paid for almost the entire purchase of 318.00 & I was only out of pocket 42 bucks. You see mine doesn’t roll over & I was gonna lose it at the end of the month. Thank Jesus for that save right there. Happy customer that will return & Happy Feet. I went to the Good feet store 12 years ago with plantar fasciitis having tried all sorts of insert options. I walked out with the good feet store inserts and no pain in my feet! I have worn those inserts for 12 years. I went to see them today just curious of how long it had actually been, Robin took wonderful care of me, taking new imprints of my feet and makingsure I received the correct replacement pair under the lifetime warranty. Using Good Feet inserts has helped prolong my career as an express courier. I was experiencing knee discomfort and toe pain. After hearing of Good Feet by word of mouth, I decided to try them. Wearing them in my shoes every day has changed my posture for the better. My only regret is that I hadn’t discovered them sooner.

I wasn’t sleeping at night due to the pain from my feet. Robyn checked my feet/arches and determined what I needed for arch supports. Worked with Robin at the Murfreesboro location. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products at Good Feet. Have been using the inserts for three weeks and have noticed a huge improvement. Knees, hips and back feeling good enough to start running again.

I dont feel like these work for everyone and the sales people are aware of that plus their no refund policy, they may tell you to take your business elsewhere. At least that was what I was told when I came in and the exercisers made my feet feel way worse than when I entered the store. I was polite about it, but I wasnt prepared for a store that focused on only one product. I should have done a little more research.

Paid $1300 for 3 inserts, for plantar fasciitis, didn’t work!!!Just by a different shoe made for plantars or wedge shoes for women work great! I went back about 3 times to find a different fit but nothing worked, only getting a different shoe works for me and was only about $89Also always said they would call and check to see how things were going, never heard from them.

Came in two years ago barely walking after seven months of therapy and doctor visits. The staff explained how the inserts worked and fitted me for a set. I’ve been walking pain free ever since! Great staff, great product!

I went in looking for options to relieve back, hip and leg pain. I learned so much about being out of balance and the resulting pain. I had a good experience there, the sales rep did not pressure me into buying anything. I have flat feet with no Arch at all. I use to wear double socks with a Arch support for cushioning of my feet. But since I have been wearing Arch supports from the good feet store I do not have to wear to pairs of socks and I do feel an arch under my foot. At first I felt a little irritation in my left hip and also pressure under my right foot. But it was all due to my body getting adjusted to wearing these Arch supports and now I do not have any pressure under my right foot or pain in my hip I can still tell my feet are getting used to the Arch supports but like I said I no longer have to wear two pairs of socks and since I have these supports I have started to wear my old pair of running shoes again,Also can anyone from the good feet store tell me where you got the Ironman treadmill from I liked running on it

I limped into the Good Feet store in pain and walked out amazed! I work in retail on a hard floor and my hip had been bothering me for over a year. Sometimes the sharp pain down my leg would almost bring me to my knees. I heard the commercial and thought it would be worth a shot. I rarely write reviews but I thought someone might benefit from my story. I would ignore the negative reviews if I were you. Some people arent happy unless they are mad. I went into the Good Feet store in Murfreesboro about 6 months ago for heel pain. My feet were killing me before I started wearing their arch supports. I would have to stand all day at my job. Before Good Feet, I would bring 2 pairs of shoes to work and change them out half way through the day. It was the only way I could get through the day in agonizing pain. When I went into the store, they greeted me and gave me a full foot analysis. They should me what my foot print looked like and what it should look like. Ha. There was a big difference. I bought the good feet inserts almost 10 years ago while suffering from severe foot pain. I had tried podiatrist, neurologists and other Doctors to remedy my pain. After wearing their inserts for a few weeks my pain was improved to the point I quit thinking of quitting my life long career as a restaurant manager. I was in the 3rd week when I was pain free and my low back pain was gone.Today I went in for cushions for my shoes, told them about a little pain I was having on my right foot. I walked into the store today in need of relief from a flare up of plantar fasciitis. Robin asked me a series of questions and made prints of my stance it became clear that my body was out of alignment, which explains the bad right knee and pains in my lower back and left hip. I have had surgery on both feet and one knee. I have been living with aching feet and sore knees for several years. I figured I would deal with the pain the rest of my life. I’ve been dealing with foot pain for awhile, like over 8 years. I’m flat footed (I also have corns on my feet as well) and I’ve tried many insoles, the most expensive being from Protalus. None of them worked or they’d only last for a month before they’d wear down and I would continue receiving the pain I had before. Well my mom told me about her friend who went to Good Feet for help with her problem and she got it. Well I decided to bite the bullet and give them a try. Maaan I’m glad I did! Before Good Feet insoles, I would have to take my boots off at work to give my feet a break, well now I can go a whole 12 hours with little to no fatigue. I can walk in my new balances all day with no pain! I know it sounds cheesy but these insoles have really changed my lifestyle. I’m able to do more, I don’t mind exploring downtown for the day. Anybody that has experienced foot pain knows, when your feet hurt, your usually hurting all over haha. I’m going to be honest, be prepared to spend some MONEY! It’s worth it though folks, and who knows, hopefully you won’t have to spend a lot. It just depends on what your problem is. I have a lifetime warranty with my products, so I’m good. Good experience. My feet were constantly hurting. They done everything from measuring my feet to taking prints of my feet. After taking measurements I discovered that I had wider feet then normal. Staff was very professional and listened. Would recommend to anyone that is having foot problems.

Please do not go to the Good Feet Store! This place is a total rip off !! I went here about a year ago and was in so much pain I was desperate to find some sort of relief from my plantar fasciitis. The salesman there convinced me to buy 300.00 worth of hard plastic arches and said this would relieve the pain. I told him they were uncomfortable and he said in time I would get used to them. Well after two days of wearing them for a few hours a day as I was instructed to do I brought them back. Same salesman switched them out for a so called more comfortable pair. Went home again and wore them again a few hours a day. I ended up with not only the plantar fasciitis I came in with but severe back pain and a 300.00 charge on my credit card.The Good Feet Store is only interested in making money not helping anyone out but themselves!!

Id hear both good & bad reviews about these products. I had also heard that inserts from a podiatrist would cost much more, so I opted to give Good Feet a try. Unfortunately, I made a very costly mistake! The inserts I purchased came with some initial plastic type inserts also, which were to be used to ween me onto the regular inserts. I followed the instructions given to me, but both sets ended up causing me more pain in my feet than when I had no inserts. Bottom line?.....I ended up putting them in my dresser drawer, never to be used again......about $500.00 less in my bank account! A few years later, I visited a podiatrist & purchased a pair of custom-fit inserts which I STILL wear to this day.....about another $500.00. If I could receive a refund today, I would CERTAINLY ASK!!

I have had over pronation for a long time, which has caused knee and hip pain, and had personally made orthotics that did work temporarily. I got tired of arguing with the doctor about needing new ones, because these were wearing out. So I went to good feet after having talked to my pcp. I was outfitted with the full fledge $700 program and when I wear the orthotics the way I should and I have no foot pain now and am getting over knee mis-alignment due to years of pronation. I do wear them longer than I should because my shifts are 12 hours. I dont like to go without them.Thank you for your help. I just wish that you would file with insurance so that I dont have to.
