First of all I would rate them a -5 if possible. Worst service I have ever dealt with. You cant get them to answer the phone or call you back. Been waiting over 5months to get diabetic shoes and orthotics. Still no shoes, they have sent the wrong kind and size twice. They say they will be here in 7-10 days, 20 business days later no shoes. No one calls to check on them or calls you to let you know what is going on. I finally told them to forget it, I will buy my shoes elsewhere and come into pick up my orthotics. You need a appointment to come in. I had to make a appointment three days later to walk in so they can hand me my orthotics so I could leave. This place has been the most unprofessional, non caring place I have ever seen. I will never do business with them again. I dont know how they stay in business.

Apparently appointment times do not apply with this DR. . If you come here, what ever time your appointment is youll have time to go to big lots for an hour. Slowest service Ive ever WALKED OUT of. I do not recommend these scammers.

TWO YEARS for one pair of shoes, that I still dont have ! Murphys contact my doctors few months to say that its JUST one more paper that we need, for the last 2 1/2 years,and Not one call to say anything ever. Now going into the 3rd year I told them NO Thanks! IDK WHAT KEEBLER COBBLER ELFS they have carving my shoes but this is UNACCEPTABLE ! ! !
