Had everything I needed for a special occasion. Thanks to the young man that understood that we didnt want to wait 45 minutes for my balloons to be blown up.

They Had everything we needed as usual. But was very understaffed for a Saturday in October.The line wrapped all the way down the far wall to the back of the store.

Not much there. Only found one item that I was looking for, a round 10 Cake board. But I had to buy a dozen count package.

Looked for Halloween costumes they had nothingAnd got kicked out for having fun

The girl working balloons was super friendly and helpful. I only knocked a star off because a ton of their candy and snacks were sold out. Entire bins just... empty.

This place is interesting, sadly the shelves were bare, no candies, and the baking supplies were scarse. They did have balloons and lots of them. Costumes are being unpacked and getting ready for that Halloween night. Get them while they are placing them, they wont last!

These kids are in no hurry to do anything! Their chatter amungst each other is more important than the customers.

I was able to ask for help and get what I need.

I loved it here, I like that a lot of their party stuff is for birthdays, they have other odd and end party stuff here as well but mainly birthday stuff. Only thing that I didnt like was how small the store is.

The woman I believe who was the manager, Heather was unexceptionally.... rude. Not to the customers but to her own employee. They seemed short staffed after I heard a phone call with another employee who was trying to call out. She underminded the cashier in front of all the customers in line and to where the girl could here it. Literally saying shes still bagging those (balloons) and scolding her in front of everyone and yelling to get on the register. It was quite embarrassing and disrespectful. Especially to treat one of your employees who actually got up this Saturday morning to come into work. When she was checking me out I told her she needs to go work somewhere she will be respected. I hope Heather gets fired because shes not a good face for that store. Not to mention outta stock of everything.

Lots of party stuff to choose from. Giant number balloons available. I love that it is right next door to the Dollar tree.

When you go here youll encounter either a dead store or one that is so crowded you cant walk through it.The store is nicely organized and the register is generally well staffed.Downside: shopping here is expensive

The store was so busy and there were so many customers doing last minute shopping for Halloween costumes. Despite the chaos the Manager Shay was absolutely so sweet with helping me and my daughter the other night! Its such a breath of fresh air when you get a retail worker who is sweet and kind as Shay was! I will definitely be returning good customer service is a very hard thing to find! Thank you Shay!

Great place for things that bring a little joy to peoples life. Support your local party city but know that dollar tree has some of the same basic items for 80% less.

They helped me with last minute decisions for a celebration. It was fast &friendly service.

They didnt let us know in advance that we needed to pay for our balloons before getting in line to have them blown up. We wasted time we didnt have.

Great baby shower stuff

Only 2 employees working on a Friday evening?? They were slammed and took forever to buy 3 balloons. Seriously, 30 minutes to get 3 balloons. The employees were very nice and you could tell they were working hard. They just need to be better staffed.

Called up during the week and asked if I brought a ballon and powder in for a gender reveal would they be able to fill it up lady on the phone told me they could do that, the day comes around I send my friend to go get it filled only to receive a call from him telling me they told him no, was beyond aggravated because that was the whole reason I called to make sure. We last minute had to come up with something else to get the balloon filled was very mad.

This store is great.just about anything party related you need is here.

There were 6 employees working that I could see and 1 working the checkout. The one working checkout was monopolized by a customer who was picking items out from behind the counter as she went.. Not ideal for the 6 other customers standing in line.

I ordered from the website for curbside pickup. when I followed the directions that the website gave me to pick up which was let us know when youre on your way, then when you get there let us know that youre here. let us know what parking spot youre in and well bring your order out to you. Those were the directions on the text message that I received to pick up my order. When I arrived I let them know I was there I let them know it was parked directly in front of the store. I sat there for 25 minutes. tried calling the store twice was hung up on twice. finally was able to get hold of someone they finally located my order claimed that they tried to call me and let me know that part of my order wasnt available. and then proceeded to tell me that their online system is down thats why theres a number on the front door to call when you get there to pick up your order which is kind of unusual considering if youre parked in a parking space youre not going to see the number to call. very very dissatisfied with party City. Would have given them no stars if that had been an option

Horrible place, understaffed. Out of stock. Untrained employees. Waited in line 15 minutes until I tossed my stuff and left.

THEY HAVE IT ALL. You want a weird balloon? They got you. A huge selection of colored things, like HUGE. All for that party for that guy that only likes the color silver. They have costumes too and accessories as colorful as their party ware. Love it.

Found my elf on a shelf here when NOWHERE had one. We got our Halloween costumes here this year as well...love it!

Horrible service. I get that its the busiest time of the year, I used to manage one. But to wait 10 minutes in a line with no one checking anyone out while people keep coming up to clock out when theres a lone building is ridiculous. And then when there is an orderly line spaced out for covid, the girl who comes to finally help tells a guy in the back near her to chdck out.

This place was a mess, items all over the floor, disorganized and didnt have anything a party city should have. With 3 staff members you would think atleast one of them would been straightening up the place but they all 3 was huddled in the front behind the desk talking, laughing and playing with the air machine.

Was here a few times this Halloween season picking up some decorations for the house. The service was no better than 2 stars until yesterday when I was helped by one of the staff who was awesome! Very nice and friendly and found what I was looking for as soon as I mentioned what it was. She was worth the extra 2 stars. Clone her for the rest of the store and things would be fantastic. Otherwise just OK.

I love Party City! This store is almost perfect. All it really needs is a cosplay section for all year round and more choices for older kids birthday parties.

I love Party City, but lately there arent very many selections for older kids. It is pretty geared towards the much younger ones, which is ok. Some things are overpriced, and alot of what is on the website is not in the store anymore. We drove almost 2 hours to get party supplies and they didnt even have them.

Lacking for what I needed

Excellent very help and prompt with getting costumes for us. I wish I could remember the young lady name with pixie hair cut and glasses. I think her hair was red and she had tattoos. She was so good. My 4 yr old granddaughter kept asking her to cut the plastic off her tiara. The best employees out of allthe other party city stores Ive ever been to. Thanks again

Getting ready for Halloween but no dressing rooms set up yet. The adult sizes are SUPER UNDER SIZED! My 6th grader who usually wears a Y LG needed an outfit for school dress up days. We had to get an ADULT XL! Doubtful the item was worth the price, but the happiness on my childs face was priceless!

It is pretty hectic in there this time of year but you can tell that party City has been doing this for a while because they have all hands on deck. I saw no less than 12 employees trying to keep things flowing smooth. Well done.

Love shopping here you can find all kinds of things at great price. There prices are very reasonable. Next time we have a party for my granddaughter gonna go and get her stuff from here.

Great party supply store, but more importantly, awesome Halloween decor and costume selection! They have just about any odd item or accessory that you need, as well as any assortment of party decor.

Shop there almost every Halloween. Lines move really fast. Staff is helpful. Only thing I would recommend improvement on would be more variety of accessories.

You can get party supplies for birthday, baby shower, and wedding here. They also have supplies for birthday themes. Many choices in candies n chocolates for kids. But they do not have supplies for general decorations like garlands or crafts.

Guy in the back on october 31st stopped helping me to go talk to friends for half an hour before getting someone else to help me.

Went in with the gf she had a old receipt with some store credit that she wanted to use but it was very faded. The CSR went above and beyond their way to make sure she got to use it. They stayed past their open hours to help us and the other customers. Thank you very much for all of your hard work and dedication.

Umm. why have I not found this place before? This is party Central! Everything you need for a party including lots of candy to choose from! I think the best thing about this store is it is categorized. For instance, all Batman stuff is in one area, all Peppa pig stuff is in one area, all Barbie stuff is in one area. that way when youre planning a party for the kiddos or even adults everything is categorized and together! Nice clean store.

You can find interesting costumes and all your party supplies for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and everything in between. All colors and shapes of plates and supplies. Character bill caps and keychains. Pinatia and Halloween or holiday decor. Party city has a fun atmosphere. Helium balloons and free blowup as well. You can place a balloon order. I always try this place for hard to find items.

Great for events. I like how the store is organized into different sections. They don’t always have the best prices and things can be a little cheap.

Drove 40 minutes to get a banner and the manager refused to come to see me because she was too busy. The floor associate asked for assistance twice and she asked me to come back the next day. Another 40 minute drive to get the same service?! No thanks! You abiously need to reconsider your priorities!

I bought balloons online and went there to have them blown up. $6.99 per each balloon and they didnt even do a good job! They were all wilted. The woman was very rude. What a rip off.

First time back in a while. They had everything we needed and didnt have to go on line to purchase. They had a supply of items not just one or two on the shelves.

The customer service here is AWFUL. Its really the only party store around. Its a shame you kinda have to go here. I wish theyd either hire extra help or get new management. If you need assistance you will be waiting. If you need to be checked out or have a return you will be waiting!!! (Even if youre the only one in the store)

My mom just got back from here. My mom was told that employees taking inventory was more important than helping her get items from a high shelf. Shes 73. Not acceptable. Terrible customer service. Her quote: I wont ever go back. I wont either.

Horrible customer service, rude. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes for ONE balloon. I dont understand why the cashier couldnt help inflate balloons?! Ridiculous! Would rather drive to the Huntsville location. They only had two orders and one was just 2 balloons.

Only two people working, so there was a bit of a wait. I had purchased a large balloon that played music. I didnt catch it at the time because I was in a hurry, but all of my other balloons I picked were filled. The music balloon was just put into the bag as is. I didnt realize until I got home that the main balloon wasnt filled. I didnt have time to return to the store.So I admit some of the blame is on me for not taking care of my trip to party city sooner, and making sure all my balloons were filled. But I put some of the blame on the short handed staff.They clearly had their hands full and could have used some additional help. There were other employees here and there within the store. But they either werent called or didnt care that the line was getting long.Ended up standing in line for 15-20 minutes to buy 7 balloons and some candy. I will return, because at the end of the day they have the best selection of party supplies. But in future I will allow myself enough time for human error.

I get all of my little ones birthday supplies here. The store is clean and easy to navigate through.

Went in to get a few things and 2 of the item were out of reach so we asked for help, we were told they would get to it as soon as they could.. after waiting 20 minutes and asking for help again we had to put our 9 year old on our shoulders and use another object to get down what we needed. The worst of it was people that came in after us were helped and out of the store way before us. Completely disappointed and wont be returning to a store we frequently spend a ton of money at.

Poor customer service. Unfortunately, the associates are probably under paid and it shows that they really dont care. Recently went it to have (6) balloons blown up and they said it would be over an hour. They were busy with orders, which I completely get, but they never stopped to look at me or even consider helping me. I was inconveniencing them.Instead, I went to Publix, which had a great selection of balloons at the SAME PRICE! Also, Publix had great customer service.

They were out of helium. HELIUM. You know, the stuff the makes balloons float...... yeah that stuff. They were out. I say it like that because they had boxes and boxes of small helium tanks you can buy yourself. I dont NEED a whole tank of helium. I need two number balloons blown up (with helium, so they float). Im sorry, I know Im being kind of rough on them when their website will tell you that they are VICTIMS of the GLOBAL helium shortage, but youre party freaking city, balloons is one of your main things. The one in COOL SPRINGS had helium. Maybe prior planning played a role in them not becoming a victim of the global helium shortage. It seems to me that the folks in Murfreesboro need to realize that they ARE NOT OUT OF HELIUM. They had probably DOZENS of smaller tanks for sale. It seems to me that, if you are a party supply store, and are facing being out of helium for nearly a week, possibly more, (the young man behind the counter said there was a CHANCE that they MIGHT get some by next WEDNESDAY) that you eat some losses on the ledger and open up some of those smaller boxes of helium and start filling your customers orders with those. You know, customer satisfaction and retention and stuff like that.But never fear good citizens of Murfreesboro, TN, the fine folks over at Publix must have their fingers on the pulse of the global helium market because they werent out of the oh-so- fun, balloon lifting gas. And, an added bonus, their number balloons were cheaper, AND..... AND........ we ordered a cake too.Seriously, though. Murfreesboro, TN Party City, youre not out of helium, youre just choosing profit over customer service. Shame on you.

They had what I needed, which was nice, but the impulse buy long sticked lollipop shaped like a little star turned out to be expired (its just a lollipop, so I didnt worry) with an ant trapped in it that had crawled up the long, hollow stick and ate a small pit in it probably some time ago. I wished I had noticed that before I had been furiously tonguing it. It was only $.30, but that was a massive gross-out. No more candy from there for me.

Not the employees fault that the store is bad.. its the management! Little to no help from them and they treated the cashier and my wife terribly when she asked for help for something she OBVIOUSLY wasnt trained to DO . they just talk you in circles and act as if youre the biggest burden to exist! Everyone who works here always looks mad at life & not friendly AT ALL. For a party store I find that very off putting at the start. Its the only place that I know of that you can pick your balloons and they have the high float helium that lasts for weeks! This last time I ordered 3 balloons with high float helium and they were on the ground the next day. I called to see if they would replace them, I have never had any problems in the past with the balloons not lasting weeks at a time, I suspect the person who filled them didnt use the correct helium. ( I never complain, but you would be amazed what you will do for your childs birthday. ) I was told that the manager might be able to replace the order and that I would have to bring in the item. *insert eye roll* its $3 and my son is already broken hearted, I think I will spare him the sadness of bringing in 3 dead balloons and crossing our fingers hoping the manager is in a good mood that day. We went next door to Dollar Tree, their mylar balloons are $1 each and they last.

Their customer service is consistantly poor, ranging from horrible attitudes to unbelivable lack of knowledge and skill. (I once had to tie my own giant balloon after 5 attempts on the employees part). I have purchased things on line just to avoid going there. I start off at party city, lose my patience and end up next door @the Dollar Tree. SMH

I went there looking for a fish net. not fish net stockings but a fishing net to be used as part of a deep sea mermaid costume, the staff was clearly under trained college kids used to herding the masses to the trendy costumes that dont require deep thought
