Everyone at David’s Bridal was so helpful and friendly! I worked with Sophia and she was the absolute best! I went in not knowing what I wanted but I knew what I didn’t want. Sophia picked out 5 dresses for me to try and the second one I tried on was THE DRESS! The first sash and veil she put on me with the dress complimented it so perfectly. I love this store! This is my second dress purchase (1 elopement and 1 wedding- same guy), and I can’t say thank you enough to the staff especially Tonya! These ladies have gone the extra mile. After searching for months and sending back three dresses I ordered online, I found the perfect mother of the groom dress and very reasonably priced! And on top of that, they offered a discount if I joined the David’s bridal club for free. I also found the perfect matching purse and shoes. They didn’t have my size in the store on the shoes, but they shipped them overnight for free from a store in Memphis! I’m so happy that I gave David’s bridal I look… I did not know that they sold mother of the groom dresses! I will definitely be back!

I am so happy with the service. They really seemed to care about how I felt in each dress and wanted me to be as happy as possible. They didn’t push me to spend more money than I had and was willing to search for the sizes I needed in multiple styles! I found a gorgeous wedding dress for just a little over 100$!! How can you beat that!?!? Allison is a sweet heart and I’m happy she was the one to help me make my big day perfect. The biggest thank you to everyone there for the discounts on the other dresses we purchased. (3 dresses for under 400$!!) Murfreesboro David’s bridal is by far the best one I’ve been into. The staff is wonderful. My stylist was amazing. We had a miss hap of power going out in the middle of finding my wedding dress, with having family in town just for this they allowed us to continue our appointment. My sister and I had to try on and purchase bridesmaid dresses in the same day and we brought two babies with us because we could not find a babysitter. The lady who grabbed dresses for us and helped us find the perfect one did not even blink an eye with us having the two kids there (a 5 month old and a 1 1/2 year old)!! She was AWESOME! I went to David’s Bridal in Murfreesboro with no expectation of finding a dress. Mainly because I’d been to others and had no luck; however this time was different! The store was spacious and aesthetically appealing with a variety of dresses and colors that adorned the room. It was well organized and Tonya, the stylist, was attentive to my needs all while staying in my price range. The store has a lot of different styles/fabrics/designers to try, and everything was very clean and organized. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well! Davids Bridal went out of their way to get me scheduled and had my dress finished in time. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! The team at Davids Bridal were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience at the Murfreesboro Davids Bridal! My stylist Allison was such a sweetheart, and worked hard to find dresses that I loved and were in my size. I also connected really well with Allison; we bonded over our wedding planning and our shared honeymoon destinations. It elevated the experience to have a stylist I can connect with! The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. There seemed to be a mix up in my appointment times; I originally had a 1:30 appointment, but they called me the day before and asked me to come in at 12 pm. When I came in with my mom and my best friend, they still had me down for 1:30, but they seamlessly problem-solved and got us in when we came in at noon. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and would recommend this place to anyone trying to look for beautiful and affordable dresses!

I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago but I knew I wanted to go ahead and get an idea or feel of what style of dress I want because I know that is one of if not THE most important part of the big day!With it being my first time, Aaliyah was AMAZING! She helped with the choices I picked and suggested some as well but never pressurede into feeling like I had to leave with a dress today! She put my top 2 in my favorites for me and said to just let her know when Im ready to give it another go! Definitely recommend!

I found my wedding dress today! Walking in this afternoon, I was honestly not expecting much beyond getting a feel for what types of dresses I liked as this was my first appointment. Abby, my stylist, was very attentive and patient with me (I was really only able to tell her broad likes/dislikes). I tried on two dresses that I picked out, one that my mom picked out, and then a dress that Abby selected based upon our feedback on the first three. The dress she selected checked all of the boxes I had listed and more! My mom and I LOVED IT! It was beyond my expectations and elevated what I thought my wedding dress could be. It was an amazing experience and I couldnt be happier.

Follow up alterations appointment with Libby in the Mboro location. She was great - said were not done until youre happy! Alterations were done exactly to previous visits specifications so there wasnt anything additional to change. Attentive, helpful, gave additional information about the dress than I even knew i needed to know.

David’s Bridal in Murfreesboro TN definitely wasn’t the easy bridal experience I assumed it would be. I paid for a cathedral veil and received the total opposite I called the store being I did a destination wedding and told them the veil was the total opposite of what I paid for. I was then told they could see the error in their system and to come in store when I got back in town and they would give me the difference. I get in the store and was told that veil was what I ordered. I showed the videos of what I said yes to as well my original receipt so she then tried to change it up. I was livid and will not be back in the store oh and not to mention I paid dang near $400 for alterations got the dress and it still was too big in the breast area After having to get altered two times before that … I had to leave out of town for wedding . So I had to just make it work.

Amy was amazing!! She was very helpful and very detailed in her job. She made the experience very enjoyable. The whole staff was wonderful. There was a dress I loved but it was to big they all went out of there way to see if they could get said dress and even though I couldnt get that one we did find one I loved more!! The staff picked the dress I choice because it was similar to the first one!! Amy, thank you so much for all your help. You truly were amazing and very good at your job!!

I went here to get my daughters junior bridesmaid dresses and we had a great experience. I also bought my shoes at the same time. I had ordered a dress elsewhere and asked David’s Bridal if they could alter if I needed it done. They told me yes. I called them when it came in, set up an appointment which was the soonest I could get in about 3 weeks out. Once I got there, I was putting on my dress and they came back before I had it on, so I asked if they could zip it up instead of myself. The lady acted like it couldn’t zip, and the dress was so small. I had tried it on the day before at my house and it fit like a glove. I came to get alterations on the sleeves that were too big. After she made a scene and called off help to zip it up, making me feel like I gained 20lbs over night. She tells me she needs to do all kinds of alterations to it. I told her I just needed the sleeves done the rest is fine. She told me to take it off is she could see the material inside the sleeve (without measuring me before taking off!!) she comes back in and tells me it’s over $300, then proceeds to tell me “there are dresses out on the floor that was less than that you can go pick one out”…I bought this dress because I wanted this dress!!! I told her oh well I guess I will just have to pay the $300 for alterations. She continues to try and talk me out of it telling me to come back the next evening when a manager is there to see if she will get me a discount. I told her I lived an hour away I couldn’t just come back tomorrow. She told me to come back that Saturday. I asked if she could go ahead and measure me to begin working on it, and she kept telling me no to come back. When I was leaving, I found out I was holding the door FOR THE MANAGER WALKING OUT BEHIND ME!!! (The manager had no idea what was going on as far as I am aware, but she was there the whole time and the alterations lady kept telling me to come back when she was there!!) two hours before my appointment this day, they called and told me my daughters dresses were ready to be picked up. I got them as I was leaving my appointment and they were still in a plastic bag that looked like it just shipped from Amazon. Not on a hanger, not steamed, NOTHING. I made an appointment at Fong’s Alterations and I was in and out in 10 minutes. SO sweet, told me how beautiful I looked and how great it fit but the arms did need to be taken in. I pick it up next week. If you’re reading this, DO NOT USE DAVIDS BRIDAL FOR ALTERATIONS! Worst experience ever, and unfortunately this wasn’t my first with them.

I wasnt sure what to expect when we arrived for our appointment. I had read some not so nice reviews about the Murfreesboro location. Our consultant was INCREDIBLE! She made the experience so much fun for all of us and was very attentive to any concerns. I highly recommend the Murfreesboro location because all of the employees were very kind and helpful.

Sales associate (didn’t even bother to tell us her name) wasn’t very attentive during my appointment for my bridesmaids. Granted, they were busy and we weren’t her only clients, but I was still expecting it to be better than what it was. It felt as if she was just wanting us out of the store as fast as possible. Normally don’t have many problems with David’s Bridal, but this was by far the most awful experience.

When I started shopping for a wedding dress, I thought I would have a better experience at more of a boutique store. This was not the case! I had a fabulous experience at Davids Bridal. Sophia Caruthers was absolutely fantastic! I was torn between two styles of dresses and I described to her what I was looking for. She brought back a completely different dress and it was stunning! I loved it! She really took her time in understanding what I was looking for and helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams. I would highly recommend working with her to find your wedding dress!

The ladies that did my wedding dress alteration at David’s Bridal were fantastic! They not only were super polite but also worked diligently for over an hour to put hemming and bustle pins into my wedding dress. I am so thankful for these ladies who made my alteration appointment fun; I can’t wait to see my dress once it is fully hemmed and has its bustle!!

David’s Bridal return policy is the absolute worst! No customer service principles are in this policy. Make sure you understand under NO circumstances will you receive Any money back even with a receipt after 7 days. I ordered my entire bridal party dresses from them. I ordered and paid for an additional dress and shoes on June 14th. I was informed this person would not be able to participate in my wedding. I was informed the dress was back on June 25th. I went in to tell them I needed a refund for the dress and showed my receipt and they said it was after 7 days and I could only receive a store credit. I was already devastated with the news a friend was not able to participate on my special day. I told the store clerk It took more than 7 days to receive the order. Was I suppose to call while the dress was on order to get the refund? The dress had not been altered nor was it in my possession. This is the most ridiculous return policy I have ever seen.I also spoke with a corporate person who said the same thing after explaining the circumstances. I will never spend another penny in this establishment ever again and will let others know. Store credit Unacceptable!!

I was there for my daughters wedding dress alliteration. The seamstress did a very good job i think but the prices were nearly double what we had been told when we bought the dress. This was unfortunate because the dress had already been purchased and had to be fitted. It was a conundrum where we had no real choice but to pay the extra money.

My experience at Davids Bridal was great. I was pleasantly surprised by their trendy and well-priced selection. I was also so glad to have an essentially normal experience during this crazy time. The women seemed to enjoy their jobs and listened well to pull dresses that I would like. They even asked before pulling dresses over my budget. Conscientiousness and caring! I made an appointment the day before to look for a prom dress for superlative pictures, and they helped me as soon as I walked in. Samantha was such a huge help in finding different styles and colors that suited me. She answered all of my questions and even went to check if she could get the multiple dresses I liked in different colors and sizes that werent available in store. She also made the experience fun by her warm and friendly attitude. I was worried when I first walked in because of how busy they were, but Samantha made sure to be there every time we needed her.

Made appointment to discuss a suit rental. Other than being measured incorrectly, I was given a QR code. That’s it. No interest in help on discussing what was available or jackets to try on. Go to Men’s Warehouse and save the time and effort here.

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased my wedding dress on 1-25-21. Today 3/30/21 I called to check on the status of my $450 dress. To which they told me the dress order was cancelled back in February. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME OF THIS CANCELLATION. So not only is my $450 missing at this point but I don’t have a wedding dress a couple months before my wedding. The manager had no sympathy or care. This is the biggest mess up in history and no one cares.

Amy was THE BEST! We could not have had a better day!! She helped from the very beginning all the way until the end, ultimately helping me say YES!! We LOVE her!! :)

If I could give a 0 star I would. I just received a phone call stating that my dress had been there for a month. I said I had never been contacted. The person who called said that it would have been a email, not a phone call. I never received a email, nor had anyone in the bridal party. We were told when we purchased the dresses that they would be back in May. She said that after 30 days that I would lose the dress or the money that I paid for it. I told her that was at no fault of my own that it was not communicated that my dress had arrived a WHOLE month ago. There was no apology or resolution offered. This was completely bad business. I am so displeased that a phone call would be made with the assumption that I was negligent in not picking up my dress. This will be my first and last visit to this location and possibly Davids Bridal as a whole if this is the norm. Wow, so surprised.

Not happy at all. Once the sales girl realized we were there for a bridesmaid dress instead of the wedding dress, she was less then interested in helping us. The dress itself was the only one that color in stock and it was damaged in 3 areas. We were also told that they were unable to do the alterations on the dress because they are really backed up. We are pressed for time so we went ahead and bought it. No discount was offered and when the damage was brought up we were shrugged off. So in short we spent $200 on a damaged dress that we will still have to pay to fix and alter. I have to say that Im glad we purchased the actual dress from someone else that actually took the time to make my daughter feel special. Luckly I never have to use them in the future. Very disappointed.

I was asked to move from my chair while waiting on my daughter to try on her dress because the chairs went to another room. I was fine with it but asked where I could find the chair that went to my room and the lady working just said there are none and left me standing there while I was trying to feed my infant. She could careless that I didn’t have a chair because she was waiting on someone else and that was all that mattered to her.

It was my first time ever wedding dress shopping. I walked in and right away they acted like they didnt want me there. They said can I help you? And I informed them I was just browsing and she paused and said okay, but not in a friendly way I would in my work place. As I looked around and was just casually walking around just looking a woman comes up to me, clearly annoyed, and says let me show you around and brings me to the front of the store and says just walk around up here and browse, everything back there is just sizes. I did not know that as this was my first time ever in the store. Maybe they should have said that as i walked in instead of silence and staring.They were super friendly to the older woman that were in there but they were not to me. I was highly disappointed and will not be going back. My fiance was with me and even said something about how rude they were to me but talked in a completely different way to everyone else that was in the store. If I could give 0 stars I would.
