My baby girl had a free trail to see if she would like it and the instructors didn’t have patience with her at all. My baby never have done gymnastics before so she don’t know what to do. They kept saying slick stuff under their breathe about my child as well as saying slick stuff to other parents. Didn’t feel well and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them at ALL! We decide to go to another facility.

Saturday teachers are very aggressive to kids instead of happy my kid coming aggressive from this place ! not happy at all

Easter Egg Hunt was so much fun for my 1 yr old. She absolutely loved the open gym play afterwards too so Im definitely bringing her back for preschool classes.

Love Elite Energy! The staff are awesome!The staff worked with my daughter to get her back handspring and she nailed it after a couple weeks. So proud of her and thankful for the patience and training Elite Energy offers.

If I can give zero star I will. Not professionals at all, was very aggressive with my 3 years old girl. She is crying since she left her class. Not recommended at all.

Definitely did not feel welcome during our first time visiting. The two coaches who were teaching my child for the first time, just assumed he would catch on to the routine quickly without assistance. I would never pay a dime to send my child to this unprofessional place.

Employees were verry nice. The coaches are knowledgable and helpful. This was our free first visit and they were treated like theyve been there awhile. Great place!

I will first start off by saying that Elite Energy is a FAMILY. A family where you are welcomed and loved! Each coach truly cares for each kid that they coach. The staff is extremely helpful and does their best to make you feel at home. I have coached here for a while now & don’t plan on leaving. I love my job & I love this family!! I’ve grown up at Elite Energy and have loved every second of it. From starting in recreational gymnastics to the competition team, I have loved every second. I had always looked up to everyone who coaches there as they always made me feel so welcome and loved. Now, being a coach, I know that every coach truly cares for every single one of their athletes. I came to Elite in 2013 as a competitive gymnast after leaving a gym I had been at for 8 years. I was nervous to start at a new gym with new teammates and coaches, but everyone was amazing and treated me like family. The coaches want you to be the best gymnast you can be and help you reach your goals. I decided I wanted to coach other kids to help them love the sport as much as I do. When I decided to come home for college, Greg was kind enough to let me return to coaching. All of the coaches truly care about helping these kids meet goals and moving up levels. I wouldn’t chose any other gym to work at because it’s one big family.

I have never been more disappointed in a facility or customer service. Open Gym price was increased by more than 100% without offering anything additional or a heads up for that matter. Full facility was not available because of a summer camp and a class at said Open Gym. And then to top it off, no stamps or coloring sheet offered after said Open gym without any other explanation than I dont have time. My girls, 2 and 4, have enjoyed Wednesday Open Gyms at Elite Energy for more than a year and a half. Sad to say we will not be back.

This is an excellent place to bring your child. I enrolled my 7 year old granddaughter here and have been extremely satisfied with the progress she is making. The instructors are patient and sweet and I never saw one be anything but encouraging. I can see my granddaughter being here for years.

Yikes. Skills are not taught in progression, which is very unsafe for the kids. Cant even tell who the teacher is because it seems to change every week. Not sure if they are understaffed or what. Went to the fun meet and it was clear one of the coaches/judges had been drinking. Bless the blonde girl that kept the event together, otherwise that wouldve gone south fast.

The great staffs and they put the kids great challenges also succeed to thier accomplished. They also care, l patience, learn from kids and loveable also strict about the rules. They want make sure kids understand and do professional developments before he or she try out for middle and high schools!!!

From the begining we were lied to about the uniforms and due to the info. given signed up our child and paid full price for everything. Understanding there is no control, as to when merchandise/uniforms are received, the Director is torn between 2 gyms and is not attentive to the needs of the squads nor the individual children. Instead of insisting all children wear the same outfit for a competition, the gym owner and director was going to single out a 5 year old by making her wear shorts. Initially when practice uniforms came in, after the child being measured, they were entirely too big and the shoes too small and when something was said the response was, sorry there is nothing we can do about it. The coaches yell, YES YELL at these 5 yr olds when they make a mistake vs. demonstrating or explaining how to do it. When it was refused to single out my child at a competition, making it humiliating for her to competed, the OWNER GREG, calls and does not give anyone a chance to explain what has been happening he just continuously interrupts and yells to the point the phone had to be pulled away from the ear. Then he repeatedly would say, I cant deal with this. When confronted as to why he would interrupt and is yelling and why cant we just have a discussion he continued to yell. When I picked my child up from practice, we tried to leave the gym and he proceeded to follow us out of the gym, belittle us in front of other staff and parents because we decided to pull her from the team. He is the reason, along with poor management, and mean hateful coaches that a 5 yr old was pulled from the team. NOT to mention, when picked up by another person, that person was not questioned as to who they were and just went and got the child and handed her off...could have been a complete stranger or a person who is not to be in contact with the child....I have been in the cheer world for years and NEVER experienced coaching, staff and lack of actual teaching as I did here.

I have been with Elite Energy for the longest time now and can not be happier to call this place my home. We actually came to Elite after going to ETC and deciding it wasnt the place for us. I did gymnastics all the way up to prep level 4 and then had to drop out because I had a knee injury. After that I did karate and then a year later decided I missed flipping around. I signed up for tumbling and a month later tried out for all star cheer. I can not express to you in words how happy I am that I made that decision because these girls on the team are like family to me now. Its only been a year in cheer, but Im excited for the next season to come. I think coming to this gym was the best decision I ever made.

My kids seem to like their classes so far, but i wish they would answer their phone. I have had the hardest time getting in touch with them.

Coaches are amazing, the front office seriously couldnt be any better, when Mo says that shes here to help she honestly is. My children have only been here for like 4 months and they are doing great!

I love this place I learn so much here.Im a level 3 All Star I learned how to do woohoo many flips.There is parents night out,The backhandspring clinic,The fun meet,competitions,and more! I gave this a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍
