Great experience, honest professional sales person. very nice installer. very good customer service. we are very happy we researched and chose Leaf Filter instead of some if the other companies. We had lead filter system install on existing gutters. they were all cleaned first. so happy to not worry about them clogging up any more.

I had my roof replaced and Leaf Filter came out to perform an on site inspection to make sure the roofing contractor did not cause any issues. The inspection was performed and the technician indicated everything was left in perfect condition.

They put in leaf-free gutter guards which work really well. Were very punctual, efficient, professional.

I had Leaf Filter installed a couple of weeks ago. So far I have been happy with the product and installation. One of the miter joints on the corner of my gutters leaked after Leaf Filters installation and the first rain after installation. I called Leaf Filter and they came out the next day and fixed it and no problems since. They also called me back to make sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with their response and customer service.

Fast friendly efficient service. Appt. times were kept. The day I called to get appt. they came that same afternoon and was out the very next day to do the install, the rainy weather didnt stop them from doing their job. They cleaned up after installation, we didnt have to pick up anything. They have a lifetime transferable warranty.

I had their gutters installed last week. I dont know how they will perform because weve had no rain yet but I gave 3 stars for their lack of cleaning up after the installation. My son is finding long screws and brackets constantly.Will review in a few weeks time after we have rain.

Dont waste money with this business. We paid $10K for new gutters and fascia wrap. After installation we discovered the fascia and gutter colors arent the same. The installation itself left us with gaps between our flashing and the gutters--big enough critters can live in them. We also have 2 corner gutters leaking.My husband has called the local office and corporate office (the infamous 800 number they say to call to resolve problems) at least half a dozen times and someone always promises to call back or get someone out there but no one calls back and no one shows up. The sales guy called frequently before we paid them...now he wont respond. HUGE disappointment with LeafFilter.

I purchased the LeafFilter System so that I would not have to climb up on the roof and clean out the gutters. I was concerned about the debris that would collect on top of the LeafFilter screen and the salesman assured me that I would not have to clean that debris off. When the debris dried out the wind would blow it off of the screen. My concern was valid. I have had the system for 18 months now and I have continually had an issue with the debris from trees pilling up on the LeafFilter screens. After a while the debris dries out and gets hard and after that the next hard rain overuns the gutter (especially where there are roof valleys that build up debris quicker than other areas). After conversations with a service technician, the service dept. manager, and the Sales Manager where I was told by all of them (seemed like a very rehearsed response) that the system is doing what it is supposed to do. The debris is not getting in the bottom of the gutter and that it is the homeowners responsibility to clean the debris off of the top of the screens. So, I have paid a lot of money for a system and the only thing that I gained is that I now clean the debris off of the top of the screens rather than from the bottom of the gutters. If you look at the TV comercials and LeafFilters printed ads you get a completely different definition of what the system is providing for the homeowner. My advise. If you are wanting to buy a system that keeps you from having to climb up on your roof to clean of debris do not buy this system!

The business has been very good about fixing anything that leaked. They sent a wonderful young man who was polite and very helpful.

I purchased a leaf filter and gutter system from this company and was satisfied with the work. A week later, two trees fell on my home and took out the newly installed gutter system. I contacted leaf filter and their customer service staff was quite helpful and professional and they said it would take over a month for someone to come out and inspect my property and provide an estimate. While I felt that was a long time, I also understood the influx of claims being reported due to weather related events. Additionally, only leaf filter can work on your system if you do not wish to void your warranty. So, you are basically on hold until they can find the time to service your property. After a month an individual came to my property and inspected it and then they instructed me that someone would contact me about a quote and service. That individual said they believed it would be about 1-2 weeks. I waited a month before reaching out because I understood they had a backlog. After reaching out, a manager of service contacted me and provided a reasonable quote for the repair but said he would call me back in a week to provide me with a service date because he would have to find a company willing to drop off the gutter because his team is unable to do that. That was fine, however, I never heard back from that manager and again I waited a month. I contacted the service center yesterday and asked the manager to call me within 24 hours. I told them I didn’t need resolution in 24 hours, just a call from the manager so that I can better understand the situation. It has now been more than 24 hours and at this point I’m not sure what else to do but write negative feedback. As you can see above, I have done my best to be reasonable and at this point I would just like to know when my property will be on the list to be repaired. One of the issues I have with this company is that I can buy a new system today and they guarantee it will be installed within two weeks but if I need a repair, which can only be done by their staff, their is not guarantee that will get back to you within even three or four months.

Ashley provided a very well put together presentation on the Leaf Filter product. The pricing was agreeable. An installation date was set for the very next day. Oswald arrived at the appointment time and installed the product per contract. We had a test of the system within a couple days, due to a downpouring rain. The difference was immediately noticeable compared to prior to the Leaf Filter installation process.

I was completing the form for a email to discuss a time to come out, when they called, I hadnt even signed off, IF I HAD WANTED AN IMMEDIATE CALL WOULD HAVE CALLED MYSELF

This was the 2nd home we had Leaf Filter installed. We love the product and no having to worry about clogged gutter or cleaning them out. They are fast and do quality work. I would highly recommend.

Have tried cheap alternatives from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. as well as roll-over, liquid adhesion, surface tension types without acceptable results. Leaf Filter may seem expensive compared to others but well worth it. First used on drive under solar roof at 24 foot height. After 5 years inspected and found clean, clear gutters. Having tried using cheaper alternative filter mesh types on cabin at same location, found that while stopping leaves, did not stop seeds and other small debris to the point of clogging gutters and also would collapse into gutter when tree nuts, etc. built up weight. Builder installed roll-over, liquid adhesion, surface tension types (without naming brand) on house when built. While stops leaves, does not work in heavy rain as water flow too heavy and does not wrap around to go into gutter. Especially problem, even in lighter rain, at inside corners where valley on roof concentrates water flow. If edge of gutter cover not aligned perfectly, wrap of water flow will hit edge of gutter instead of going into gutter. If not keep very clean, wrap of water flow becomes degraded and stops wrapping the water towards gutter. Looking to replace with Leaf Filter when finances allow.Post My Review on Google

Had leaf filter installed on my house, but i have a couple of valleys and they have no solution to fix the problem so the leaf filter guards dont work in those kind of situations and they want to charge me look at it, and they already looked at it once

Below is my experience. And what I have requested several times no response. Also they put on splash guards on which cause you to have to clean them NOT what I was told when I paid. I was told these new gutters and leaf filters are 100% maintenance freeHere is the latest: Finally someone came out on 16 September to take some measurements and said THEY would have to come back to install the fix. AND have heard nothing !!!!!Below is the FULL storyWe had all new gutters and Leaf Filters installed on 24 June 2020. Was told this is a maintenance free solution, as long as we added larger gutters and if we paid extra for an additional down spot, which we did.. Had a service tech come out, on 05 August, to fix a couple of spots where we were getting run over and couple of places that the corners were leaking. Noticed today, 16 August 2020, that we are still have 2 spots that run over and one corner that leaks. I did explain to the tech on 05 August that I did not think the way he fixed it would work.TODAY 24 Aug 2020 technician came to our House AND DID NOT fix the largest issue So, I am sure the other issues he did not fix either. He cleaned behind the splash guard that the first technician installed. I told him I want a down spot installed he said he was not authorized. I want the GUTTERS FIXED and INSTALLED correctly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I asked him for a number to contact, since I am UNHAPPY, he said he only has the main 1 800 number. Also the technician Broke one of my wife’s flowers.Finally someone came out on 16 September to take some measurements and said THEY would have to come back to install the fix. Beware of false advertising with this company. They will come to your house and talk for 2 hours about their “life time warranty “ then when you ever call their service center for any type of help they will slap a $95.00 service fee on any service call they make.I spent $6500.00 with these people. The sleazy salesman that sold us the product kept say “ you will never have to worry about anything with these gutter guards. We stand behind them 100%! They will never clog, they are stainless steel and you won’t ever have any issues with them or we will come right out and take care of it for you” ........Fast forward to today. I have had to PAY someone to get on my roof spring and fall the last 2 years to blow the mat of debris off of the guards so water doesn’t pour right over the top. Then today we noticed that one of the “indestructible” screens is sticking up pushing one of the shingles up, so I call to use my “100% guarantee” to get them to fix the “indestructible, 100% guaranteed, you will never have any problem with” gutter guard and was told that they were going to charge me $95.00 to come out to look at my 100% guaranteed gutter guard. I raised 10 kinds of hell with them and was on hold for over an hour when they finally came back on to tell me they would wave the fee THIS ONE TIME!?!??? Total scam, don’t fall for their hype. It is a very poor performing product backed by a very shady company. It I was not a bullheaded person I would have ended up spending $95 on what will in essence be a $2-3 repair (looks to need a new 12” piece of screen a rivet and 5 minutes of time. Staff were on time, were diligent and focused throughout their time completing the installation, and were careful and attentive. They are, individually and collectively, professional and personable and excellent representatives and stewards of Leaf Filter.

I had leaf filter installed in June. The workers left product on the the roof that in turn blew down in our yard. I called our salesman that at the time which told me he was on vacation but also said he would get someone over to clean up. Its July and no one has came yet. The clean up isnt the biggest issue. I have a leaking gutter as Ive read from others that have purchased this system. I want my money back and these removed. No one has reached back out to me. I dont recommend these.

Salesman was great, not pushy and worked hard to get the price where I could afford it. The installer was a young man that worked hard in the heat and humidity of the day, kept it moving in spite of being tired and hot. the LeafFilter guard is made of A grade materials and with a lifetime guarantee its hard to go wrong.

This is from my father-in-law. For those of you out there that are thinking about using Leaf Filter gutter protection, don’t! I have had some damage to my system and have literally called them 10 times and have yet to get a response. A very poor way to run a business. I will keep trying but it has already been over a 3 week period. Very disappointed!

I called and spoke to a Operations Supervisor in the main office this morning as our sales representative was on vacation. We called LeafFilter out originally to give an estimate on putting screens on our existing gutters. According to the sales representative, this was a small job for them due to the distance of 80 feet total and the good condition of the existing gutters. The sales representative started off with a high quote and slowly worked his way down over the next 20/30 minutes and lowered the cost in the end by $ 1,300 ( 40%) that is if you make your decision tonight/early tomorrow morning. I thought of other consumers perhaps elderly people on a fixed income and needing repairs to their home who trust that the original quote is the actual cost and have no idea that the original quote is just throwing the bait in the water to see if you bite and hook.This takes me to the promises and the actual work. Our sales representative said that a team of people would come out to do the work. Actually one contractor showed up, not a team and when I spoke to the Operations Supervisor this morning, he said for an 80 foot job, only one person is needed.Our gutters needed adjustments (brackets) according to the sales representative giving us the quote, for proper water flow and showed us the locations where the team of workers would repair and make those adjustments. Unfortunately, the one contractor on site missed correcting those adjustments in a few places and my wife is out there supervising the job and showing the contractor where he needs to make corrections. I advised the Operations Supervisor of the same early on this morning and he was to have a Installation Supervisor call the contractor to let him know our concerns. My wife continued throughout the morning to show locations to the contractor where the levels of the gutters need adjustment that he had overlooked. For continuing to remind us either during the sales presentation and or this morning when I called the office that LeafFilter is the number one company in your industry is much more talk than substance at least from what we have been told and what has been observed.

Extremely professional service. Can you imagine? They arrived on the day and time they said they would! Very glad we invested in the gutter filters.

Had this system installed one year ago. Ive had nothing but problems with water overflowing the gutters when it rains. Their service department has been out six times and my problems are still not corrected. Ive spoke with a member of the service department this week and they told me it could be a build up of leaves and debris behind the deflectors. I ask her isnt this what your system is supposed to prevent from happening. She stated thats something we cant avoid from happening. So in other words, Ill have to climb a ladder and clean behind all the deflectors to avoid some of this from happening. I thought the whole idea was to never have to climb a ladder to clean the gutters. I guess not. Ive takenvideos of seven spots that overflow. The service department takes forever to get back to you. I have them coming back tomorrow for the last time. If this isnt corrected Im asking them to remove their product and give me a refund. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing this product. Salesman worked very hard to work out acceptable financing which was finally achieved. I was very happy until the first hard rain, I had more water running over and out of the gutters than I had in the gutters. I contacted the warranty department and made them aware of my concerns. The lady told me someone would contact me within 48 to 72 hours, didnt happen. In the meantime I had recommended the Leaf Filter to my neighbor who had scheduled an appointment for an estimate on his house, he asked if he could come over and look at the product after installation I said sure this is a great product. After he took a look he brought me some pictures of the system installed on my gutters needless to say I was embarrassed at the shoddy installation, it was deplorable to say the least. I again contacted the warranty department and was again told I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours not very confident with that I contacted the salesperson direct and told him of my situation he assured me everything would be corrected to my satisfaction. I received a phone call from someone who was the district person that would manage the corrections, we scheduled an appointment but he called and cancelled because he had so many jobs to check on he ran out of time so it would be the next week before he could come. Now heres the good and the bad of this deal; I think the product is GREAT, the installation sucked, the follow up leaves something to be desired but I will say the man came the second time when he said he would, he went over my complete job and made numerous adjustments, he didnt try to alibi for anyone he told me like it was and I respect that. He assured me that any and all items had been corrected, but if there were any future problems to call the warranty department. Now Im not trying to put this product down in any way just the opposite I want to be able to brag about the system and how well it works, and I will the next time it rains and everything works as promised. I firmly believe that LeafFilter is a great product and the company will backup what they say they will do. Six days after installation my gutters were holding water AND leaking!!!! Have called three times and left a msg for a return call. Their customer service has not responded!! Worse company to try and help with complaints or problems!!! They are 100% unavailable to the consumer after they get their money!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Explanation of the product was perfect. Installers came the next day on time and had our gutter projection in place in no time.

They come and sell you on “lifetime” guarantee but when you have a problem with their product they want to charge you a $95 service fee. No mention of this when they are trying to sell it to you but they sure want to charge it later.

Only been a month since installation and we have had a lot of rain this past month. The gutters are functioning really well and I am pleased with the results.

Ive been in the construction industry for over 30 years. The Leaf Filter gutter protection system is by far the best gutter protection system that I have ever seen. It keeps all of the debris out and lets all of the water in. Awesome product!!!!

Leaf filter staff were all professional, respectful, & courteous. They came as scheduled. We have used “LeafGuard” in the past when we lived in a different state, but after installation, leaves still clogged our gutters. LeafFilter is the Best!!!

While the product appears to do exactly what they say it will, I am not convinced their business and sales practices are as solid as they claim. I had new gutters and the leaf filter system installed a few weeks ago. I discovered a suspected clog in a downspout, and when I called and asked to speak to the salesman who visited my home and sold me the product I was told that was not possible. The gentleman who installed the gutters and filter did come to my home several hours after I reported the problem, and as I suspected one of the downspouts was completely clogged. Since the downspouts were not replaced when the gutters were installed, I had incorrectly assumed all of the downspouts had been cleaned on the day of instillation. The downspout was so completely clogged that 12 inches had to be removed in order to get rid of the entire clog (apparently there was a tree growing in the downspout). I am likely going to have to purchase new downspouts and pay someone to install them, and I feel new downspouts should have been part of the new gutter system I purchased for $4800. While I am thankful to the installer for coming out and temporarily fixing the problem, I am quite disappointed that no one from Leaf Filter has contacted me.Update......A Leaf Filter representative contacted me and the issue has been resolved. They installed new downspouts earlier this week, and everything is great. I can now give this company 5 stars because theyre product does what its supposed to do and they are committed to making sure their customers are pleased with the work they do.

The guys did a great job.

LeafFilter worked great for a bit. Now one year later and I need to climb to the hardest to reach portion of my roof to remove debris. Im assuming the problem is on the outside of the filters but getting to this spot is dangerous (30 foot ladder in the back of a truck barely reaches). Hence, the reason I got the filters. The same spots where water would overflow my gutters before the filters are now flowing over again.

Leaf Filter gutter guards went up quickly and efficiently. Nothing is getting thru these filters. Im very pleased.

Met with a salesman last night and signed a contract. I was very uneasy and couldnt sleep about the whole ordeal; therefore, i called this morning at 7:30a to cancel. I was called back twice by the salesman trying to convince me not to cancel. I was told the installers had been working on my order since 5am and this job was basically their livelihood for today. This is why the 3 day cancellation law is in place. People think about a decision they make in haste and CHANGE their minds. He ended the call by saying thank you, you should have told me this yesterday. Click!

The equipment seems fine however my experience has been a dud:1. Salesman took my information from the application and i never heard a peep from the company until the installer showed up.2. The terms of credit ARE NOT what the salesman quoted me - He said 0% and points. He wrote and my account reflects 12.9%3. I called in immediately, spoke with a Manager with no call back from him after his look into it4. Called the phone center and left a message for another Manager last week with no call back yet.You may say that i am fool for not reading the fine print and then i will say that the salesman was purposely misleading and the company has refused to even address my concern.

We bought leaf filter several months ago because of all the trees on our property. Was told that it would prevent me having to climb a ladder and clean out the gutters, but still dealing with blockages and water running over the gutters (which I was told would be prevented with their system). I have called customer service several times and they send someone out to look and basically have been told it is what it is and will take occasional cleaning. Which occasionally is at least every week. Not sure why we paid for a system that I still have to clean the leaves off of to work and prevent water from running over the gutters. Last time I talked to the person who does the repairs he acted like I was being trouble and promised to schedule a time to come out again but I have never heard back from the repair person. I dont normally write reviews but after I have been treated real pourly I feel that I must educate the public so they can hopefully avoid this terrible company & the scam artist that work for them that they call their sales men. My name is Anthony Galardi & I hired Leaf Filter to install their product on my house. We had scheduled the install about 1 month out & the sales man who came to my home named Robert Burks took a refundable deposit of $200 that day. I explained to Robert that we we were about to do a major remodel & we may need to move the install date out a little. He said that would be absolutely no problem. We went way over what we budgeted so I decided to cancel Leaf Filter. I called them up & told them the situation & requested my deposit back. They told me that I should call the police that it was not their problem & Robert Burks no longer works for them. So basically I am out $200, its not much money, but its the point! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I entered a contract with LeafFilter to install all my gutters with their product. They came out and started with the easiest first, my detached garage. After that, they got on the roof of my house, took a look and said, Our filters arent compatible with your gutters. (This despite the fact that their website advertisement says they will custom fit to old gutters. My gutters are about 20 years old, but quite normal, aluminum, seamless, box type gutters. They stopped right there and said they would have their installation supervisor come and look. A day or two later, Billy, the supervisor came, looked, and agreed that they couldnt make their filters work on my gutters on the rear of the house (about 150 linear feet). He offered, that . . . if I would have these gutters removed and additional facia put on top of the existing facia, he would install new gutters and proceed with the job. I hired a man to remove the 150 of gutters, add new facia, and paint the facia at a cost of $1000. Billy then came back out with his boss, another supervisor, and they said it still wasnt going to work. He said, It would be a warranty nightmare. I said, OK, reimburse me for the ill-advised request to remove my gutters ($1000) and either replace the gutters as promised, or reimburse me for having to have new gutters put back on. They have refused both requests and even want me to pay for the filters that were installed on the garage. I said, take them off or give them to me in compensation for the cost I am going to incur putting gutters back on. We are at an impasse. Ive got to have gutters quickly. My basement is getting flooded with heavy rains and no gutters. Corporate (in Ohio) is finally getting involved, but we still have no resolution. At this point, I dont want yet a fourth opinion that new gutters and their filters will work. A warranty nightmare. keeps ringing in my ear. Whos opinion to trust? Who knows what they are doing?

They were prompt and professional. My gutters are not only clean, but actually drain correctly now.
