We searches and was reached out by HDCE Services on Yelp. I was willing to proceed because of Johnny’s timely response and we scheduled the first in-person consultation. He was courteous and energetic and provided me multiple options to select from. We scheduled another day to pave part of my yard. Though there was something that caused delayed arrival, Johnny communicated and explained. We both understood the situation. While we developed our conversations, I realized that he is professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and respective. Those are very precious portraits of a human being as well as a entrepreneur. Not only did he perform services productively, but he and his team were responsible of what they confirmed on the phone. Because of special situation of running late, we were offered complimentary mowing and cleaning. I felt appreciative. Lastly, I also wanted to point out that Johnny and his team are super nice and faithful people. I would be delighted to seeing them back for our requests in the future!

The owner of the company promised a crew member would be right out to give us an estimate. However, after waiting over two hours, I wrote him back to make sure his crew members were alright considering they never came out. He apologized and then without letting me know he himself was coming out, showed up at our house at night four hours later with his wife. They both spoke with my husband, and I overheard my husband saying it’s too dark to see the yard in order to give a proper estimate of costs. I have had to contact the owner on numerous occasions since beginning this entire process the day before. I feel like I’ve been chasing him and I feel like as a potential client of his, I should not have to be doing that. A simple text or phone call or email would’ve sufficed from him. However when he told my husband the night before that he would be out himself between 10:30 and 11 AM the next day, he never showed. No phone call or text to my husband or myself. Very bad business practices. I do not recommend a company who seems to not care about potential clients. And does not get back to them in a timely manner. If they were running late, a courtesy phone call or courtesy text would’ve been good enough to let us know that he was going to be late. But we never heard anything from him. Do not recommend!
