I really enjoyed working with Erika. I called SQ Greenland to get some general information, and she was so informative and helpful. I’m looking at properties in the area for my daughter, and Erika made the process a little bit easier!

One of the cleanest apartments out there! They’re extremely nice and have an abundance of room. The staff is amazing and management/ maintenance are phenomenal.

Worst, nastiest, and most money-hungry apartment complex in Murfreesboro. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Bugs, mold, everything in the apartment constantly breaks like AC, toilets, and they literally do not care. Management is awful, literally live anywhere BUT here!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!

Really nice property! The swimming pool and gym are convenient, and the price is reasonable for location and getting your own bedroom and bathroom.

Student Quarters Greenland is my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived at! The property is always kept clean and I LOVE that it is a gated community. My move-in process was so quick and easy and my room was in PERFECT condition when I moved in!

They are all very nice. Easy to get ahold of in case of an emergency. Great pool and it’s the cheapest place in town as far as I know$$Plus they feed you each month in the office area with different things like tacos nachos and spaghetti. I would defiantly live here if I already didn’t live here 😉

The apartment I moved into had already been lived in for four years by my other roommates. The apartment was dirty, and me and my roommates had problems with mold and a few bugs. Not to mention, something would break about once a month. Our stove caught on fire, the dryer didn’t work, and the wifi was completely unreliable among many other issues. The gate would never work and I got locked out one night at 2 am while it was snowing; there was no help. I’m convinced that the workers don’t look at your application and will move you in with anyone just to get their money. I will definitely not be renewing my lease and am happy to be moving out in July.

My daughter had a great moving in experience. It was extremely easy and fast! Everyone was so friendly as helpful.

I love living here. It’s a great place to stay and I feel very safe. The staff, especially Shelly goes over and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Would recommend to any of my friends.

You will not find a more attentive staff for the price. Shelly and her crew are genuinely kind caring people. Only issues I’ve had are the neighboring apartments. There a bit loud and police always seem to be doing late night business there. Police patrol parking lot regularly and 3 live here as courtesy officers. My roommate placements have been a perfect match for our lifestyles ages and interest. My dog Yogi is treated like a king by the young ladies in the office. Only complaints I have had is people not picking up after there dog. Nasty because doggy bags are provided everywhere if your to lazy to buy your own. No reflection on the management but a reflection on people not having self respect to respect others. New security gate installed plus diligent security staff make sure no car enters property without proper ID and a reason to be on premises.

This place is wonderful! Staff is friendly.Management is really kind, and will go above and beyond to work with you. For the price the facilities are in good condition. Also furniture is already supplied.Any issues at all you should contact Shelly Ayers(Property Manager) she will treat you will respect. She is the epitome of compassion and integrity. I would give 6 stars if it was an option.

I really enjoy living at Student Quarters Greenland! The apartments are really nice and the staff is super friendly. It’s quite and very close to MTSU. The activities they offer at the clubhouse are fun. For me it’s the best and cheapest apartment complex around campus.

Honestly, if I had a choice I would give this place a negative 2 stars. First of all, its dirty. You would think that they could maintain the cleanliness with the amount you have to pay each month. Also, THEY DO NOT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS in the parking lot. Hence, this is a gold mine for car thieves. If you accidentally leave your car unlocked, which can happen, you most likely will be robbed. Even more, security is unreliable.What does SQ do about it? Nothing. On flipside, you can always look forward to the blue lights flashing in your window at 2 in morning. Or even better, a gunshot. In conclusion, I will not be renewing my lease at Student Quarters.

I was really frustrated with my stay here. I was moved around countless times due to accusations from roommates. I was told I was being moved into a more family friendly apartment but it was actually because of a false complaint made about my daughter who is only a few months old. The room I was moved into was damaged from the beginning. There were missing objects and broken ones as well. Also I found out that the management had been keeping tabs on me questioning my roommates about me and my child. I put in multiple maintenance requests and went to the office numerous times to get things fixed. Our internet constantly went out without notice and would stay off for days at a time. Then I was interrogated by the management over false claims. No one even got my side of the story. Instead I was told I would be evicted automatically because I was the issue. AND to top it off I am being charged for things that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!! There was so much frustration with this apartment that we had to move.

I would like to let you know guys to stay away from this place, the building is very old and you can hear the steps of the person above you.The apartments is completely dirty, and they dont clean it up after the past resident.These days Im planning to move out.

I like it here! It can be a little noisy sometimes but overall very close to campus and the staff is very caring. Our rent is not super high. I definitely feel at home here!

If you like living in the dark with no water, no Internet, gun shots, and rodents, then this is the place for you!!!!! Wish I could give negative stars. In the past month our water and power has gone out for no reason. I have not had internet in 3 months regardless of the fact that the staff is aware of the problem and has neglected to contact me after first the first visit where they basically told me they couldnt fix it. I called several times about the condition of our stairwells because they were filled with trash for several months and attracted rodents. After calling several times about the stairs, a stair actually broke while I was going down the stairs, luckily I was not majorly injured. The air doesnt work half the time and maintenance has to come out to get it going. They made no attempt to clean the apartment when I moved in and the room was filthy!!! We are students, not animals.But hey! If youre a goth hipster vampire with a fondness for rodents then seriously consider this place!!!

I have lived at Student Quarters at Greenland for 2 years. During that time, I have enjoyed living here and never had any REAL issue. These apartments arent glamorous or new but they have been my home during my time at MTSU. Any issue I have had, I have been able to call and get it fixed quickly. As long as you clean a bit here and there, I have had no issues with mold or bugs. The staff is always willing to work with you if you do have issues. Compared to a lot of places near MTSU, I would consider this one of the safer apartments. My neighbors have always been quiet and kind. If I wasnt graduating this year, I would be fine staying here for a long time. Having my own room and bathroom is such a nice thing, as well as a spacious living room and a kitchen with plenty of storage. :)

Im rarely ever rude about things but if I could, I wouldnt even give it one star. I totally understand that they are a busy place and at first I loved it, but the alarm system doesnt even work, in August their printers went out, wifi barely works half the time, they barely clean after past residents. I would not recommend this place to anyway, save your money and go somewhere else.

Student Quarters at Greenland is one of the best places for college students to live. Very close to campus and awesome floor plans!

These apartments are the trash. sure you pay close to nothing a month but you get what you pay for. washer going out, refrigerator leaking, balcony door won’t lock, roommate that is werid. this place is suppose to be for students yet there’s old people and if up late studying you get noise complaints bc you walk to the bathroom. The sad part is i only have this information from the few days i have spent there with my girlfriend. If you love being harassed then contact shelly and she will get you a room with the most issues. she will tell your roommates you are emotionally unstable because you told her about the hot water being shut off. moral of the story is, DO NOT EVER LIVE AT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS. DO NOT RENEW YOUR LEASE. Get out of there as soon as possible.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. Its over priced for little amount of space. The appliance are out of date. The people they roommate you with probably dont have nothing in common with. And they never fix anything . I wish i never moved here . Customer service is okay until you have a problem. And they dont care if youre uncomfortable in your environment!! Worse place to live in murfreesboro!!!

Dont live here. they do anything for a dollar. they r trying to charge me for my roommates pet damages whenever they told me they wouldn’t. the electricity bill is higher than living in an actual home. appliances constantly break. the maintenance man sits outside smoking cigarettes and doing literally EVERYTHING ELSE but cant come up here and fix my washing machine that is flooding my apartment. they dont care about u or ur money. they room u with anyone, they dont put u with someone based on ur lease papers. the property manager shelly tried charging me a pet violation for walking my roommates dogs that she pays for each month. this place is the biggest scam. if u are a student at mtsu, get a dorm or on campus apt. this place is stressful and overwhelming. and us full time students dont need the extra stress. if ur reading these reviews, thats a good thing, because i didnt before i decided to sign a lease here and i really wish i wouldve.

These apartments are the worse apartments EVER! The closets and kitchens are full of mold and they lock the kitchen closet doors from the inside, so that the residents cannot see the mold. Also, none of the appliances work. My washer and dryer never worked in my apartment, and I lived there for a year. The property does not send out maintenance, and if they do the maintenance men working for them really dont know how to fix the appliances nor the problem. They cover up the mold with white spray paint. The apartments next door are so ghetto, and they blast music all day every day, and I can promise you that you will hear it in your bedroom. The police are always at the complex being that every drug is sold out of this apartment complex and the police know this. You will see a physical fight if not every day, every other day. These apartments are the police and drug task force second home. A friend of mine paid her rent and they caught their cleaning staff on camera stealing her rent money order out of the office. They did not fire the employee, and tried to evict her for unpaid rent (even though they saw their employee stealing on camera). They attach made up fees to your account also when you move out because they are so desperate for money. BEWARE of these apartments! They use to be named The Woods of Greenland, but the apartments got so bad that no one would move into them, so they changed the name of the apartment complex. Sort of smart, ehh? There are bugs, gnats, and spiders, and the apartments are old and filthy (spider webs). Trust me, these apartments arent worth the money. They arent worth $300 smh the photos online look nothing like the apartments. These apartments are the oldest college apartments in Murfreesboro; they just changed the name of the apartments. The office staff is terrible and will say anything to you to make you sign a lease because they are desperate for tenants. They will tell you that they are full, but really they are not. They need people to sign because they are going under. They have multiple locations, but the same staff runs them all (they rotate with each other to different locations). DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY NOR YOUR CREDIT!!!!! They will scam you! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Lol charged me 100 dollars to get a minor stain out of the carpet, another 20 for the “nasty bathroom” when I had cleaned it right before I left. Would never recommend to anyone.

UPDATE: One week after my last review, another student shot, this time killed at Student Quarters Greenland.=================================My son is a student at MTSU. He has lived at this apartment for a year. There were two gang related shootings at his building in the last 3 days. Steer clear of these apartments.
