Normally I really like dealing with this Fedex Kinkos but..... $25 to Setup to print some sheets of return address labels. Fine, Ill send it to Avery online and they can mail it to me. More than happy to send business and money to some else.

I use them primarily for printing. I order online and then go pick it up. The orders are fast and the quality is good. The best part is, their customer service people are friendly and genuinely care to do a good job. I have been consistently happy with the product and service here.

I needed a last-minute print job, dashed over but the process took longer than expected. Stephanie kept the store open a few minutes late to deliver an excellent product. Kudos to Stephanie and FedEx for great customer service....theyve earned my repeat business for sure!

This location of FedEx is very hard to find inside the mall area. There are no street signs telling you what street you are on. So finding their building was very difficult. This mall is set up with many streets plus there are construction going on of a new AMC Theater which disrupt traffic on the south end of the mall. I had to park and call them and tell them where I was in the mall so the clerk could give me directions. Once I got there I had no problem into a handicap spot for wheelchair lift. Then I went into the building and got very quick service. Then I was out and back on my way.

I went into the Murfreesboro location to get a resume printed while running behind to a hiring event. I could not get my printer at home to work and was running behind. My wife had a previous experience that was great with Fedex Printing Store and recommended that I go there. I was in a rush and only had the resume and cover letter in my email, no flash-drive, and was not sure if I could even get it printed this way. I was waited on by a lady named Susan and she informed me I could email it to the store and she printed me three copies, and even recommended a resume folder from a great selection of folders and binders. The printing on premium paper was less than $4 after tax on premium paper. I highly recommend this business for there courteous, thoughtful, and expedited service.

Pure incompetence. No customer service. I paid to have a package delivered on Friday to arrive Monday, and the recipient only recieved an empty envelope. When I went to the location, it was as if I was putting them out to check into what happened. They absolutely did not care and made no effort to look into the situation.

This FedEx location is excellent in service. The staff are helpful and attentive to the customer s needs. It is a pleasure to do business with them each tine.

I came in tonight (3-31) at around 10pm and it was surprisingly busier than I thought. Every time Ive come, regardless of time the service has always been perfection. Tonight was no different. Judy who was the associate working was the only one here and she was going back and forth attending to everyone. She did it with poise, patience and a great attitude. Employees like her are the reason why I ship with fedex. Thank you Judy and fedex for always being painless and a great partner to do business with. Could not reccomend this location more!

Best staff Ive experienced. I travel all over for business. I count on fedex to help me with all sorts of projects. the staff in Murfreesboro are the best Ive worked with!! Glad they are my home town store.

I use to come in here once or twice a week for work and typically had decent service. However, I was recently out of town and needed something overnighted to me so my roommate went up there to do so. She was told that they could not get it there overnight. She ended up going to the other fedex in town and they told her that FedEx could get it there overnight and she was given false information. I ended up getting the package by eight in the morning the very next day! Very disappointing that the staff was being either ignorant or lazy considering how much time and money I have spent in there over the last year.

I have never had any issues with the staff. Pretty cool people, professional, and efficient for the last minute needs I have had in sporadic times.

Employee waits til I get in the store to inform me verbally it is required to have a face mask. No signs was visible prior to entering this store. This employee needed to post a sign on the outside, lost my business been here several times to do business took my business to Staples where I was treated in a professional way

The gentleman was very helpful and getting my papers printed.

Awful service. Employees gave me blank stares when asking them questions. Told me to email files but their computers werent updated to allow me onto my google drive. They were completely unhelpful. Spent 30 minutes in there and left with absolutely nothing except I had to pay to access there computers. Slow, rude, horrible service.

I have given this place various chances and each time was unpleasant. The service was unhelpful in helping me with my printing needs and were very uneducated when it came to the knowledge of print terms and set-ups. They treated me with disrespect as if I was an irrelevant customer, and in the end I was left with incomplete prints and no one to help me.

They can be slow sometimes, but offer good service.

Somthing always went wrong

Terrance Payne very rejective about the box, wouldn’t ship my box because it had a rip, obligating me to buy a new box for 27.43

Rude. The employee acted like my print order was a burden on their day, made snarky remarks about my photoshop skills, tried to charge me extra just to leave space around the image, and when I asked her if that was standard (because Ive never been charged for asking them to leave space) she shrugged and said thats just how she was going to do it. I cancelled the order immediately after that. You dont treat paying customers like their business is an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location.

Great store, had to print off some resumes and was greeted when I stepped through the doors. The staff are friendly and tentative to the people that are inside the store.
