Myra has helped me significantly and has been amazing for my mental health!

Myra is a wonderful therapist. When my husband and I stated marriage counseling we didnt know what to expect but right away Myra makes you feel like youre in a safe environment to speak and to listen. My husband and I sought out help when our marriage was on the verge of ending. We knew we still loved each other but we didnt know how to make it work with so many bridges broken. Myra helped us rebuild our communication, our trust and how to be there for each other. She helped us fix things we didnt even know were broken. I have bad anxiety and that caused a lot of issues in my marriage and in other aspects of my life, i wasnt really able to function before because it did control my life. She was able to meet with me one-on-one to work on different techniques to help me work on these problems. It helped me so much at the time and still to this day i use the techniques, and its not as bad. Im able to me. Im able to be happy in a way i never thought i would be again. My husband and i have now been married for almost 5 amazing years and we look forward to many more years to come and we have so much appreciation and love for Myra for everything she did for us.

My experience with Wilkinson Family Therapy has been one of the best therapy experiences Ive had. She listens well, offers suggestions and helps you think of solutions to overcome. I called last monday to schedule an appt. The voicemail said it could take 24-48 hours to get a call back. When I didn’t hear anything by Wednesday I called again, left a voicemail and waited but no call back. I called again on Friday and still haven’t received a call back.Guess I will have to find someone else.

I have been to a few different counselors over the years. Myra is top knotch in my opinion. She is very down-to-earth, easy to talk to and she creates a relaxed setting that makes you feel comfortable.
