I called needing assistance for my SD slot to pop open. At first the man on the other line was confused about the concept of the SD tray slot and told me it was glued together and they couldnt help me. Then he told me another story about if the tool didnt open it they couldnt fix it. I know very well from studying up on this a professional van take the back off safely and get it open. Thats why called them a place of business that professionally fix

My less than 2 year old IPhone was nearly dead. After charging, it drained in a matter of minutes. I took it to the AT&T store where I purchased it. Since it was past the 1 year warranty, they recommended I go to Batteries Plus for a new battery.They were courteous and efficient. In 40 minutes I had my IPhone back working as good as new! Thanks for saving me the cost of a new phone.

Service was professional and quick. It was ready within 1 1/2 hours after dropping it off and they have the best price around. Will use them again if I ever need to.

This was my third stop to get my iphone repaired ... AFTER AT&T and the shop AT&T recommended, which did not stock parts for the repair. The two young men in this shop were very knowledgeable, so sweet and anxious to find the problem and fix it. While i was there, I got a smart key for my Escape and paid about 1/3 of what Ford charges. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. What more could an old lady ask for?!

My phone was having issues with the battery and staying charged. I got it replaced and the staff here did a great job. I was able to make an appointment the same day and they had it done within 2 hours. My phone is working so much better afterwards.

Brought my pixel in for new battery.Phone worked fine when I dropped it off just had a two year old battery that needed charged to often. what I got back was a phone that would not take a charge at all. They tried to fix that but could not. Said the phone must have gotten wet at some point and something failed when they opened it up. I took in a phone that worked fine got back a brick! Refunded my repair charge and said not there fault sorry. I had to spend 800 dollars on new phone. BEWARE!

My cell phone battery was not holding a charge for long. They replaced it without damage to my phone and it’s working great! It took approximately 20 minutes as they were busy but no problem!

The battery in my iphone is not taking a charge. The technician was efficient and seemed to have solved the problem by replacing the battery, but this morning the new battery is still not taking a charge, despite the fact that the little lightning bolt is displayed next to the battery. So, perhaps the problem is the phone, and not the battery (presumably if it were my wire, the lightning bolt would not display).

Went there to fix my iPhone 7. My warranty sent me to this specific place for my repair, repairs being certainly basic repairs for an iPhone. Cracked front screen, cracked back camera, and distorted sound from the ear pierce. I had an off feeling about this place right from the beginning. First one, the store is called ‘We Fix It’ online but the location had a totally different name on it ‘Bulbs and Batteries’ I believe was the name on the building. The only reason I was able to know it was for sure the place was the posters dug around the parking area signaling where it was! As soon as I entered there was this fairly young redheaded man that greeted us, that should have been another flag and this other older dark haired young man. After I had told him the issues. He immediately asked the other older guy if they could fix that and said ‘they couldn’t fix the back cracked camera screen and the only thing they could fix was the ear phone piece and the front screen’. As there website states ‘30 min’ repairs more like 2 hours. They used the excuse that they had multiple previous phones before mine to fix. I agreed and gave them those extra hrs. I return and the guys say they need an extra ‘15 min’, and sorry they we slammed with customers excuse. Which was interesting cause there wasn’t but one customer in there besides my self. I generously gave them the extra if not more time to ‘finish putting it together’. As I enter to pick up my phone I immediately could see in their faces something was wrong. They told me they couldn’t fix it, because the one fixing it, couldn’t get it from ‘ghosting’ and something about ‘four lines’ and we were going to have to contact our warrenty ppl. After I come back out, my husband can see my frustration and goes back in angry, to the store because I had brought in my phone with just a broke front screen, a minor cracked back camera, and a fuzzy distorted sound when I hear someone talk and now my phone is completely messed up from them trying to ‘Fix It’. He tried giving my husband excuses about ‘the motherboard getting messed up from the fall, and with him trying to replace my screen it activated it causing it to malfunction’. My husband just told him he didn’t know what he was doing because my phone worked perfectly well with a cracked screen all he had to do was replace it. I’ve had no computer ‘motherboard’ issues ever! It was perfect besides the cosmetic issues. Oh and they claimed to fix my ear pierce but didn’t. It actually sounds worse than before. Not trying to throw salt to the wound but they should really have IT certified techs working there not some kid straight out of school practicing on phones in the back office. The website definitely has false advertisement. After the whole trying to point the blame on us, and my husband apologized for his aggression, the store worker that worked on my phone comes out with the last excuse. The excuse being, ‘He had faulty parts’. Store is good for only Bulbs and Batteries and that’s that. Change the name to •We F#¢k It Up•

My home button worked correctly before I entered the store afte I had a battery and the screen replaced it did not work. They broke the connection somehow now I have to go to the Apple store and pay them to repair it if they can. Sucks to pay $126 and leave with a home button that doesnt work.
