They were EXTREMELY friendly. Fixed my cracked screen in 3 hours, threw in a free otter box and screen protector, and earned a return customer. I have an old cracked phone that I’m already planning on taking to them for repair. I cannot express my satisfaction with every aspect of my repair. They are very reasonably priced and did an over all terrific job. Highly recommended!!!

The staff is attentive over the phone, and remembers the conversation when you get to their storefront. They do well in their shop with communicating among fellow workers, so that anyone who comes out quickly knows what customers situation is and where things are, whether still in process or finished. Took my phone up here to get my screen fixed right? I get it back and then screen looks perfect, then i try to get into my phone, and my face id dosent work, so i call up there again and they want us to go back up there but in order to get my face id fixed we have to pay. dont recommend here

I took my son’s Nintendo Switch in after not know what happened to it. They fixed it in a couple days and offered a great protection plan that I couldn’t pass up! They’re all super nice and knowledgeable, and I definitely recommend them!

Got my switch fixed and back working like it was brand new for a good price!

I brought my iPhone 11+ in to have a factory reset done. I was told the quote would be $29. After they tried doing the reset and could not fix the phone, I was told the cost is now $70 or we could purchase a contract for $25/month guaranteeing us whatever is broken would be fixed and if not then we get a free pair of AirPods. I was frustrated that they did not honor the quote so I agreed to the $25/month contract as they instructed us to leave the phone overnight so they could try additional solutions. The next day I returned to pick the phone up and they said they could still not fix it. So I asked for the guaranteed free AirPods and they stated that was never included in the contract.Bottom line: Don’t do business with them unless you want to be conned.

Had display screen randomly stop working one day. I took it to uBreakiFix, they informed me it was still under warranty and they had it overnight and replaced the screen and it cost me nothing. Highly recommend.

I made an Appointment to have a new battery put into my iPhone. When I showed up there were 3 people in front of me and clearly appointment is not the word for what they provide online. When I finally made it to the desk I pointed this out and he said it really doesnt mean you have an appointment just gathers your info ahead of time -- OKAY THEN CALL IT INFO GATHERING! Next - I was told it would take 3 hours, even though the email I got from the appointment said 1 hour - I live 30 minutes away, so I found ways to kill 3 hours. When I get back after killing 3 hours Im told didnt they contact you? The battery we had was bad and we have to order a new one - itll be in in one week? Of course they have my phone so they cant call me. Its been several weeks now and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO acknowledge that they have the battery. At this point Im so put off I havent called to see if they have it.

Hey Troy, remember I told you Id leave my review?Dont come here all Troy did was lie. I left my note 20 ultra to be tested for audio. Dropped off at noon called at 6pm he answered and seemed confused at what I was calling about. When I arrive for my phone, I asked what was wrong with it. To this he answers Nothing‽ he then says he made multiple calls from my phone and to my phone. But oh surprise my phone is locked so how did that happen? He then says oh I ment I called the phone multiple times. So then I check my phone records only 1 call was received. Lier!! I will be sure to not recommend this place to others beside Google and trip advisor!

Went in to get what I thought was a broken touch screen on an iPhone repaired but they were able to hard reset it and got it working in 10 seconds. I should have asked the guy at the counters name because he could have easily charged me for ‘fixing’ the phone but didn’t. It seems like they’re honest people there who just want to help out.

Very nice and knowledgeable. They removed a sim tray that was stuck and broke. The regular charge is about $30, they charged me nothing and suggested I buy a new tray online and stick it in. Who does that? Tell your friends and neighbors, these are some good folks.

On 4/8 I scheduled an appointment for 4/13 at 10 AM to replace my cracked back screen/glass on my iphone. I arrived at my appointment time to be told that their machine to fix the back glass had been down for about a week and they apologized but they couldnt honor my appointment. It would have been nice to have been informed about this prior to my 30-45 minute drive one way, considering I had the appointment for days in advance. I called a different location to ask if they could repair my phone only to be told that UbreakIfix no longer repairs the back glass on iphones because it causes more damage and could ruin my phone completely. The gentleman working was exceptionally nice and is the only reason Im giving them 2 stars.

I have replaced an iphone XR screen 3 times at this place and now need a 4th. The past 3 times have been because of a defect in the screen where it turns green/with lines. First screen was replaced in august because of physical damage, 2 months later the screen got messed up. Replaced it for free and the associate informed me that happens FREQUENTLY because these screens are not the best. (Mind you when i asked first when i paid $130 i was told they’re as good as apple screens and i cant tell a difference).Anyways, 5 months later my warranty ends but the screen is also defective with same exact problem, only this time i had to pay another $130 (march) Now im back in May under warranty with a defective screen and im being told i have to pay another 130. It seems like these screens are only made for 2-5 months.

Yes a very quick battery replacement service, not just for iPhones and Samsung although buying your own battery for the less common phones helps timewise but nullifies the 90 day warranty.

When I walked into ubreakifix, I had no idea how to computer. Nobody in my whole family could help me computer. The one with the longer hair helped me and fixed my issue in literally 10 minutes and the price was the best in town. (I hate I forgot his name). They are really good at what they do and their customer service is A1! Any issue I have, I’ll check with them first.

I recommend this place. They could fix my xbox because of a failed mother board but they did go above and beyond to find my issue, witch lead to failed mother board.P.s. I do not recommend buying reman consoles from game stop!!!

Really nice folks that were friendly and knowledgeable! Quickly figured out my electronic issue and advised the solution that was reasonably priced.

I went by there to get my screen replaced and once home, it wouldnt let me type. It was glitching. I called and they said just bring it back. No problem. When I took it back, they told me I had to fill out another work order for the problem they didnt completely fix. At this point, I was annoyed. Before leaving with my newly fixed phone it was making a weird sound when I typed. I told them. They said it was my settings. I told them no. They supposedly fixed it. Its worse now and my mic doesnt work. I have spent over five hours with these people. Very disappointing!

This location was unable to repair my PS4. Each time they tried a part, I had to wait for them to order it and it ended up taking almost 3 weeks for them to troubleshoot it and then finally tell me that they were unable to fix it. Good news is that they didnt charge me for it.

Carter Holt is the ole gent that did my phone repair of a note 10+. Booked a appointment at 5:00pm and really needed it done that day and boy did he pull through for me. Got a text at 5:38 he was done and it was ready to go. Even got me some sweet red buttons. Meet a manager earlyer in the week, he did fantastic work for a insurance claim and I had to come back for a diffrent phone and they are fast and cheap on samsung repairs.

Very trepidatiously I gave them my IPhone to have the screen replaced account a bad experience at another phone repair facility. Also, I had little sleep from working a night shift. Bottom line, this was about the last thing I wanted to do today. However, they got my phone fixed at the quoted cost but most importantly is was done much quicker than I was told it would be. Lastly, the repair is excellent, my phone is working perfectly, and there is no evidence that it was even opened up. Highly recommend!!

I had an ipad go in for a broken screen and got it back with many problems the screen would act as if somebody was touching it and out anybody near it. I took it back they claimed to fix it but its even worse now. I never had this problem untill my screen broke they could of done better

I highly recommend this place I carried my iPhone XR too batteries+ About a month and a half ago left it there for two hours come back to pick it up and there was a black thumb print on my screen and also lines running through the screen they try to charge me almost $200 I grab my phone and walked out I stopped in today at ubreakifix And was treated extremely well very respectful very knowledgeable and just all-around courteous in about an hour they had replace the screen on my iPhone XR And replace the glass on my camera tax and all for both the repairs was $153.00 With A 90 day warranty I’m extremely extremely happy and highly recommend this place

Awesome the service and the customer service was great I thought I actually had something wrong with my connector because none of my chargers would stay in my phone unless my phone was sitting down or I held the charger in but come to find out the gentleman said your charger is clogged up I never would have thought that so he unclog it for free 😏which I was very thankful and my charger is fitting my connector just right and staying in its like having a brand new phone again so I definitely recommend UBreakiFix👍

This place is a joke. Brought phone in to get screen replaced and left with the same broke screen that I came here for plus my phone would no longer charge. The only answer they had for screwing my phone up was to call Samsung. After 3 days without a phone I got on YouTube pulled cover and fixed the charging issue myself in less than 1 minute. It would probably be helpful for these guys to take the time to watch a few YouTube videos before trying to work on other peoples phones.
