I paid $275 to get my cellphone repair. I was told my phone would be ready by Friday within the same week I dropped my phone off. I didnt get my phone back until 2 and a half weeks later. He rarely answers the phone or is rarely at the building. When i picked my phone up the screen wasnt all the way attached and it ended up blacking out 2-3 days later. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

Tony is Always willing to Help anyone that comes into his shop. People that usually leave bad reviews are looking for a deal or something for free. Businesses cannot run on Free so my suggestion to the ones that leave bad reviews because they wanted a $600 phone for $60 or $200 worth of work for you walking in you may qualify for the Obama phone if you apply for it. Or you could simply walk in with your issues with the device and give the professional time to give a diagnostic to the problem, let him fix it, pay your bill and have a good rest of the day, just as simple as that. You go somewhere else I guarantee if you walk in with the same type of Free mentality they will send you on your way. CellTonePlus is your one stop shop. Great Customer service and excellent quality.... I bought an IPhone 6 plus last week and I broke the screen 3 days ago... The owner understood and have me a new screen for my phone... Incredible service and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know.

Tony was a super helpful and kind person to work with. I had an issue where my phone died and I needed a replacement right away. He tried to fix what I had, but couldnt. He guided me to a new phone that worked for my budget. If you have cell phone needs or problems, call them or go see them.

I broke my iPhone 5C and I took it to Tony to repair. Not only did he fix my phone he was also able to get pictures off any old phone that I could not get fix. This was a great experience and I will be back. I recommend cell tone plus over any other cellphone store.

Just came to your store... Sign said open. Open til six and was only 5. Lights were even on. But door was locked and no one was there. Not even to answrrthe phone.

I got my laptop and cellphone from him, no problems out of neither and have had them well over a year...he recommended a cellphone carrier that has saved me almost $600 a year and I was able to purchase my phone as well. The owner and his employees have been the most respectful and kind. I have family members who had their iPod, computer screen and iPhones fixed by him and his staff. The service is done in a timely manner.

I just moved to Murfreesboro from Texas and I had broke my iPhone 6S Plus. I stopped by CellTone Plus and thinking I was going to have to spend a lot of money. Needless to say Tony has earned my business my phone was repaired in under an hour for a great price.

Poor customer service. I mean the worst. The manager/owner and his employees possessed poor communication skills, at my expense. The lowest prices, but at what cost? A bad location, a bad staff, an overall bad review.

Do not use this store or app or anything this guy has to sell. Me and my husband purchased page plus prepaid from him he said use his app and no taxes ever since have had problems with the app and this last time I payed him and got no minutes and he is not doing anything to fix it. He is never there when I call or go by the store. Bad overall...all around bad business.
