Had my first cleaning yesterday, Angie & Emily showed up on time and were very professional. I have cats and Angie & Emily were so sweet to them and went above and beyond to be friendly. My apartment looks stunning and they did an excellent job, they did not miss a single detail. I am looking forward to seeing them again and am blown away by the service provided for the cost. Could not more highly recommend this company and Angie & Emily!

From start to finish the process was easy. I was able to schedule and pay online. The ease of scheduling as well as being informed of changes was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the work that was done. It was far above what was anticipated as this was my first time using a cleaning service. This was a great first experience with 2 Maids.

I was very nervous to use a cleaning service as it made me feel like a slob, but after a year of dealing with a mess and feeling overwhelmed by it all I reached out to Two Maids & A Mop to help and I am so glad I did!! Savannah, Liz, and Brittany arrived on time, armed to to the teeth with cleaning apparatus and cheerful dispositions. Its now a day after the deep clean service and I am still finding things to exclaim and sigh over. I feel so much better having a clean slate to maintain and if I decide to get regular cleanings I will definitely ask for these 3 cleaning goddesses again!

IN our own home. The women were very thorough in cleaning and their abilities as they cleaned. We appreciated very much that they were more than kind.We loved that they used their own cleaning products and brought in with them all that they needed. Even if we have our own, it is wonderful that the women chose their own cleaning products. They certainly knew what to do and were very thorough in what we needed to have done. They are pet friendly.I would hope that patrons would let them know what kind of animals they have and if they are safe or not. Just a thought.The women were wonderful and I highly recommend them and hope to to have them again. They came to our home 2X because my husband was having radiation. It was a gift of a lifetime for my husband and me.

I was told to wait several visits before my house was cleaned completely. They are cleaning their vacuums out in my front yard. In 5 visits they have never vacuumed under the beds. They have never cleaned the baseboards. This time they didnt clean the entertainment center. I will be cancelling services upon completion of this review.

They were great! They worked very hard and even washed a few windows that wasn’t on the required list. I’ll be glad to have them again .

The ladies were amazing. They got my unit sparkling clean for my move out. 10/10 would recommend, great value for taking one thing off my list while I’m moving.

Update #2: I have downgraded from three stars to one. I had such high hopes for this business based on most other reviews. After I left my first review, the “owner” offered a complimentary cleaning to make up for the mistakes. I responded that I would take them up on that and never heard anything else. I called and left a message a week or so later and nothing. I then called the main number a couple weeks later. They said Brooke was not available but she would call me back, and again, nothing. I called AGAIN today and spoke to a nice lady who put me on hold for a while and again could not get Brooke on the phone. She said she could schedule my maintenance cleanings but would need to charge me until she got approval for the free cleaning. I said no and asked that someone please call me TODAY. She said she would email Brooke and explain the urgency. NOTHING!!! This is ridiculous. We paid $600 for a service that was marginal at best. We were offered a complimentary service and the ball has been dropped repeatedly. They clearly feel their reputation is enough that they don’t have to earn business from a disgruntled customer. I have given them a chance to earn my business and the only conclusion I can draw is that they don’t care. This is sad. I wasted a lot of money and they have wasted a good customer, repeat business opportunity!!We had high hopes but overall it was just ok. Brooke who managed the branch I guess was nice. The cleaners had to leave due to spider but came back the next day after we had the house sprayed. When we arrived, the house, still empty was not up to our expectations. Trash left in cabinets, fridge and freezer dirty, shelves and drawers dusty and dirty with old food particles, rice etc. corners of bathrooms has caked on dirt, hair etc. Ashtyn came back for a third pass after we talked with Brooke again. Ashtyn was great, nice and very professional. She got things much better but there were still areas, corner, etc that were never touched. It isn’t new dirt either. Window sills we’re still left dirty. Overall, the cleaning was ok. It wasn’t nearly what we expected in terms of the level of cleaning we paid for. Brooke never apologized or offered anything beyond sending Ashtyn back out. We hoped to use them regularly but may explore other options.UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. Just moved into a new home in Murfreesboro! My family used them for the moving in/out cleaning and I Definitely recommend this service! When they mention cleaning the home from top to bottom they mean it! They were very thorough and asked for any specific issues that I thought needed special attention. If I could find a lower value star, I would give it to these people. I foolishly bought a deep clean which turned out to be anything but deep and anything but clean. The fans were not done, they did not move the items when dusting: they dusted around them. When sweeping the kitchen, they did not move the table and chairs merely rubbing under them. They sprayed the dirt, piled it up, and vacuumed it up. They then left, leaving behind a large area of spray and a large dirty spot on the floor. I could go on and on. When I complained, I was offered a redo only to be charged again for another poor job. Now, I am told that the redo has to be within 48 hours! It is unreal just how terrible this experience has been.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The best cleaning service ever!!! So great, I referred to co-workers and friend before the company had a chance to send me a survey! In the past, I have had cleaning service conducted, and I still end up cleaning my house after theyre done. I was expecting to do the same which is why I scheduled them so early in the day...NOT THE CASE HERE! I had to do a video of their (Brooke, Elizabeth, and Danielle) work to show my family and friends of how wonderfully clean my house is, and I brag about the pleasant scent (not of cleaning products and not air freshener-y) that greeted me when I walked through the door. My faucets and stainless steel sink wasnt that shiny when I got them brand new. My appliances became reflective again (or maybe for the first time...dont remember my black appliances reflecting anything). The hardwoods were beautifully cleaned and polished; the carpet so clean, my son and I thought the carpet cleaning team had done them (had to touch to see if damp to determine it hadnt been steam cleaned). I will definitely use Two Maids & A Mop...matter of fact, we already plan to use them for our move-in cleaning at our new house! Since I dont have to clean after them, I will start a regular schedule with them also! Will I recommend them? Already have and will continue to give out their name and number.

Very unprofessional. My daughter chose this company because of the good reviews online. Im starting to wonder if these reviews are real. She scheduled online for this company to clean her home on Thursday 4/12/18. She was advised they were booked for that day but spoke to the branch mgr who advised they were able to squeeze her in today (Wed 4/11). She received a confirmation email and they debited her account. When the key was picked up tonight NOTHING had been done! How convenient that they got their money before they cleaned her house!! She didnt even get an invoice. Now no one is answering emails or phone calls. Extremely unprofessional.UPDATE - 4/12/18 --- I would like to thank this team for their quick and timely response and commend them for going back and correcting the issues we brought to their attention. Thank you for honoring your commitment to quality service and for that reason I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5.

We have been calling 2 maids and a mop since we decided that my inability to clean the house anymore was one more thing lost to MS.My Maids are always patient (with my efforts to wrangle our pups outside) the always do what I ask, and more to the point what I need. Had our first cleaning done yesterday. It was so nice coming home to find a very clean home. The attention to detail was very much apparent and appreciated. All the nooks and crannies were clean and dog hair free. Which is hard to accomplish in our house. I was pleasantly surprised at just how well they did. Worth every penny! Excellent service. Scheduled online on Thursday, had a crew at the house to do a Move-out clean on Friday morning. The three women they sent out were very friendly and hard-working. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

First time having our home cleaned, and we are so impressed! Would definitely recommend to any family who works a lot or just doesn’t like to clean. This company is so professional and everyone I have talked to at Two Maids and A Mop is so professional and NICE! We signed up for the biweekly premier clean and I think it’s going to make our lives a lot less stressful and manageable.

My cleanings have been hit or miss. Sometimes the job is spotless but there have been a handful of days - like today, where the job was hardly done. It really depends on the team that is sent. Today my carpet looks like the vacuum used left lines on the rug and there was extra debris left on the floor. The mirrors in the master bathroom were not cleaned. The wood floors for the most part looked good. The dusting is so spotty it might as well not have been done. The Kitchen countertop was not wiped down....overall super disappointed to spend $100+ for basically getting my shower lightly cleaned and bathroom counters wiped.On a more positive note, I have had other decent services like last week. I love that they are in and out of the house at a time that is convenient for my schedule and that they send the text reminder. They are always quick to fix an issue but I really wish the quality of the cleaning was more thorough and consistent.

Brooke, Brooke and Avery did a great job deep cleaning our home! The bathrooms sparkled and the wood floors were gleaming. They were prompt and worked steadily until the job was done. They were very pleasant and friendly and we recommend them highly. We will definitely call on them again.

This was my first time using this company after having to get rid of my last cleaning service that became lackadaisical over time. They did a very good job for their first time here and not knowing the house. They were quick to book the job. They called me and asked if they could come early and we worked that out. All in all the house was very clean and they paid attention to the small things. Well worth the money. I look forward to working with them moving forward.

Today was the third time they came, and the ladies did a great job for the most part; however today the service for the deeper clean wasnt what I expected. I left a note reminding them to clean the base boards and kitchen cabinet(doors) and the cabinet doors and microwave was not cleaned. I know the crews have been different all three times, but it would be nice if at least one of the weeks it was the same people, as they would be more familiar with the house than someone not. One of the ladies paid a little more to detail then the other. Today is the only reason why I gave a lower score.

We used Two Maid and A Mop to clean my daughters new apartment before she moved in. OMG, Maureen and Avery were the bomb! They were on time, had pleasant attitudes and their work was impeccable! I was very, very pleased. They cleaned by daughters bedroom, bathroom, half bathroom and cleaned out the refrigerator all within an hour. The work was very detailed and not sloppy! Wish we had then in GA. I highly recommend this cleaning service..

If I could give less than one star, I would. Highly disappointed. Looked up reputable cleaning services in my areas, read the reviews and figured I’d give this company a try. Made an appointment weeks ago, got email confirmation and awaited my appointment time. It was for 2/28/18 at 2:00pm CST. At 3:20pm, I called to see why they were late and sent an email. Left a voicemail. No email reply or call back. I am having an offsite for my employees at my house on Friday and was very much dependent on having these people come clean my house. I made provisions to be home all day to facilitate the new customer process. I signed up for cleaning with an agreement to be a monthly customer. Looks like your business is successful enough to not need my reoccurring business each month. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and management.

The management came to introduce for the first visit and the crew started immediately. They knew exactly what to do. When I arrived home, the house was sparkling clean. They did a great job.

These gals did an amazing job. From start to finish, I could not have been more happy. They helped me over the phone to get my rental cleaned. Even through all of the changes we had to make in order to insure I could be around the weekend they were cleaning was amazing. Its nice to encounter flexible and reliable business professionals. I am giving 5 stars because when I had questions or concerns, the office staff always addresses them. Since Im a new customer they really try to please and make sure all my needs are met. So far Ive been very happy and will continue to use their service.

Brooke and Avery were very nice. They came in and went straight to work. The house looks and feels clean.My only concern pertains to my the hard wood floor. I ask that they use Bona (which I supplied) its the only cleaner weve ever used on our hardwood. While the floors looks good - they now make squeaky sounds when walking with rubber sole shoes on. My hardwood floors have NEVER done this before. Not sure what the cause of this is...They came back today and re-did the floors! No squeaking and they still look great!

Lenzie and Dusty were so sweet and very good. My house wasnt a wreck but it definitely benefited from the cleaning they did. And it smells great! Im excited to have them come back

My home looked so wonderful when I got back from a trip out of town - not only was the place spotless, but even the dirty dishes that I had left in a hurry were clean! Whenever Ive been home when my cleaning team has come, they have always been so pleasant. Ive just had such a great experience with Two Maids after using the company for at least a couple of years now!

I hired Two Maids & A Mop because I came home on leave from a deployment. My son and husband were maintaining the house, but I wanted to make sure we could enjoy our time and not worry about the small stuff. They did an amazing job, and it took a huge load off my husband.

We use the Maintenance Premium package bi-weekly, and I wouldnt say its PERFECT, but they do a stellar job. (9/10) If there is anything particular we want/need done, they always accommodate us, but have missed 1-2 small things on their normal list to-do list. Very professional, easy to talk to, and all-around solid company.

So that brings out another point of poor communication with customer.

My first experience was amazing which was on February 16th. I think the crew changes every time they come clean my home. We are on an every other week cleaning cycle and it appears that some weeks are good and some weeks not so good. Our last cleaning was 5/26 and I must say it was the worst. I received a phone call prior to the crew arriving at my home. I spoke to one of the staff members in regards to my bathroom mats always being put back incorrectly. I asked if she could please let the crew know to place the mats back the same way they found them. She notated the account and said she would let the crew know. Needless to say when I arrived home on Friday, the mats were still incorrect. The beds were made up horribly, sheets were hanging from under the comforter. They did not sweep under the bottom cabinets in the kitchen and they never put the place mats and dishes back on the kitchen table. I am of the opinion at this point that they do not even clean the kitchen table. At this point, I am a very frustrated customer and I think my only recourse is to find another service.

I am not satisfied with my cleaning this time. This is the 2nd time my bathrooms have been left basically untouched. It seems like whoever cleans my bathroom literally cleans the shower door and the mirrors....thats it!! I pay too much money biweekly to get this kind of service. Two Maids was very responsive and sent someone the next day to reclean, but this should never happen in the first place. I am one dissatisfied service away from firing another cleaning company again!!!

I have been a customer for quite some time. I was usually pleased with the service until recently. The last cleaning that I had was so bad that I have decided not to use you anymore. The two that came to my home spent 45 minutes and left my floor so saturated that it took 3 hours to dry. Normal times for my cleaning were 3 hours. Nothing was done! When I called to cancel, I was told I would be charged $35.00. Not only was the cleaning horrible, and I did comment about it on your facebook page, but I was charged to cancel the service not once but twice. I was charged $70.00! I expect a refund for the overcharge! I have left a message at the office phone #. Very bad business practices!!!

The deep cleaning was everything I had hoped. Very minor things were missed - but I honestly dont know how they did everything they did in such a short amount of time. Excited to set up bi-weekly rotation.

The ladies dropped by to clean my home today and they did a fantastic job. They wiped down the kitchen appliances and the cabinets, something I always neglect when Im cleaning. Not only did they clean every nook and cranny in the rest of my home, but they did the dishes too!

The first time the cleaners came by, it was a joke. It seemed like nothing was done. There was still dust all over, they missed some of the cabinets. everything above the doors was dirty, ceiling fans were not done. They came back the next day and cleaned again, which was ok. Still no ceilings or light fixtures were cleaned properly. I got the move in/out service, which needs to be better explained. I made sure to tell the person I talked to the first time I called that we have been remodeling and the place was very dirty. I was assured that it would be done right and that it was a deep clean. They say they don’t clean above what the girls can reach, they show up and are tiny girls with a 2ft step ladder. It is a joke to say it is a move in, top to bottom cleaning when nothing above 6 ft was cleaned. To top it off, whatever was used to clean my laminate floors has cause the edges to come up in a lot of places only 2 days after they were here. This is a pitiful excuse for a move in deep clean. I will never use 2 Maids again.

I thought the ladies did an OK job with the floors, but they neglected several spots such as: they didnt get all of the window sills, there were still cob webs in some corners, and my sitting room looked untouched. Also, my oven was not cleaned. For the amount I paid for the deep cleaning, Im dont think it was worth it. Too expensive for not much work. There were several pieces of furniture that were not dusted.
