Angie and her girls and a dream come true. They really should be called Angies Angels. Our home is always so clean when our Angels leave. If there is any additional work we want to be focused on during a different visit, They are so very flexible with us. The are kind, Hard working, and trustworthy. :)

Angie and her ladies are all very nice and try to be helpful, I believe. But they are not professional in the actual cleaning. Theyve been here 7 times and each time some things were done very well, while others were totally unsatisfactory. Mopping is a challenge for me b/c of back and neck problems - so each time I specify to please get all the way under our king size bed, dresser, furniture, etc up to the baseboard. Their first time here Kelly did a great job of the mess under there (sick kitty) but since then its been very poorly done - this last time they didnt even move around the cat and dog toys and most of the dust is still here! They usually forget to dust/mop behind open doors, where hair from our dog collects and is very obvious. The string mop doesnt get wrung out well and leaves water spots behind. Since they dont actually scrub the floors, the dog drool just gets spread around. I use vinegar and water when I clean so I know it will do the job - but pushing a mop across it is not sufficient. The lady who cleaned the stove/oven spent 2 hours on it, and this is just 3 months since she last cleaned it.. She didnt get the hard stuck on deposits from grate corners, nor remove the knobs to clean behind; and she scratched the edges of the sink scrubbing the racks. They set spray bottles of cleaners on wood furniture and scoot things across the wood floor. Ive emailed Angie about these problems and she addresses them with the ladies, but after 7 visits Im done. I really hated to write such harsh things and like the idea of supporting veterans and their families, but its not my job to teach them how to clean.

I am on my second month with Angies team Nd we them. My home looks and smells great. They have been so accommodating to my schedule. They are fast, friendly and efficient which is what I need. I have 2 cats that like to be in the mix of them and they dont mind. They are easy to talk to and are always doing the job with a smile. Looking forward to having them each month.

These wonderful ladies have been cleaning our home once a month for almost 2 years now. They do such a fantastic job. The owner communicates with me before every cleaning to find out if there are any specific things that Im wanting done before they come. If Im not there, she sends me a text to let me know when they get there and when they leave. She checks in with me later the next day to make sure everything was okay. If there is ever any issue that arrises while they are there, she lets me know immediately....like when my little girl left a necklace on the floor that got caught by their vacuum (wasnt one that was would have been visible to them). They are very sweet, and very hard working. We usually do one long day a year that is a deep clean of the whole house, and they dont miss a thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As a busy mom of 3 young ones, there service has been such a blessing.

OMG! Angie and her team are the best house cleaning service I could ever wish for! She and her staff go above and beyond the basics. We also have “focus” items such as baseboards, ceiling fans or windows and they always do a fabulous job! They are true professionals and always leave my home spotless and smelling beautiful! Five stars aren’t near enough for this business!

I had my first experience with Angies team today. I hired them to do a deep clean of my dads house since he has trouble keeping up with it on his own, and Im not there as often as someone needs to be to help out. Angie was great about communicating (we spoke on the phone and texted after, which was really convenient). She showed up on time with her team to introduce herself and take a look at the house, and came back when the job was finished to make sure everything was in good shape and I was happy. I was pleasantly surprised by her second visit as I wasnt expecting it. Her team is super-sweet, polite, and really nice to my dad as well. I felt comfortable leaving them to get to work, and they definitely did! The house looked fantastic, smelled clean, and they checked to see if any areas needed to be touched up before they left. Angie also mentioned shell send the same team every time. It makes me feel better knowing wholl be there when Im away and that theyre good people. Very pleased about their use of eco-friendly products too. Id definitely recommend and plan to use again!

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used, BY FAR! They clean like my mother, which is with such meticulous detail you can literally feel the difference when you walk in the room. They do things like vacuum window screens, cleaning inside and on top of the refridgerator, in corners, hands and knees scrubbing kind of work. They also use safe, non-toxic clean solutions which I love. Angie was very responsive to all of my needs and her team was friendly and efficient. I cant say enough good about this company!

If I were to rank my experience based solely on how well Cleaning Murfreesboro cleaned my house, they would receive 5 stars. However, due to extenuating circumstances, I was very displeased with my experience. I would not use Cleaning Murfreesboro again nor recommend their services.I was on vacation the week that Angie and her crew at Cleaning Murfreesboro were set to come to my house. When I arrived back home (four days after they cleaned), I noticed two rugs (one kitchen mat and one bath mat) were left outside. They were rained on and consequently destroyed. Angie also informed me during her initial walk-through that she would leave a fragrance behind for me to use in-between cleanings, but she neglected to leave the fragrance. I e-mailed Angie October 20th (Sunday) regarding these incidences, and she informed me she would reimburse me for the mats and bring the fragrance by October 24th (Friday).Friday came and went and I did not receive either item when promised. I e-mailed Angie as another reminder on October 26 (Sunday). She again promised to get those items to me, this time by tomorrow. However, the second timeframe passed and I never received either the fragrance or the reimbursement.I wanted to be understanding, as accidents happen. In fact, I grossly underestimated the cost of the mat to give Angie the benefit of the doubt. I thought she would be more adamant in resolving the problem.Angie assured me during her initial walk-through that if anything was not to my liking, she would return and resolve the problem. Considering the problem was so slight (dropping off a fragrance and reimbursing me the cost of my mats), I did not foresee this being the ordeal it was. I e-mailed Angie a final time on November 2nd expressing my immense displeasure and let her know that I would not be using her services again. I never received a response, an e-mail, a phone call, the fragrance, or the reimbursement for the bath mats.
