I have really big tires so cant fit in any car wash that grabs tires. This car wash washes Dually trucks so I was good and just under the height requirement with my lift. The owner was a gem 💎 and noticed I had a pair of shoes in the back and had a guy jump in the back and grab them for me. I was very impressed with the wash itself and used the free vacuums and matt washes. They where both top notch also. Easily pulled up 2 months worth of dirt from kayaking and other fun dirt! Will be back thanks!!

Terrible experience, their car wash damaged my car, they have no insurance to cover it, the owners weird wife assulted me when I confronted them with the damage. If you read other reviews they say the same, when I signed up I asked whether or not this wash was ok for a McLaren and I was assured that it was, I was also told that they cover any issues so I had full confidence in them, dont believe it, they do not stand behind their trash wash, if you meet the owners youll know what I mean, not at all trust worthy, they do not stick behind their product, and get overly emotional instead of solving a simple problem. They try to claim I had prior damage which is not at all accurate, will be posting updates here and other places soon.

The beautiful lady at the window was absolutely sweet and professional! She was understanding it was my first time using the car wash! The wash was great, and the vacuum was easy to use which I liked! I’ll definitely return! Thanks again!

Perfect setup, simple and easy to follow pathway. No metal brackets scratching your rims and reasonable pricing. Wish they had 1 closer towards Church St or 231.

Its ok wash. Didnt cleaned car nicely. Glad I took unlimited plan. Back side of my Audi Q7 doesnt get cleaned its still dirty. Like the mat wash. The section place I stopped wasnt working so had to move. Overall its good.

A week agoCar Wash does a thorough Job cleaning my Car. A Friendly and attentive staff.A lot of Young Men and Women running the wash. Its an overall great experience!I have the monthly subscription and am very pleased. Try it youll like it!

No automatic car wash is perfect but this is by far the best car wash I have ever used. Super attentive staff clean facility easy payment options. My only complaint is that the new car wash they are building on Memorial is taking so long to get done Im putting a ton of miles on my car driving across town every week 😉

Tired of your bumper?! Go to Tommy’s. Their new facility is sure to remove it in one wash!Super happy that my bumper was taken off. Misguided into the wash and no reset given by the attendants. Pictures were taken, and phone calls given. With no word from the owners at now a week later. Why on earth was this so highly rated, extremely unprofessional and hazardous. Never had issues with a car wash in my life, first time for everything. I regret trying this one out.

I left a three star review about three months ago, but Im giving it five stars now, because Ive been having a good experience since then.I went ahead and a subscription for the #1 Works and being able to go through as many times as you want is pretty awesome. Its well worth it. You can literally wash your car multiple times day, every day.I run my car through once, see how it turns out, and if theres still some mud or anything I run it through again.As far as the tire shine goes, its not a high gloss, but low gloss still looks better than having the dull rubber look.

I am from out of town and have a membership to Tommy’s in a different state. I was so pleased by the lady who came to my window to make sure I was able to get through since my membership was not registering at their location. I will be recommending Tommy’s in Murfreesboro to my local family!

I really love having this carwash practically in my neighborhood and I love the conveyor belt wash. I just went through for the second time and my truck looks great. My wifes Tahoe looks great. However neither one of our wheels got clean at all, I know these style carwashes never really get my wheels good but my wifes usually always get cleaned good. I dont know if there is anything that can be done on the owners side but if it can this will be as good as washing by hand only alot faster and Ill add that last star for sure.

Possibly the best automatic wash Ive ever been to. The vacuum is the best as well. The whole process of wash and vacuum was less than 10 minutes total.

I used to always recommend this place. Not any more! Im always afraid mycar will get hit and sure enough My car was hit inside the car wash! Cars are too close together! When it happened car attendant right away said i need to take it up with persons insurance who hit me. they said this happens often!! they take no responsibility for it even though they are supposed to guide you in there and space cars apart so that doesn’t happen. Called owners twice...never answered. customer BEWARE!

The employees are friendly and helpful. The equipment does a good job on cleaning. The grounds are always clean and maintained.

The equipment did a good job. Now the mat cleaner, I thought it probably would do a so so job but surprisingly did a good job. There are several options out there but I thought lets give them a shot. I am glad I did.

Looks cool AF but car was not as clean as other car wash places. Vacs were not strong enough at allThe owner responded asking what they could do to improve….a vacuum that has a stronger suction and maybe have the employees use bug wash upon entering car wash and REALLY use it on the vehicles..or make the bug wash available to patrons before entering

Not pushy. Everyone was nice. They even have floor mat cleaners.

My first time trying a subscription service like this and honestly its not worth the monthly subscription. It really only takes off the pollen and not much more. After using the services for about two months the wash never really got all the bugs off my car. The vaccums also arent very strong. It takes a lot of going over the same areas for it to even pick up most of the dirt. The employees Ive interacted with dont even seem like they want to be there. Its convienent and saves you time but if you want your car to be cleaned well youd be better off hand washing your car.

This is the only place that I can get my truck in with ease. My tires dont fit in the bars that grab them and my truck is high..Customer service here is by far the best! They always check the bed for me to make sure I didnt leave anything back there, and jump in and grab it for me when I do! 😆 love this place

Great facility, happy helpful staff, good prices, and very fast. They offer free vacuums after you’ve gone through the wash and you can buy detail kits for $3 to clean your own windows and dashboard. Their focus is mostly on speed, I wouldn’t recommend this car wash for a thorough cleanse: I paid extra for tire detailing and they looked worse than before I went in.

If they did any prep work at all, it would probably be 5 Stars. The people are nice, the vacuums are nice, the only problem is that my car just doesnt get clean. I dont drive anything exotic, so if they did any prep work like car washes used to, I imagine the car would be clean and I would leave happier

Awesome I head made a trip up to Oklahoma and into Texas and back to TN and had a ton of bugs all over my WINDSHIELD and on the front of my suv that would not come off and the guy told me to run it through and if it didnt get them all off he would let me run it through again and he did and it got all of the bugs off! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

Very friendly service ppl at the service window and inside the wash, however for $14 for the #2 that supposedly adds some glitz to the wheels and some sheen to the car - didnt! Water spots on all windows - not even nearly as dry as I anticipated - back window was still dirty on my Grand Cherokee. Second time here and Im not impressed. Vacuum was under powered and nozzle busted. After all the rain we got I thought to go here to add a nice touch just to keep the dust off my Jeep..? Not happenin here, bummed to say the least!

Not so great car wash in my opinion, goes through it way too quickly to get a decent wash. Ive tried it 3 different times now, still not impressed... Definitely needs more time, slower through the spot free rinse and blow dryer area. Always frustrating to pay $14 for a wash and still have to wipe water spots off all over the car. Doesnt dry the windows or the rear of the car very well. Vacuums are decent and free of charge with the wash. Like that they have individual motors per vacuum so you dont lose suction power if youre parked the furthest from the motor and several people between you and it. Would be nice to have a bit more length and stretch to the hose though, hard to reach 3rd row seating, had to pull out and back in to reach those areas. Overall, could do it better and cheaper at home, only thing youre really paying for is convenience, but still have the pain of wiping down your entire car afterwards to avoid spots and to get it fully dry. Also, doesnt wash your rims and tires very well, still tons of dirty spots on the rims that I noticed while having to wipe down the entire car. Honestly, for prices like they have, youre better off taking your vehicle to Smith Bros and having it fully detailed for close to the same price. 🤷‍♀️

I am consistently pleased with the wash at Tommys Express. It does a fine job on my Grand Cherokee but misses the backside on my Honda Pilot. The vacuums suck in the best way! They are not underpowered like most places. The staff is also super friendly.

I was extremely pleased to find this top notch car wash! No metal guides for your car, so no damage to my wheels. They have a completely flat and automated conveyor belt system. The employees are super friendly, the prices are better (buy a package), and the car wash gets my car clean. Free vacuums that are easy to use and better than most other places.

Very easy in and out at Tommys, especially if you use the app. The vacuum area is handy and always clean. Great prices here as well.

Service is friendly and free vacuums work well. But, for an “Ultimate” wash, this was not nearly what I expected. I understand my aftermarket concave wheels would be harder to clean, but the faces on them looked barely touched. Also left water spots on the hood and mirrors. For $14, there are other places that would also offer towels and cleaning spray as well, so I can’t justify the price either.Edit: I did consider bringing this up to a team member before I left, but I just don’t see how that could help given how much the wash missed the first time.

Edit 11/22/2020Update: I perhaps posted my earlier review in a little haste. The owner contacted me on a Sunday to rectify my issues. She was extremely apologetic and explained in detail why I wasn’t contacted sooner...which I was sincerely satisfied with. She then went wayyy above and beyond in making sure that I was made whole and then some. They are so far earning my future business...thank you.

Works well for a quick clean. Dont bother with The Works package. Not worth it. Tried it twice. Each time I still come out with dirty wheels, wheel wells, bug guts, and tire shine over spray down the length of my car.Other than that the basic wash is a good deal paired with the free vacuum and mat cleaning.

This is a fairly new facility that is being very well maintained. Staff is always extremely pleasant and are never caught without a smile. Even when they are busy, the line is kept moving quickly and the wait is never all that long. The vacuums are powerful and do a great job, and I really like the free carpet mat cleaning machine. Definitely recommend.

Quality (cheapest) wash was good for 8 bucks. Vacuums are terrible. I even tried three different vacuuming stations.. They would even pick up the debris off my floor mats. Will not be going back.

Not Impressed with the Quality of the wash and the power of the vacuum was low!!

Stop by Tommys Express wash cause my truck got splattered with something all down drivers side. The excellent staff came outafter the wash and helped me scrub off whatever the substance was. Staff friendly wash was great. I and my family will definitely be back.

Kind of disappointing. Tires and wheels still dirty. 2 out of 4 vacuums tried were broken, and could not buy accessory kit because machines didnt work.

Tommys ca wash has a beautiful aesthetic about it, but unfortunately thats their best feature. I bought the ultimate #2 for $14 and my car wasnt thoroughly clean. Part of the package is the 3-step wheel cleaning, but you wouldnt be able to tell. My rims still had dirt on them and I had my car washed one week prior from a local car wash. The dirt wasnt caked on, and I was able to be rubbed off with my finger. To say Im unimpressed is an understatement. I was displeased to see that I had to pay an additional charge of $3 for a detail kit after already paying $14. The wash had left chemicals and soap on my car, in order to get this off Id have to make an additional charge of $3. I believe for the price Tommy charges the quality lacks greatly. I have provided pictures of my rim just moments after my wash.

Great car wash, that actually drys your vehicle

I hit up Tommys for a quick wash before work so I didnt use the free vacuums or else I would have seen the minor damage done to my Jeep. After getting to work I noticed that the center cap on my wheel was missing so I checked for any other missing caps & thats when I noticed my license plate was bent out as well. I also noticed that the bugs & mud on my front grill had barely been touched & was still there. I tried calling to see if they could look for my center cap & just got their voicemail. I havent heard back from them yet at the time of this review.

Was hoping for a nice clean car after my wash. Still had to do a lot myself.

Love this place!! 1st anita!! Dont know if I spelled it wrong, but she is that beautiful and sweet lady at the window. Shes very friendly and asked if it was my 1st time here, it was so she explained all the deals, hours and everything I needed to know. Also carwash new of course, but it does its job sooo good. It actually dries all of my car all the way!! Lol.

Nice place, friendly staff.I bought the $10 dollar wash because I just needed the dust and cat paw prints off.Before going thru I closed my mirrors in remotely, the cloth spinner grabbed them and pulled them all the way opposite towards the front of my truck, I closed them and then the second cloth spinner did it again.After checking for damage The mirrors were okay but there was a chemical residue on them and some other spots.This is a nice car wash and is closer to me than my other car wash but I will not be returning.I helped build a car wash years ago and know from experience that they need to be tuned and that there are certain car wash guys that can do it in a day or two.In my opinion this car wash needs an experts tune and quick before it does damage to customers vehicles.

This place is the absolute WORSE car wash in tennessee. They ruined my mothers windshield wipers and said she turned them on when their was video evidence of their wash ruining her $600 wipers! 0/10. Very bad service.

First time going to the new wash in town. and during the wash it knocked off a tail light.cracking it. And instead of offering help the manager at the car wash stated the tail light was already damaged and was not their fault and I was on my own to fix. Would never go to this place again. The people running it are unprofessional have horrible customer service.
