What a wonderful experience with Stuart and VW Murfreesboro! I came about a month ago to test drive and look at the VW atlas and loved it, but I wasnt prepared to make the purchase right then. Stuart was kind and informative, but not pushy like other salesmen! I knew whenever I decided to buy, that it would be with him! Well I returned recently and Stuart went above and beyond to find the right car for me! He took all of my considerations into account and found me exactly what I was looking for and it was within my budget! I also love that after I purchased the car, Stuart spent about 45 minutes with me showing me how to work all of the fancy technology that comes in cars nowadays! And I really appreciated that!! When I first reached out to Murfreesboro Volkswagen, I, unfortunately, was not looking forward to the response. I was in the process of selling my previous vehicle to a dealership due to the vehicle needing repairs that were going to cost me more than I was willing to pay due the vehicles age and mileage, I had already started signing paperwork at a second dealership to order/purchase a vehicle of a different make (not a Volkswagen) that was in-transit and not even in the country, the second dealership was charging me a ridiculous amount of money for a rental vehicle for the estimated month that it was going to take for them to receive the vehicle that I had ordered, and my experiences at both dealerships were, figuratively speaking, a nightmare. So, while I definitely was not looking forward to involving another dealership in my ongoing experience, my instincts were telling me that I needed to, and they were right!In my ongoing search for a new vehicle, I researched the current Volkswagen models, and I immediately found a vehicle that was very stylish and that seemed like it would suit my needs. In lieu of vehicle shortages everywhere, I sent Murfreesboro Volkswagen an online inquiry about the vehicle to see if it was still available, and the first person who reached out to me was the dealerships Customer Relations Manager, Sandy Knechtel. To my surprise (only due to what I was expecting following what I was experiencing from the other dealerships), Sandy was very understanding, very patient, and very accommodating as I made her well aware of what I had been experiencing with the other dealerships and what I was needing moving forward. She was quick to respond with an invitation to come test drive the vehicle that I was interested in without any obligation and to meet with one of the salesmen, Stuart Floyd, whom she had also explained my experiences to, saving me the trouble.During the same time that I began contacting Murfreesboro Volkswagen, I had also been in communication with one of two closer Volkswagen dealerships regarding their inventory, and after talking more with Sandy and seeing the level of customer service and effort that she was putting forth to accommodate me and earn my business, I decided to make the drive from Nashville to Murfreesboro. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Sandy, and she introduced me to Stuart. Stuart was very welcoming, patient, and professional as he provided me with a no-pressure experience from the moment that I arrived. He showed me the vehicle that I was interested in, he made me aware of the different sub-models and options that were available, and he even made me aware of another Volkswagen vehicle similar to the vehicle that I was initially interested in, allowing me to test drive both, for me to be able to make the best decision for myself and my needs. The dealership was amazing to work with. I went there last Saturday with the intention of just test driving an Atlas Cross Sport. Stuart Floyd was fantastic and gave me zero pressure. He listened to my story and how I needed more space for the growing family. Stuart suggested I give an Atlas another try (I had already test drove one at the Cool Springs dealership). The Cool Springs dealership failed to show me certain things about the Atlas that Stuart showed me. Needless to say, I fell in love with the Atlas and it just so happened that the color I wanted was just delivered there still wrapped in plastic. The dealership quickly cleaned it up and put it through inspection, and I happily drove home with an Atlas. I highly suggest you go see Stuart Floyd! Shane Walsh was excellent. I found a car online all the way in Tennessee. Im from Illinois, so 6 hours away... Started texting back and forth with Shane about the car. I asked him to give me a good close up video of the car so I could see it better than the pictures they had listed. Within 20 minutes the video was in my email. The car looked great. Still I wanted to be absolutely sure that I wouldnt be wasting such a long drive for nothing. I asked him flat out if there was any rock chips on the front of the car, any door dings. He assured me the car was in mint condition. When I got there, he wasnt wrong. Everything went smoothly and he and the rest of the staff got us right back on the road to get home before some crazy hour in the morning. Do business with confidence!!

I bought a 2017 Jetta from them 3 years ago. It was one of their loaner vehicles so I got a great deal on it. Jessica was the salesperson there. She and the manager there were great! It took a while to get all the paperwork done, but other than that my service there was fantastic and the Jetta is still running great. I would definitely buy from them again!

I bought the car in January and still have not received my tag or my title, almost 2 months later. They did not run my car through emissions before I bought it, they called me last week, had to ask me to do so before they could even start ordering my tag. I just had to spend $750 on all new brake pads and rotors, grinding down to metal in less than 60 days. Buyer BEWARE! no follow up service and they don’t handle business in the correct way. Hopefully tag and title will show up one day. I will NOT be doing business with this car lot again.
Let me start by saying we are a Volkswagen family to the end. We were in middle TN on vacation when we got a check engine light on in our Atlas. We called this location and explained our situation and they refused to help us in anyway. The service rep said the earliest they could get is in was in TWO weeks! Never have I had a VW dealership tell me this. And the rep genuinely did not care. After we hung up I called the location in Cool Springs and they were more than eager to help us. If your in need of service I would skip Murfreesboro and just call the Cool Springs VW dealership.

I traded in a lease for a new Atlas in December, there was an error resulting in a left over balance with VW CREDIT, we finally got this resolved today, although it is 7 months later, the REP helping me, THOMAS, did a great job making sure that the issues got handled. I cannot say enough good things about him. VW CREDIT (not the same as the dealership) however, was very difficult to work with.

Sean was a a great salesman. I love my car, and was impressed with how well he treated me. However, after I purchased my car, it all went down hill. It took over a month for me to get them to send the title application to my DMV to register my car. I called them multiple times and the staff I talked to always seemed annoyed with me following up. I asked yesterday if I could get tracking info on the title application packet, so i would at least know that they sent it. They never reached back out to me. The next day (today), I got a call from the DMV saying they finally received it. Im 99% sure they forgot to do it and overnight mailed it. I drove without registration for several days because of this issue. I will not be using this dealer in the future.

I was in and out with no problem. My vehicle was ready in a timely fashion so I could pick up at lunch without missing time from work. Its convenient only living a few minutes away. Just as long as there is no traffic I can leave my vehicle and come back and get it at my time.

Stuart was an exceptional salesman! I was able to drive two vehicles, a 2020 Arteon and a 2021 SUV. I liked the features of the 2021. The price difference is well worth it. Stuart was very good at explaining the features and the value behind the features. He was very good at asking me questions and determining what I was looking for in a car and how to customize my experience of the car buying process.
This dealership has consistently friendly employees that go above and beyond. I have been having issues with my vehicle, so I have had to speak to several different employees and all of them have been so kind and helpful. It is never fun having car troubles, but it is always made better by nice people!

Went to test drive a used vehicle and really liked it, but when we asked them to work up the numbers, they had added $1300 for a dealer add-on that was not included in the advertised price. Of course, its in the fine print, but still unacceptable. On a used car, its the price that lures you in, and one would expect the normal fees like tax, title, dealer fees...but why put an add-on on a used vehicle and then not include it in the price? Also made us rate our trade-in from 1 to 10 on several items, and its THEIR job to figure that out, and then offered less on our trade-in than another dealership. Very disappointing. We wont be back.

Ryan Duncan its a great customer service, he offer to discuss all this problem below, and i am happy with the service i have there, I highly recommend VW of Murfreesboro Tn !Well I could have given 5 starts but here were the issues:-1 star: I was there for oil change, I drop the car and I was waiting for 5 hours but no one called me, I needed my car to go back to home, I live 1 hour away. I call back to see what happened, they tell me the car has a recall and will take 2 days, so here is the problem if I never called, I will not have a car to drive, they finally give me a loaner car 1 week later, SO DEF NO COSTUMER FOLLOW UP-2nd star: Days later no one call me again, so i call them they tell me my car will need to stay one more week, again no costumer follow up!-3rd star: The loaner car was dirty when I got it, so I washed it because my car will be ready soon, but they still did not call about how the progress of the car was going, so I called again. I called, not them.-4th star: Finally they called me, my car was ready so I dropped off the loaner and I paid for my service. I requested oil change and some lights.So now my car looks dirty and looks like it was parked under a tree I found all the edges on my car filled by leaves, they call me regarding of the service, I mention all this, the manager will call me about it, but nothing happened.I waited 4 days for their response, again NO COSTUMER FOLLOW UP, NOW HERE IS MY REVIEW. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE ALL THISThe thing is if I had requested oil change and it has recalls I didnt know about it would have been good to know if they had called me. Now how does my car end up with a bunch of leaves if they had it for about 3 weeks??

We have bought two used vehicles from this dealership- a 2013 VW Passat (in 2014) and a 2019 Ram 1500 (in 2021). Both vehicles have been great so far.The truck was listed as having heated seats. We noticed after the sale that they did not. The dealer then offered to install aftermarket heated seats for us. Including that, we have had nothing short of amazing service.

First of all Shawn was our salesman. We love him. We also love his Manager, and the finance guy Vince is a sweetheart!! We just enjoyed hanging out with this bunch. They really treated us like we were royalty. They did everything possible to make certain that we were very happy. Neither my husband or I have ever had a buying experience such as this. No pressure at all. Also, was going to make sure that we did not leave there unhappy. We are extremely happy. We bought a 2021 Passat. We thought that we would have to leave there with a used due to us setting our budget before we went, but the Manager made sure that we were able to leave with a new Passat. I might have went over the budget a few dollars, but I never thought I would get the deal that they gave me. We do not have a volkswagon dealer here where we live, so we have had people bragging on our car. Please go see these guys. You will want to get a car so that you can get it serviced there and hang out with them. LOL!!

Drove 6 hours one way from IL to this dealer to get a car and it was entirely worth the drive! Shane Walsh was very helpful in communicating back and forth via email and phone. The price on the 2020 Jetta GLI was the lowest we had found and the milage was 20000 less than others wed looked at. They gave us a more than fair amount on our trade in as well. Vince Lim was also very friendly and informative during of all the paperwork. Overall, they both worked to give us the most for our dollar and were able to work and get us extras that we initially thought were out of our budget. We would absolutely drive the 12 hour round trip back to see them for another car when the time comes. My husband and I appreciate all they did for us at Murfreesboro Volkswagen and we are loving our new VW.
