Every time I go here to Roosters its a great day. They have the best crew and staff. They know how you style your hair before you tell them. Everyone is friendly and always professional. I recommend everyone to go here.

Had a great haircut and love the ambience here. Have gotten a few cuts here with no issues besides a small rush. Today unfortunately got a few cuts from the razor today going in for my first haircut since COVID lockdown and not the best start from the barber rushing to finish my cut (despite the place not being busy at all). As much as I love the location I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

I went to this establishment for the first time today for a beard trim. My previous barber at another barbershop did not do a good job trimming my beard. The result was an uneven beard. I went to this place because of other Google reviews and the fact that it is marketed as a mens grooming barbershop. I was impressed with the elegance of the place, as well as the eye for detail my barber had. Although I just got a beard trim, the barber demonstrated adequate knowledge of beards while ensuring a nice, clean look. One of the things that make this business unique among others is that the barbers will give you advice and tips on grooming, in addition to providing a positive envirinment. I would recommend this place and intend on going back repeatedly.

Made appt to get the cut offering shampoo, hot towel and free drink. 1. Hair was not shampooed, (because of covid) it was sprayed with a water bottle.2. No hot towel treatment, (because of covid) but we had to pay for it.3. No drink offered.4. Asked for a price cut due to no services provided except a basic cut. Advised we must pay the full-service rate because of covid and they have lost money.5. Had to fix their cut when we got home.• Poor quality cut and service.• Poor value having to pay for services not received.• Unprofessional conduct from cashier.• Wont go again. Wont recommend.

Is there anyway to dislike some of these 1 star reviews, ha, a lot of them don’t have a reasonable argument for them and sound like the type of people that think the whole world owes them and has to bow down before them and do whatever they want. Just very rude people that take advantage of others. This place is very nice to get a haircut and do an excellent job at it. I have just been once, but I plan on coming here with in the few days and I would still definitely recommend going to this establishment. just be warned, high quality service doesn’t come cheap

Dee did an A M A Z I N G job with my haircut and we had a great conversation to boot. I also wasn’t expecting so much from $30. I told her, and I don’t mind telling y’all, that I have definitely found my new regular place at Rooster’s. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place.

Despite the advertisement on their site of offering service to “guests of all ages,” they refused to cut my son’s hair because he was 2 months shy of being 5 years old. The front desk said, “If we make an exception for you, we would have to do it for everyone.” I won’t be going back when he does turn 5... crappy customer service.

This is my favorite shop ever! I dont even go to salons anymore - I always get my hair cut here. Jennifer, one of the master barbers, is great at what she does and cuts my difficult hair exactly like I like it. Shes friendly but doesnt talk your ear off if youre a quiet person or just dont feel like chatting. The shampoo and hot towel service is really relaxing, and the chairs and shampoo bowl are the most comfortable Ive ever been in. I also always look forward to the shave at the end. I just get the back of my neck done but I can only imagine how nice it would be if it were done on facial hair like it is for guys.

I love the service and the people. They always do a great job and never had a problem! I go there for every haircut since I first found out about them. I highly recommend coming here, try it once and youll come back.

My good review went to one star! Now you need an appointment to get a hair cut. I was with someone needing a mans high and tight haircut. Told this by 2 people sitting talking with no customers present. Then she comes to look out the door while Im writing this five minutes later. REALLY!

Absolutely loved it. It was quiet and relaxing went in for beard trim and shave and will be back for next hair cut and from now on. Never go anywhere else again. Gary was my barber and I highly recommend him.

I LOVE Rooster’s! I’ve been going every other week for over a year. I’ve had my hair cut at some of the nice (expensive) salons in Nashville and Franklin, but the cut I get from Hayle at Rooster’s blows them away. She takes her time to make sure it is perfect every time! The entire staff is very friendly. As far as the value, where else can you get a wash, cut, neck shave and a beer for $30!

Got a haircut here immediately after getting my hair butchered at another barber shop. I dont wanna throw them under the bus, but their name rhymes with Sports Clips. Amanda is awesome and did an amazing job. Online scheduling is easy, and I recommend this place to anyone.

Went there to get a haircut on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly and were able to see me right away without an appointment. I was out of town for work. I stopped in at 6:45pm right as they were about to close and Jennifer told me she could have me fixed up. A little while later I was looking sharper than ever. Definitely worth it to stop in and give them a try. Their beard products are amazing as well.

Im very happy with the service and staff. I have three boys and getting them a haircut is always a hassle. Ive been to several of the rebranded Supercuts in town with long wait times and okay haircuts. I finally went online and booked appointments for two of my kids. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was a huge Time Saver for me and I was very happy with their haircuts. My husband is bald but Im trying to get him to come in to get some pampering because we all need some pampering. I will be bringing all four of my guys here on a regular basis. Thank you Roosters.

Booked my son an appointment to cut his hair he grows out every few years to donate to wigs for kids. Upon arrival, the man that was suppose to cut my sons hair asked him if he was Edwin and we said yes. Then he said sorry we dont cut girls hair this is men and boys only. LET ME QUOTE THEIR WEBSITE!Our services are available to all members of the public regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.Then we made it clear he was indeed a boy with really long hair. He then told us we doesnt do any type of styling if thats what he was wanting after his cut. We then explained he was basically wanting a bowl cut. Shaved on the sides, long on the top. THEN this professional guy looks at our sons hair and says this will take me too long, I can not do it today. He will need another appointment that will be longer. SERIOUSLY?! This not only hurt my sons feelings, but the guys was a complete butt! I hope this gets out and ruins their business! We will not spread ANY good about this establishment AT ALL! We are seriously thinking about seeing them. They clearly state on their website Our services are available to all members of the public regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation. Thats false and its a lie. Do not support this business please! We are taking him to viking salon instead where he will be treated like a decent human being and not be discriminated against for looking like a girl.

You get to Relax and enjoy a hot towel prep with essential oils and a professional shave which includes a deep cleansing and toning treatment, moisturizer, aftershave, and talc.

These people absolutely destroyed my hair! I told the lady I wanted a low drop fade starting with a .5. She washed my hair after she was done and took the towel off my head and I had a high and tight on one side and almost what I wanted on the other side. I told her I was going on vacation and to please make me look clean and fresh. Instead she made me look like I just got up from the chair and Marine Corps recruit training. The other guy came and tried to fix it and barely did any better. The whole shop just wanted me out of there as quick as I could leave. I went here because of the higher prices and wanted to treat myself to a nice shave and haircut, what they gave me was a ruined day and a terrible haircut. DONT GO HERE!! NEXT GEN BARBER SHOO IS THE PLACE TO GO IN MURFREESBORO. (ROOSTER’S deserves 5 💩💩💩💩💩) Prices are too high for this 💩💩💩

Been going here for the past couple years. Definitely worth the money. Everyones very laid back and easy to talk to, which is great. Who would want their haircut experience to be stressful, right? I leave after the shampoo/hot shave feeling 100% better than I did before I walked in. That hot shave is where its at! Wish the parking was a little better, but its the Boro, so what can you do?

This was my first mens Barber experience. It was hands down the best thing Ive ever done. I got the shave and cut. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

Ive been going here for about a year now, never had a bad experience. Before I went to sports clips, Im never going back there. Huge difference between the two. This place is expensive compared to sports clips, but you get what you paid for in both cases.

Ive been looking for a place to cut my hair and trim my beard for the 10 years Ive been in Murfreesboro. I think i might have finally found a place for my hair to call home. The service is amazing, the quality is to notch, and the place looks amazing. If your going for the first time get the Gentlemens Choice and let them do everything. After that trim and groom as needed. Jennifer Buckner took care of me, so Ill be seeing her every time I go.Also, they have an app for scheduling appointments. No hassling with phone calls. Just look at the availability of your favorite groomer and pick a time that works for you!

It may be a little pricey, but I have always had the best haircuts from Roosters. They are always friendly and I feel confident about my haircut after I leave.

Tried calling to make an appointment but nobody answered after multiple tries. Went by in person and stood at the front counter forever. When somebody finally came up they answered the phone and gave that person the next available appointment. No consideration for good customer service. Good riddance.

Jane & Ciera turned me into a life-long client yesterday.After booking Jane online for a 5 oclock cut, I was greeted at the clerk desk by Ciera. After the initial check-in, I was offered a beverage. They server several different soft drinks and water, but I opted for the Sam Adams Oktoberfest.The feel of the shop is that of what you would imagine a mid century dapper barbershop would have been like. The chairs are comfortable. The stations are spotless. The beer is cold. The feel is fantastic.It was then that I met Jane. She showed me to my chair and took time to make sure that I was comfortable and that little to no hair would find its way down my collar. She then asked me how I would like to cut my hair. Seeing that I have extremely curly hair and really didnt know what I wanted, I mentioned what I didnt want and left creative licensing up to her.She did not disappoint. She would cut and trim different sections and confirm that I was still on board with what she was doing. Once she was done with the bulk of the cut, she cleaned up my neck with a great lather and blade razor. Id like to point out that while I did feel like I didnt need to hold my beverage throughout the cut, I was encouraged to enjoy it whenever I like.Next was the shampoo and hot towel massage treatment. Again, the comfort of the chairs made this worth while.Once dried off and cleaned up, Jane styled (on request) my new do and presented the final reveal. She was spot on, delivering something new and refreshing. Something my wife approved of and something I could take care of between visits.I paid up and sat in the waiting area to finish my drink. Ciera and Jane kept me company as they did the entire time. I believe that is what really made my experience as enjoyable as it was. They were doing more than their job, they love what they do and care for their clients. I feel that I made two new friends as I strutted out across the parking lot, rocking my new look.Ill definitely be back in a few months. Thanks for the style, Roosters!

This place is sux! And is overpriced for mediocre haircuts. I was extremely excited upon walking in to this barber shop it really gives off a next level vibe. I found Roosters on Facebook went through the pictures and thought wow these guys have it going, i thought i was especially pricey for a 28 for haircut and 15 beard trim but i decided, based on the pictures posted on facebook i would give them a try. However the haircut I received looks like something I could have done myself in the bathroom mirror and as for the beard trim I had to come home and pretty much shave all the hairs that she missed on my face I still have stray hairs on my neck I still have hair on my ears I was extremely extremely disappointed what the lack of skill that my barber displayed. I totally feel like if youre going to pay $30 for a haircut and 15 for a beard trim you shouldnt have to go home and do anything. You are not paying for a haircut at roosters ur paying for the fancy shelves and flyers and complimentary beverages. They referred to themselves as a old fashioned mens barber shop hahahaha. Roosters is nothing more then a spruced up great clips or walmart barber shop i was extremely disappointed and upset to the point i just paid and left without even trying to express myself. I will not be going back EVER!!!!!

I wont be going back. Completely destroyed my beard to the point i had to shave it off when i came home..it was so uneven and both sides didnt even match.. Never again
