My fiance stopped in for a quick cut before our trip. The girls name was Lexy and she did a great job. As soon as we walked in she greeted us and took his name. I left to do a little shopping, not expecting him to be finished so quick. I will definitely recommend her to our friends.

Never again!! Walked in, checked in and sat for 30 minutes only to have someone that Checked in online walk in and get in front of me. Ten minutes later it happened again. So in a nutshell, my entire lunch break wasted and still no haircut. Online check in is great but it only takes a little sense to know that you shouldnt be putting customers in front of the ones who have actually been sitting there in the store.

Took my son here for a hair cut today. When I first walked in there were workers in the front but no one asked me if I had signed in or anything, so I just kept standing there for a while. Finally I figured out on my own that you have to use the little computer on the desk to sign in. We were referred here for amber but her name was not on the list of stylists so I just chose whoever was first available. Lexxy cut his hair. The haircut it’s self was so so. A little pixilated looking. She was not very friendly. Barely spoke at all. My little boy kept saying how good of a job he was doing and she just never even replied to him. Just not friendly at all, especially for kids. When we checked out she didn’t say thanks or anything else. Rude. Won’t be back.

I went in about a week ago to get my stepson a hair cut, and Lexie did wonderful considering he HATES haircuts she was very patient and didn’t seem annoyed like previous experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be back to see her again.

Boyfriend goes to get his hair cut here. We love the MVP treatment he gets. His stylist is Lexxy! She is amazing. Always knows what to do with his hair, has notes on how he likes it done. She talks thru the haircut and jokes with us. She is always super nice and has helped him picked out hair product as well. I would give Lexxy and Sports Clips a 10 out of 10 stars if I could. He enjoys the trips thanks to her!

Keisha is simply the best! :) Hands down! I have been taking my 13 year old son to her for over a year. Not only does she do an amazing job cutting his hair, but she teaches him how to properly care for his hair and skin. This is so helpful coming from someone other than mom. Every time we leave there, he has a huge smile on his face and he cant wait to show family and friends. Keisha also cares about my son and our family. I could go on and on. She is a one-of-a-kind!! Very inconsistent service. All the good stylists move on to bigger better businesses. Hard to get a decent haircut unless you know who youre getting. On the plus side, the shampoo and massage is a nice finishing touch.

I normally let whoever cut my hair. I went in to Towne Center Sports Clips and Kala cut my hair. I thought it was the best it looked in a long time. I spent the next 3 cute trying to duplicate the cut but after 3 failures I decided that Kala would have to do it again. Shes been my stylist ever since. I will only let her cut my hair from here on in. I highly recommend this location and especially Kala.

Im visiting from out of state and was unable to get into my regular stylist before I left. My hair was beyond the aaaaaagh!!! stage so looked on the Internet to see which salon had the best ratings. I was very pleased with the quality of service received at Sport Clips Murfreesboro, Old Fort Parkway.Even though the salon is geared for the male customer with sports-themed decor and large-screen TVs played current sport games, anyone can get their hair done there! I am a lady and was made to feel very welcome. No funny looks or glares, no attitudes other than down-home friendly!Michelle did an awesome job with my fuzzy, frizzy mess. Yes, the shampoo area was dimly lit, however, once I was in the unique chair (I didnt have to lay back!), Michelle hit a switch and the whole chair had a mild massage function. Then she placed a hot towel (after asking permission) on my face (and replaced a couple of times). Ooooooo, I practically melted into the chair. She gently massaged my head along with the shampoo and conditioner. After the cut and styling blow dry, she used a flat-disk palm massager on my upper back and shoulders - very nice!The surprising part? With Military discount, all of the above cost me, not $150, $100 or even $50. I paid $20. Say WHAT?!?!? Again, twenty dollars. Gonna have to check out the one backhome!

Best Stylist and Best Customer Service in town. The staff at the Old Fort location is always friendly and they remember your name every time you walk in you will not get service like that at other places.

Always get a good haircut and I like it better than other haircut places, but wait times are Horrible. Three stylist and on person ahead of me and they tell me an hour and sixteen minute wait and I checked in before I left the house.

Open till 7 they have a group of lovely hair stylist and a very relaxed environment.

The stylists are very nice girls! The owner is great too. The downfall here is the district/general? Manager causes an unnessicary amount of drama by slandering employees to their co-workers, and making an uncomfortable work enviroment causing an rapid rate of turn over in stylist and managers, so its hard to get the same stylist for a good length of time. Most (if not all) stylist have not had proper training on store procedures. Some have worked there years without it, which isnt fair to the employees. Loved the coworkers and clientele, but otherwise am disappointed so many of us have left because of this unresolved issue. Also was told after leaving the DM/GM joked rudely to other employees infront of clients on comments made to her about her lack of professionalism. Just shows how unprofessional things really are in some aspects of this business.

For starters I was really nervous bc I was the only girl there with I promise the thickest hair most stylist ever cut.. and Im so nervous letting someone new touch my hair with scizzers.. anyways long story short I had an amazing woman named Sarah make my hair perfect.. seriously I never in my life loved my hair after a trim and thinned before.. Sarah is legit.. so cheap for so much amazingness.. oh and the atmosphere is great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙈❤️❤️I read reviews before I went up there and seen only good talk about shortcut.. instead of going to my regular hair stylist I decided to come here before work.
