I took my boyfriend here to get a haircut (he’s been before but this was the first time I went in with him) and it’s a very cute barbershop and the first thing I noticed was their awards on the wall dating all the way back to 2014. This time he got his haircut by a young woman named Tasha and she did an amazing job on his hair. Very detailed and took her time doing exactly what he wanted. He’s also had his hair cut by Mario who also did an amazing job with his hair! Everyone here is very nice and sweet and he will definitely keep coming here for as long as we live here. Anyone thinking of going should DEFINITELY go!

Went to the new shop on N Thompson, in front of Ross(near Wal-Mart). Went in to get a skin fade. Pedro and Joey are the best barbers that Tennessee can offer. Went in for first cut with them a couple months back. Pedro did the haircut. Was very impressed. In fact decided from that point on I decided they would be my regular barbershop. Went in for a second time and was not to impressed. I got a totally different barber that time. I called Joey and he made it right, no charge. He fixed my hair and now I’m definitely making them my permanent barber. Pedro and Joey will make conversation with you the whole time you’re in the chair. They make you feel welcome and a friend. You won’t get a better cut from anyone else but these two guys. Great atmosphere, good people, always leave with a smile.

So My husband has very strange hair that sticks up if too short and needed someone that would listen and be able to help him. No only did Sarah listen thoroughly to what our issues were and goal we were trying to accomplish, she showed us and explained to us with how to handle a particular problem. She, then gave him the best haircut in 2 years of trying to gets someone to understand! I had researched and read amazing reviews about this place before we went but man, they even surpassed what I could have ever dreamed of!

Not your fathers barber shop, but not a salon. Nice atmosphere. DEFINITELY call for an appointment (Recommended) Parking is a challenge. Just turn right at Shave go to next street, one block (Spring Street) plenty of parking on Spring St.You can walk a block, right?? Great service!(UPDATE!!! New Justice Center opened up in May 2018. This freed up many parking spaces around the square!!)

Once I came on of the barbers he told me ( Gently ) the barber you took an appointment with he is gonna be late for 45 Min then I said OK, Once the barber came he looks like he was in rush and wanted to get my haircut and beard done quickly for the next customers ( I was the one who actually paid his delay ), I asked him to re cut my beard twice, and that took less than 3 min then he told my that your total is 30 !!, ok Why !!, he said I re cut your beard 4 times for you !Well, first, is not my fault that you came to late .. second, I am a person usually left a good tip after my haircut, so this 5$ more can be paid as a tip instead of to be in the bill !He treated me harshly !

Made an appointment with Abby for 2 o’clock. After trying for ten minutes to find a parking spot. Walked in at 1:55 and she had just started cutting someone else’s hair and told me it’s gonna be a while. I’m still early for my appointment now and she’s telling me that it’s gonna be a while so I had to leave. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I drove 30 minutes to get there

Best men’s and boys haircut place in the boro. Both locations are great, recently been going to the Cason and 99 location. Johnathan has been cutting my hair, recommend him but all barbers can cut.

I was really excited about The Shave when I saw that it was on the square and had 5-stars, but what I experienced definitely did not meet my 5-star expectation. My haircut was average; I didnt feel like my barber took the time to understand how my hair worked and just gave me a stock hair cut. He was a cool guy, but I could tell how overworked and exhausted he was. Im definitely going to try other barber shops before I come back.

I went in yesterday for the first time to use a gift certificate I got for Christmas. These guys know their stuff! Joey treated my brother and I right! Their service is spectacular and they strive give their customers the best experience possible. The classic shave with the straight razor is a dying art and these guys are in a league all their own in the shaving world. I cant recommend them enough!

I had Aaron cut my hair and trim my beard. I had previously tried several other barber shops around town, but I have no need to look anywhere else. Shave is where it is at. There is a great feel to the place, good conversations, and well, basically, its just a great place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get a cut, trim, or shave.

I am a regular at Shave. Joey has been taking care of (whats left of) my hair for what seems like years now, ever since he opened up shop on the Murfreesboro Public Square. These guys will take care of you with every personal touch imaginable. I cannot recommend Shave Barber Lounge highly enough!

Best barber shop I have found! Been going here for 2 years plus! Really relaxed atmosphere and all the barbers are super friendly! They also got you covered on your bearded needs with Woodsviking beard oils and other beard products!

A distinctly manly shop (you can smell the testosterone and Suavecito when you walk in the door). Six regular guy barbers knocking out consistently sharp, regular guy haircuts, one after another, but always with style. Joe has an especially light touch with a straight razor.

The first time I came here was a really good experience, but when I came for the second time last Friday it was horrible. I waited 40 minuets before anyone even talked to me, and during that time one of the barbers was just walking around with no customer. Finally one of the other barbers asked if I had an appointment, I told him no, and they set me up with the girl doing nothing. She asked how I wanted it cut, I told her long on the bangs and sides, and she proceeded to cut them short. Also the back was bad. Unfortunately you are faced away from the mirror so you cannot see what they are doing to your hair until the damage is done.A long wait for bad service and a great clips level haircut :(

Made an appointment after not going there for awhile, and maybe the guy i got was new. He answered his cell phone mid sentence of me while i was answering his question of how i wanted my hair cut. After he was done i described it clearly again but he must have not heard me correctly. I told him to trim the sides(like a high and tight) and trim my excess hair 3 inches from the back, i had slicked back hair. He took 15 mins and made a wierd mow hock thing, and the sides had areas he missed. I didnt realize how bad it was until i was home, I ended up trimming it all off at home. The barber should really pay attention to what we suggest, or atleast stay off their cell phones.

Quick shaves or cuts by experienced team members in a friendly environment at a fair cost ($20-$40, depending on complexity). Whats not to love?

Been taking my kids here for about a year and only have had cuts by Sergio and Aaron and they are both very good.

When I want my fade done right I go to Shave. I have gotten cuts from several of the barbers and it’s always done right. I don’t need to go anywhere else for my cuts Shave is the place.

Went in there at 5:56 for a flat top. They told me I have to come back tomorrow. Their business hours are posted, open till 6:30. I am not going to try to guess how early I should be there. If I was there before 6:30 they should have cut my hair.
