They are very kind, honest people and I like taking my car here. Waiting time is usually minimal - they can usually look at my car right away if its something minor like an oil change or low tire pressure. Horrible experience! I called to see if they took my warranty and they said yes! So after he looked at it and figured it out he says he didnt like talking to warranty people. I had to pay him $85 before getting my key back!I called the warranty place and they where so nice. But lesson learned. Taking it to Dr automotive in Smyrna, they have better reviews so I hope they are a lot better then this!
