My throttle body went bad on my 2012 Chrysler 200 2 weeks ago. I had it towed to another mechanic and they informed me that I needed to go to the dealer. The dealer quoted me $1200. I called Halls auto care and they helped me get my car towed there. I explained my situation, I was on unemployment and they went above and beyond to fix my car, work the quote and get me on the road asap. Ive never had a mechanic be so kind and trustworthy in my 38 years of life. Moving forward this is the only mechanic I will ever use. Amazing people ❤ 🇺🇸

2 great experiences there and I didnt leave feeling duped. They for-sure saved me $$$ going above-and-beyond on an electrical issue that ended up being a bad battery. They found my receipt for the battery and went and got me a new one and only charged the diagnostic fee.

Ive taken my car here twice for repair. Fair and up front estimates both times. Reasonable prices and nice people to do business with. Joey is easy to talk to he doesnt talk over your head. I highly recommend.follow up..Joey is no longer employed there. I took my car back there and was disappointed.

Simply awesome hands down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! They are the best in town for automotive repair. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We have taken my wifes Jetta here (3) times and each time nothing but a great experience. I would avoid Christian Brothers. Have had (2) bad experiences and on the second my wifes car was leaking antifreeze and overheating. They had her car from a Thursday thru the next Wednesday. Was suppose to call me let me know update and did not i had to call them, then got run around. Come to find out when finally done and $600+ dollars later it was still leaking antifreeze. My wife was in tears over it, and a friend referred us to Ray at Halls. He showed us what was wrong and that the part was installed incorrectly. He repaired it AT NO CHARGE, and made us lifelong customers of Halls. They treat you right and most important are honest.

Good job but it cost $900

We have had our 2002 Chevy Duramax Diesel Pickup truck and 2004 Volvo XC90 worked on by Halls Auto Care. Ray is an awesome person to do business with. We recommend them to everyone we know! Quick service, reasonable rates, knowledgeable and friendly.
