My homeowners insurance increased without reason, nearly $1000 per year. When I called to question the increase, they found it was their error. When asked for reimbursement, I was told there is nothing they could do. They just lost a 14 year customer.

Stefanie Bachman was my point of contact when I signed up for Liberty Mutual a few years ago. She’s very polite and does not try to shove a sale down your throat which is what I love! I have auto, renters, and just recently signed up for a life policy. She explained the processes of all to me in detail. Any questions I’ve ever had, I can always reach out to her and inquire and she always has the answers I need! When purchasing my life policy, I thought about a higher dollar amount and instead of trying to close the deal right then and there, she took the time to explain statistics with age and term policies etc. then convinced me to go with half that amount to ensure even during hardships in life, it’s easier to come up with a couple of dollars for the premium and to have something to leave behind to my family rather than nothing at all if I couldn’t afford the other. I get asked all the time where I have insurance and I chant, “Liberty, Liberty, Lib-er-ty, Lib-er-ty!”
