Make sure to monitor the app and your email for potential price fluctuations. Megan (Taylor) Woods had made my experience with farmers a continous headache for six months. Very nice in the beginning, gave me a price that persuaded me to leave my former insurance just to inflate the price about one month later by $60. My only way back to my normal price was to purchase more products from them that I did not need or change my coverage amounts. The price fluctuated month to month anywhere from $10-$30 monthly. Poor Poor customer service from this agent and even more poor customer service from the owner.

Megan Wood seems to know nothing about customer service. Not helpful and short with people.

Scott and his office staff are always very personable and helpful. They get tasks completed quickly and with genuine concern. I was in a MVA last year, at the fault of another, and he quickly jumped into action to make sure the other persons insurance was processing my claim. Even though it was not my insurance that was filed, he checked on me several times throughout the process to make sure I was being well taken care of. He goes above and beyond. Im honestly not a big fan or consumer of insurance but its a necessity (legally and for protective purposes) in todays world. Scott is a very friendly guy. I believe him to be honest and helpful. He provided candid feedback when my daughter hit our other car parked in our driveway (We repaired without a claim from a repair man he knew personally.)Unfortunately, we have had to use Scott for a claim and he was terrific. The Farmers claims process was also terrific and I am very satisfied with Scott and their service.

I have been with farmers since 1997 when i left the marine corp...moved to Tennessee 3 years ago came to this agents office... i cant tell you how many so called clerical errors arose.. over charging insurance above quoted pricing then to find out my insurance had been dropped because of a clerical error... now this error will cost me lots of money... getting insurance started back up... no i didnt see the errors because it was automatic billing to my wifes credit card..... but hey i got e mails asking if they could further help above my current policy🤔
