I have been with Middle TN Insurance Group for the last 5+ years, and they handle my home and auto policies. I have worked with Grant, Kasey, and Heather during this time. All are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. My rates are shopped annually by their team as a best practice, not after I request it.During my time as a customer, I have only had one claim. When the insurance company did not respond the way Grant felt they should have, he reached out and rectified the issue on my behalf. I truly feel like I have an advocate with this company. As a person who was new to the ins and outs of insurance, I greatly appreciated Michaels patience talking me through insurance terminology. He got me great rates and awesome coverage for what I wanted. The front office staff was always kind and helpful.I had to leave MTNIG because I moved out of state but when I got new insurance, the rates were very similar to their rates. I wish they were licensed in my state so I could go back to them!

Top notch agents!! I have never found a better agent or office! Grant has been my go to for quite awhile now, and I refer EVERYONE to his office! He will take care of you and your family! Another thing I love is since he is an independent agent, hes able to shop around to several companies and get the best price/coverage/situation for me, rather than only being able to price one company like so many others (i.e. State Farm, Farm Bureau etc). I had Donegal insurance through Grant for 5 years. Our auto rates kept going up with no accidents or violations. I told Grant last year I needed better rates but renewal came with higher rates n no communication from Grant or his office. I moved my insurance to another agent, saved $500 a year for same coverage with progressive. I had to send a letter with my signature to them to cancel my policies. I spoke twice to Heather about canceling my policies. She was very sharp, not pleasant at all during our conversation.I was definitely treated different when I was a policy holder.

Grant is AMAZING! i just switched from Progressive for my auto insurance that I signed up for online and had no idea what I was doing. I was undercovered and the coverage was just plain BAD. I was in an accident and the person who hit me had Direct. They were trying to scam me something wicked. When I brought this to Kasey she immediately called them several times then suggested they handle it and let the companies subrogate to National General. Could not ask for a better insurance company

They never call back when you call and leave a message. Every time within the last 2.5 years i have called, i never get a return call. In fact I called today the receptionist took a message and the agent never returned my call.
