From day 1 they have always treated me like royalty. Never in my life have I seen better customer service from a agent or agency as they provide.

When I became a customer of Allstate I was with a different agent. He sold the agency and it sold again. I was unaware who my agent was for quite some time. Many of the times when I’ve communicated with the agent or agency, it has been their request to leave a review.I had a few encounters with the agency and initially I had no problems. During my last claim, I had to do the legwork. The agent or agency done very little to assist with the claim. I’ve filed claims in the past but I have never had to do this much work for it personally. I had trouble with Allstate and with Allstate’s preferred rental car company. In the end, we had no rental car while my vehicle was repaired. I contacted Allstate claims to follow up and was informed after I expressed how disappointed I was in the process, about a claim satisfaction. The agency did assist with the process but it was in part their lack of assistance the resulted in a refund of the premium.Overall, I have been pleased with Allstate, so I wanted to change agents. When I called, the staff at this agency was very rude and condescending. They in essence, told me that I cannot change agents on my account. Again, it took a lot of legwork, but I have changed agents and am very pleased with the change. I would not recommend this agent or agency for any insurance solutions.

I moved to Calvin Bishops office from an agent in Nashville. Hope was very nice to me. As she was doing the paper we went over my policy. By doing that she saved me almost $200.00. I’m very happy that I’m with this office.

Agent seemed uninterested in assisting me with my claim. Barely had any answers to my questions. I been with Allstate a few years barely talked to them got a claim and found myself on my own. Easier just to go with Allstate customer service/claims. The rates are much more expensive because your paying for the local office which is the agents business. Trust me Geico/Progressive is way better. Unless you just want to have a “local guy” to go talk to when you make a payment.

I highly recommend Mickey Hewitt at Allstate. She was such a huge help with our auto, rental, renovation then homeowners insurance. She always stayed on top of my crazy life and was great the entire time. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with!

I’ve been with them for several years. The only time anyone ever ran into me, I filed a police report and called this Allstate to handle it, several times. They never followed through and never reached out to me to explain what would happen. I had to keep calling them to get any answers and the only response they gave me was they couldn’t get in touch with the girl who caused the wreck. A 16 year old girl pulled out in front of me causing us to wreck, and apparently she was avoiding their calls. I was not impressed at all with Allstate’s performance because frankly, they didn’t do their job taking care of me. I got nothing and had a big dent in my car. This was a good ways back and we no longer have that car, but I have not forgotten about that. We have been too busy to change companies but we will when we get the chance to sit down and research them all!

I use Calvin Bishop for renters insurance. His company is easy to do business with. The payment is made automatically and I always receive an email well in advance of each auto payment. You can call them anytime you have a question. I recommend this company.

We have had Allstate for many years. It isnt until you need your insurance that you find out if they really will be there for you. Unfortunately I needed them and they were there for me 100%. I felt like a person that mattered to them, not just a policyholder. Rare, maybe, but my Allstate team is the best!
