They were so rude, I did not appreciate the way they spoke to me. The man who with the deep voice answered and straight off the bat did not have a good attitude, he just sounded like he did not want to be there. Being in the Air Force, I thought hed have a little respect, but no. Ive only had one experience this bad before. Honestly, if there are negetive stars, Id give them that. And Im sure theyre not all like that, but he deserves little to no stars.
