No customer relations. Arbitrarily charged for new car purchase without my approval. I canceled my home and 4 autos coverage with them. Denice said she would text a quote and never did, nor did she call. When canceling all policys I had since 2008, I feel she gave me a bogus number at Farm Bureau for sales purposely. I called a friend who works at corporate in Murfreesboro and she gave me a number andy cancelation was a hassle free breeze.

I emailed Adam Tipton about a homeowner and auto policy. He emailed back almost immediately. He got my new policies set up quickly. Were buying a bigger house and needed more coverage. He still beat our current policy with Progressive by about $600 a year!

They gave 2 more than fair offers for my vehicle, were quick to pay off my old car and cut a check for the balance!Though it stinks to have lost my car and inconvenienced by the accident, everyone at Farm Bureau made the experience so much better! I have been a customer of Farm Bureau for a number of years, Homeowners and Auto, and have always been impressed with Farm Bureaus fast and friendly service. I was rear-ended a couple of years ago by an uninsured motorist and all I had to do was notify Farm Bureau and they handled the claim quickly and efficiently including getting me a comparable rental car during the lengthy repair period. I also have Farm Bureau Medicare Supplement insurance as well as the Dental/Vision plan and have received quick and efficient service on those as well. When a customer is trying to figure out their needs seeks advice from Farm Bureau about what action they should take, I have always found the advice to be honest, straight-forward and in the best interest of the customer. I recommend and will continue to recommend Farm Bureau to anyone who asks me about insurance coverage. Thanks Farm Bureau for the great insurance products and the outstanding service.
