So I dont know why the others rated them so low. Maybe they were the ones using them as a service versus me I was in the end of purchasing. I received great follow up of questions in a timely manner. The only thing maybe they should say bring your own tools or boxes if purchase lots of items or glass stuff. However, I should have thought of that as well.

Just knowing that these people care about others.

Dishonest and unethical!
