I recently won 3 different auctions with Bob Parks Auction company that resulted in a huge loss of money for me. The last one I was able to pick up my stuff sitting out back of the house. All 3 of these involved the Auctioneer in Charge: Mimi Genet. After many calls and several emails to others in the office, I was able to reach her by phone a couple of times. The first time I had requested shipping and thought that was agreed upon. She told me that if she shipped, she couldnt be responsible for my items. I stated that I understood, please ship as I would be unable to pick up. After the last auction I realized that none of the items I thought were being shipped were coming, she had apparently left them at the houses? our kept them? I dont know, could not get an answer from her. One action employee told me that Mimi had left one of the auction with a car load of my stuff because I didnt pick up--this was denied by her and I cant prove it or confirm it. I have bid and won in other actions with Bob Parks that were other auctioneers without these issues. I have documentation and I am out of over $500 because of her disregard for other people. I checked with the Tennessee auctioneer board and it doesnt show her as a licensed/registered Auctioneer. I would suggest anyone to Proceed with CARE--or Do Not bid or participate in auctions handled by Auctioneer in Charge: Mimi Gene. She has no empathy and no consideration for others belongings or money. A very selfish person and in my opinion dishonest.

I was in such deep grief and had to sell my sons home. After Talking to Kay we decided to have an auction. She called Rex and David. These 3 people were so awesome, they took care of everything!How lucky I was to get such a great team. Rex is great at his job he and David got my grandchildren a great price for the their dads home.If you are in need to sell or buy I highly recommend Kay, Rex and David.Thank you all so much, I will forever be grateful.Charlotte Bussell

Good people to deal with. And there is always help to load your treasures! Parks is one of two auction companies that I religiously watch the auctions. They are very fair and helpful.y only problem is that I wish they gave more details about whats being auctioned. Like measurements of sofas etcI bought a leather sofa unseen and it would not fit through door! Preview if you can!

Kristie Bailey, Mimi Genet, and Dale Nichols have all been wonderful in every aspect Ive dealt with. Ive bought things from them and always had great experiences and wonderful customer service. My son has worked with them a few times and he was treated wonderful as well. I couldnt ask for a better group to work with my property and possessions.

Auction company doesnt take adequate pictures to detail item condition for online auction nor did they respond to 2 email request for additional item details.

I cannot believe anyone would have anything but good to say about this company. Mimi Genet and Jim Thomas handled our estate auction to perfection. After observing my in-laws estate handled by a another company it was obvious that Bob Parks was the right choice. Professional! Honest! Above and Beyond!

These guys earn every bit of the bad reviews they get. They have limited knowledge of personal property and dismal communication skills. They also hold online only auctions for items they dont ship which destroys the price. Theres better auctions in the area

Keith Strain and Vandy VanMeter are 2 of the best auctioneers in Middle Tennessee if not the state.

They sold the house and then sold their personal items.After sale they left all the untaken items all over the yard and in house. I had to pay to have a whole dumpster of jun. They told me it would be renoved.

They are selling a piece of property in lavergne listed on Jeff green Rd that has no open right of way Smyrna refuses to allow access an a private drive boards it in lavergne this they are not devolging in advertisment

I purchased an item from their auction online, it took over a month to get it but they apologized and finally shipped it. I was happy with them and I would do business again! :)

Theft occurred while Bob Parks Auction employees had access to home. Bob Parks Auction refused to awknowledge any wrongdoing and states client cannot prove suspected theft of missing items (note, inventory is not completed before auction by Bob Parks Auction). Auctioneer repeatedly pressured client’s family member to engage in deals outside of auction.

Bad bad auction practice. Let owner set auction prices and no sales. Terrible
