I have been very very happy with my experience so far living at Harpers Point! Lindsey has been so kind and helpful!! She is quick to respond and the maintenance staff is very friendly. Everyone that lives around me has been friendly too. Very thankful to have found a place that was affordable and clean.

The Reserve at Harpers Point is amazing. Staff is courteous and respectful. Its a quiet, gated community, which was extremely important as I have small children. The play ground is small but always clean and my dog loves the spacious dog park on the grounds. In addition, its right off the interstate, close to shopping centers, and restaurants! No regrets at all!!

I have had nothing but good experiences since moving in. How he maintenance crew is timely, friendly, and professional. The office staff is also friendly and professional. I like having an exercise room that is open 24 hours. I like the pool and barbecue pavilion. I like having a dog run, and pet friendly facility.My one wish is that there was a hot tub to soak in after a long day.

I have lived here with my partner, daughter, and three small dogs since may of 2018. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The management staff are fantastic, all the people who work in the office have always gotten us everything we needed, and I cant say enough about how great the maintenance staff have been. They are very dog and kid friendly, have reasonable rental rates, and very cozy apartments. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for an apartment in Rutherford county.

Since living at Harpers Point i have been the happiest i have been in a long time. The way the office staff interacts and treats you is above and beyond. The maintenance crew is always getting the job done and fixing the issue with no problem. I cannot express my gratitude and love for this community enough. They will always put you first and be sure to you are happy in your new home and current. Do not hesitate to give them a call or visit. You definitely will not regret it!

Decent enough apartments with mostly friendly staff/maintenance. Wish the grounds would be cleaned up a little better as theirs trash everywhere, people let their pets use the bathroom right infront of your patio, and the back looks like a construction site with what seems like 50 trailers and company vehicles and a tow truck taking up all of the parking spaces

We’ve lived here for 4 years and really love it! The staff and maintenance crew respond quickly to any needs and go out of their way to be helpful. We love our apartment! We’ve actually lived in all of the floor plans except the one bedroom. Love all the updates!!! The grounds are nice and clean, neighbors are great and we love that it’s a gated community. We feel safe here! It’s also convenient to everything!

I couldnt recommend this community more.The staff has been not only professional, but very kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The property itself is really beautiful, well kept, incredibly spacious and if youre considering Harpers Point, I recommend it highly!

I have loved my time at Harpers Point! Very nice updated apartments. The area is quite and the complex is tucked away for extra security and privacy. The staff is so nice and helpful, maintenance gets everything you need done in a timely manner. This is definitely the best place I’ve lived!

I LOVE living here!!!!! They have treated me absolutely amazing since I moved in. When things have gone wrong they have been there and I really appreciate all of the ladies in the front office. Maintenance is amazing too. They get different issues resolved super quickly. I highly highly highly recommend this complex. I can’t imagine living anywhere else right now and definitely plan to renew!

We moved my daughter Meagan here and have been VERY satisfied!! Not only is it a beautiful complex but also very well maintained. My husband is in a wheelchair and they have been so accommodating for when we visit and stay there with our daughter. From the office staff to the maintenance dept, I know our daughter is in the best place she could be!!!

I been living here since 2017 an I love it so much! The complex is very clean & pet friendly. Staff is helpful and very kind. The apartment is also close by I24, which is quick access to the highway. Another thing is they are apart of a great school zone, which is all blackman schools! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

We have lived here for 4 years and we love it here. It’s super convenient to get to most everything in town. The apartment is quiet to be so close to 24. The office staff is awesome, anytime we have issues they are fixed within 48 hours.

Since moving here in March, we have been so glad we chose Harpers Point! Any maintenance issue that has come up (and there havent been many) was attended to within 24 hours, and typically same day. The maintenance guys work their butts off around here to make sure everything runs smoothly and is in the best condition possible. They always speak to residents. The front office staff is always professional and friendly. My daughter often asks if we can stop in to say HI to her friends in the office! I cannot say enough about how we have been treated and how much we enjoy calling Harpers Point our home.

Me and my boyfriend have been here for almost a year and a half & plan to sign another lease with them !! They have an outstanding staff and maintenance. You truly feel at home and always important! Me and my boyfriend haven’t had a washer and dryer the whole time while living here because they do have a laundry mat and it’s so nice!! GREAT AMENITIES !

I couldnt have picked a better place to live. Moving Panama City Fl., not knowing anything about Murfreesboro, Tn. Harpers Point was my first stop. Im so thankful it was. They made me feel right at home. Karlie and Valerie worked with me and by the Grace of God, I was approved. A year later Valerie came through for me again and I was able to move into another apartment with my daughter in the the same complex. Maintenance, is awesome they always fix things in a timely manner with no questions asked. They are friendly and respectful. I can honestly say they are really here for their residents. They treat us like family!

We moved here from GA in August and the staff made the transition so easy and smooth for us while planning the move long distance. When we came in for the tour, they almost immediately asked how my job interview went - and that’s how I knew this was the place for my family. I wasn’t just another potential tenant walking through the door, like asking what I was looking for in an apartment, but instead I felt like they truly cared about me as a person. Maintenance is so quick to fix anything, even when I’m not sure if something might not be working correctly, they still take the time to double-check. We absolutely love all the great events they have for us - once again, it’s like they truly care for us as people and not just random tenants. Even after we had just moved in, I walked into the office to ask a question, and Dayna didn’t even have to ask who I was or what apartment, she already knew what I was coming in to ask. Even my four year old loves it here - which is awesome since the move was a little rough for her.

Wonderful apartment complex! Move in was easy, and the office staff was/is friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff had our new apartment renovated and ready in time for our scheduled move ( and there was a lot to be done!). The pool and clubhouse are absolutely beautiful and the sense of community can not be beat :) Cant wait to unpack and settle in to our new home 💗

Valeries professionalism and kindness during my initial meeting was one of the biggest reasons I chose to lease here over the other (many) options in this area. Now, a year later, with Valerie as Manager, the staff is still always friendly and ready to assist. I am greeted as if I am important and my needs are a priority, whether it be for a simple package delivery or a maintenance issue. I feel at home here, and as someone not accustomed to the renting scene, that is very important to me. Thanks, guys!

We just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier! The complex has many amenities to offer but the personnel is why we stayed. They always remember us and are so nice and helpful. The maintenance crew is fantastic! If they see us on property they always stop and say hello, including to pet our dogs! Any minor maintenance concerns we’ve had over the last year and a half have been addressed quickly and professionally. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this complex and the personnel! They truly make Harpers Point home for us!

Lived here for over 5 years. Smaller complex considering the surrounding ones. (I like that more) Pet friendly, clean grounds, and usually quiet (never had a noise complaint). Ive seen the property change management over 2 if not 3 times. Valerie is the current property manager. Very nice woman, will take care of all your concerns and needs. I really appreciate how she handle my move out. Thank you for being home for so many years!

We love living here we have been her for 4 years and we love it. The staff is amazing and are always super sweet with our son. If there an issue with stuff the maintenance men usually will have it fixed that day or have answer for us with in the day

I love living here with my husband we have been here 1/1/2 year the staff is very helpful, and the maintence is great if we have a problem they are their to fix or explain the problem without having to keep calling, the grounds are always nice, they are always having something for the residents movie pool night decorating patio contest, the list goes on . you always feel welcomed when you go into the office we could stay here forever because we are retired and moved here from Indiana, as long as the rent doesnt scare us in going up to much (SMILE). Again we love it here thanks for all you do. Mary&Fred Walker i would add one thing it would be a suggestion that one building be reserved for people with dogs they can keep you up and some not all dont pick up after them, other than that we are good!

I lived at Harper’s point for 3 years. Valerie and Haley were extremely friendly and helpful. Maintence team was always skilled and efficient about fixing any problem I had. The events they planned throughout the year were very fun and inclusive. My dog also loved the dog park!

Maintenance crew was very fast and friendly. Had to get some upgrades done while apartment was occupied but they were very professional and informational as to what they were doing and got it done in a quick and timely manner! It looks fantastic now

Great place to live, gated community, quiet neighborhood .Traffic can be a bit heavy but so far thats the only downfall. Ive only been here since May, and the staff has been amazing for me. 4.5 stars... they cant control the traffic. Easy place to call home

I wish I could give these luxury apartment homes less than 1 star. Nothing about this place is luxurious. We have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been the worst first time apartment living experience. There is a list that goes on and on that I have of things they have screwed us on. We were told when we first moved in that we would have updated appliances and that has never happened, we were overcharged on rent 5 months in a row and at one point made my account go negative 1,200 dollars and did nothing about it. This place is all about taking your money and thats all they want. The steps going up to our door were broken for about 6 months and they just taped it off like nothing was wrong and then finally fixed them after enough people complained. If you are thinking about moving here do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. At first they seem like a nice place and friendly staff but the longer you live there the worse it will get. I am more than ready to be moved out of this DUMP this Sunday. Do not fall into the trap they set to get you to move in. Your welcome in advance.

Love it here! Never have any problems with getting ahold of staff so if something breaks maintenance is on it, they’re super pet and family friendly and always have activities through the month for everyone. Couldn’t ask for more ❤️

I just moved in and am rating this apartment a 3 only because the staff and maintence man are friendly. I am very dissatisfied with my apartment, however. When we came to look at the model home a few weeks ago we fell in love with the modernness and all the details and were told they had an apartment exact as the model home coming available. Exact as in, same back splash, same floor plan, and was even told our cabinets would be an almost dark cherry red. We were so excited we put a deposit down and filled out applications that day. We moved in yesterday, and upon arrival, viewed our apartment and its not the same. The floor plan is flip flopped, its definitely not the same, the back splash we loved so much, we dont have, the dark wood cabinets we loved, we dont have. All the details in the model home are no longer available, but they failed to tell us that, instead they sold us on the look. The dryer is not working, one of the toilets is not working, one of the bedrooms has a light switch but NO light, the apartment was very cheaply painted and not cleaned well at all. Our front door had to be fixed yesterday. All this should have been taken care of before we moved in. The model home is very misleading, had I been shown the actual apartment Im currently staying in, I would have leased with my second option apartment. My kids are looking forward to the fun activities coming up and we will make the best of our stay here, just wish we hadnt been sold on a look that is no longer available.

The staff is amazing!!So caring and accommodating, helped us on our new chapter and finding an amazing apartment. These are great apartments with some of the best amenities, amidst a great area! The grounds and facilities are clean and I feel so safe that this is gated. Beautiful community, and a great place to call home

Staff was super nice, then I signed the lease. From that point forward they have been nothing less than having no pulse. The maintenance staff is awesome!!! I have bugs regularly and they spray often, but when people leave trash in breezeway for weeks at a time there is no chance not to have bugs. I have a huge stain next to neighbors door that appears to be syrup or something similar. Swimming pool is nice and clean, sometimes the big kids forget about the smaller ones. Gate never functions properly and shady people hanging out everywhere in complex. If you don’t like hippo olympics above you make sure your on the top floor!

My husband and I are so pleased about the atmosphere here. Valerie and her staff make us feel welcome. They should get more than 5 stars.

Love living here! It is so close to everything in Murfreesboro! So close to Medical Center, tons of restaurants and plenty to do and see! Apartment is quiet and love the gates at night!

We have enjoyed our time at Harpers point and we recommend it. Lots of kids, playground, tennis courts and the pool keep the kids busy. The staff has gone out of their way to be kind, thoughtful and proactive.We will always think fondly of our time at Harper Point.... :)Really, Really good location IMO. Close to everything....

Just like many others, Ive had my share of ups & downs with Harpers Point; however, over the past couple of years, theyve really stepped it up. My calls are answered swiftly & maintenance is sent swiftly. Maintenance has left a lot to be desired over these past 4 years, but the new crew is working to change that narrative. After a few more updates (windows are horrible) this place could be top notch.

I lived here for several years now, and love it. I only planned to stay a couple years then purchase a house. The personnel here are all wonderful. Its close to the interstate.

Harpers is a great place to live. The management team Valerie and the girls are always nice and friendly ready to help. When I had any kind of maintenance problems the staff is there to fix any problem quickly. I love the community get togethers for residents. I would recommend Harpers Pointe if you are looking for a place to live.

The staff has been nothing but helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond and efficient with repairs. Weve been here just under a year. Its been great. Sometimes there is a little noise upstairs, but thats life. Not having to climb stairs makes a fair trade off.

Please save yourself the time and trouble and go anywhere else. This apartment has been awful from the start. The day we agreed that I could get the keys to move in I wasnt given the keys until 5 pm and that was with me checking in all through the day. Later we had an issue with the residents below us smoking on the balcony when my kids have respiration issues. I am not against people smoking but the lease clearly stated that there was to be no smoking on any balconies and porches. When this was reported to the front office they told us that this wasnt going to change. Turns out the residents below us were employees of the complex and werent going to be asked to stop. I raised this issue many times and started to get letters from the office about how we became a problem now. On the day we finally moved out and did the walk through I met them at the office and had to wait about 15 minutes for them to find a key to a golf cart and when they finally did she asked me if I was just going to walk to meet them at the apartment as they continued to drive off. Please do not let this place fool you! These are anything but luxury apartments.

Had no problems until the neighbors started keeping me up until 1 am and waking me up at 5 am. Walls are thin and I can hear everything... sounds like a herd of elephants romping around above my head. Staff is helpful and maintenance people are great.

Going into my 5th year and it is the best apt I have ever lived in. The staff is wonderful. If you are in the market for an apt please stop by the leasing office and I guarantee you will want to make it your home

I lived here for one year. I enjoyed my neighbors. The nearby kids were nice. Under Valeries managment there were plenty of community activites activities planned! Overall cozy family friendly place to live. Any issues I had were typical issues of living in an apartment and nothing to fret about too much. Although I would say they need to do something more for the tons of wasps in the summer time, thats it. Move here!

I have lived at this complex for about 3 years now. Never had a problem with noise, another resident, or the staff! Anytime I place a maintenance request it’s always taken care of that day which is awesome. Rent has gone up, but the area in general has gotten more expensive as the years have passed. I like living here and plan to for awhile!

Roaches!!!!!!This place has them everywhere and have been seen on multiple occasions on my patio and even by the oven.Apartment is always kept clean, so they must be in the walls or just everywhere.$950 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment is highway robbery for this type of place!Your apartment is also inspected every quarter by management.If you dont give them a 60 day notice at the end of your lease, they will hold you there the full 60 days and charge you extra $$$!!!!I moved out may 2018 - much happier now.Not worth the money!!

We moved here in October of 2016 and before moving in we had to wait for 1-2 days before they even got ahold of our old apartment and that was only because I, personally, went and got the paperwork. Then they told us we were able to move in after we signed papers in the morning and it was close to 4 before they decided they were ready. That was just the beginning. The carpet was filthy when we moved in and you could tell the previous tenants had pets and the water unit was filthy and has dust everywhere! Not to mention I had them have someone come out and clean the coils. Both of my children have respiratory issues and we had problems with smoke seeping through our front door, which caused problems with our 5 month old, at the time. Weve had issues with things in the lease not being followed through with and if you dont work for the complex youre pretty much out of luck. They make it very apparent they are always correct and so are their employees. As far as being a gated community... people come in the wrong gate all the time because its open when they pull up. Ive stayed in numerous apartments and this is definitely on the bottom of my list. However, we did win $300 off our rent for July so at least we got something out of it. Much better apartments in the boro to go with!Oh, and please dont let all the 5s they have fool you. I noticed some of their employees rated their company.

I moved from Florida back in May 2017 because of a new job and chose the Reserve at Harpers Point. Valerie Whitlock helped me plan the entire move in long distance and helped me coordinate all the details down to utilities and cable. I have been so pleased from the get-go!! This staff is willing to work with you and go the extra mile to make your move as easy as possible!The apartment is lovely and I was able to do the check-in paperwork on my time with no rush or pressure. Found a couple of details I needed addressed and they sent their maintenance team to sort it out right away. It was as painless of a process as possible!!Ever since then, I have been blessed with a positive relationship with the entire office and maintenance crew! They make every effort to engage you in family-fun events and activities. They are cheerful and helpful to all ends. Anything I need is handled expeditiously. And I am still loving my apartment!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live and VERY convenient location!! Thanks, Harpers Point!!

This place sucks. One star for location.Plenty of stuff to annoy or frustrate you. Shady people just loiter in the entrance at night waiting for someone to come or go and open the gate.People leave trash everywhere(on the tennis court, on the stairs, in the bushes, your doorstep, behind next-to and beside the dumpster). Brand-spankin-new speed bumps placed in the most asinine way, so that people naturally speed up when close to parked cars and slow down when having passed each section of parking. Will not tow people without parking tags, but will tow YOU if your plates are expired. Maliciously dishonest staff that will try to take advantage of you. You arent allowed to use the tennis court whenever it is vandalized so the neighborhood teens just aimlessly walk the complex for a week or two. Things like staircases will remain broken for MONTHS. The breakers in your apartment will blow on a regular basis. The seals on your windows suck and your electricity bills will suffer. And for those in a two bedroom, the both of you arent taking a hot shower at the same time unless its together.If you want to enjoy your time in Murfreesboro, The Reserve will do its best to make that harder for you.

The experience I have had at Harpers Pointe have been top notch. Meshyalah was able to get me into my new apartment within one day! If you need a new home in Murfreesboro, you will not be disappointed with Harpers Pointe.

An older community that has changed ownership a few times. Ive been here over 6 years. However, that being said, the current ownership and staff are very good.

My husband and I have been here since moving to Murfreesboro almost 5 years ago, and we really love it here.

Its not the best place, but the atmosphere is homey, and staff are nice and helpful. The washers and dryers could be a little cheaper but its pretty clean for the most part.

This place ia all about money. Staff is very friendly.until you sign the lease. It all goes downhill from there. People hang out in the breezeways and leave trash. Its hard to get noisy neighbors undercontrol. l .

Office employees, maintenance & tenants are very nice and cooperative and helpful. Apartments are affordable and clean and spaceious.

Neighbors are rude and staff is not helpful! Gross beds laying around dumpster and nasty ant problem . Children are loud and un supervised 24/7.( were talking 7 year olds) Maintenance workers do not repair anything right. Gate is always broken or super slow and loud. I have never lived some where with such rude neighbors and staff.
