No complaints. Lived there about 2 years as a student at MTSU. Easy online payment method. Neighbors were quiet in my building. Maintenance was quick to respond (only had one issue with my A/C) and came by monthly for air filters and to spray for bugs (never had any bugs in apt). Office staff was friendly and knowledgeable every time I spoke with them. Id recommend checking them out.

I honestly dont get why this place here such bad reviews. Ive lived at the Palmer Dr. Apartments for almost two years and its been great. Pet friendly, not too noisy and every month or two they change the air filters and spray for bugs. Every time Ive called in a maintenance request theyve sent someone out the same day. The only trouble Ive had is when they threw away some hammock straps I left tied to a tree.

Stay away unless you want to be robbed of. Terrible and greed lease contract. I clearly told them i will move on the agreed date when i signed the new lease. However the office asked for another month payment to close the lease contract. They took my prepaid last month and deposit about 670 and asked for another 1220，they must go bankeruptcy soon for rudely charging the tenant. Be careful！!！ Folks. It is just insane.
