Living at Bellwood Trace apartments has been very peaceful. The only noise I have noticed is the occasional sound of sirens due to being located in the city limits. The management team are accommodating and quick to address any issues. My apartment was move in ready with new carpet, paint and new countertops. It has been a nice experience so far.

This place did not even show me this apartment until after they took my move in fee of $300 and then after waiting 30 days for availability I find I am in a mold and mildew with mold spores for my entire lease. It smells like something died up in this place! Called Maintenance and was told it is normal for all their apartments??? And yet Section 8 Mufreesboro Housing approved this unhealthy dangerous to my health situation! If there is any company out there that tests government housing could you please notify me cause I am becoming very ill from this and need someone that could help me solve it. They have a hot water heater that has trash and God knows what else behind it and they wont even move it out to look where the smell is!

I called, and no one answered so I I decided to just go instead. I have been here twice in one week and there has been no one there each time. Their business hours state 9am - 6pm and I arrived at 10:15a, there was a sign that stated they will not return til 1pm.No existent customer service!!!

Roaches come through the walls from other units, it smells like cigarettes in a nonsmoking bedroom, ac unit is cheap, plumbing is wired weird, neighbors always watch and gossip.
