I recently moved here in February 2021. I have found that this apartment complex has really been cleaned up by Jean and her fellow employees. Ms Kayla also is very professional and kind. The apartment is completely what you make of it. I LOVE my home and have not disliked anything about this place. No loud parties, security cameras are here for myself and others to feel safe. Years ago this was a party for the college kids. I would even feel safe for my elderly mother to move here

Beware if you are looking for a place to call home at these apartments. You can explain your entire situation to the people at the front and they will tell you that you would be perfect to qualify and to just pay the non-refundable application fee and apply. They will then make up some criteria that didn’t exist when you applied and tell you that you don’t qualify while taking your money. I strongly advise against applying here.

Honestly the best apt I’ve been at. Dave, Kayla, and ms. Jean & Terry do an amazing job at running this place. They are kind understanding people that get things done! The pest control people are nice, they come once every two weeks to keep up with not having icky bugs. As far as the laundryroom the dyers could be better but they are working on that was well. If you plan on moving here remember it is kid and animal friendly so if you don’t like kids or animals, I don’t think this is the place for you. Someone else mentioned there should be a playground and I completely agree or for them to rebuild the baskets ball court.

I liked the staff but the roaches are plentiful. We are very clean people yet still had roaches due to other apartments/history of previous infestation. My apartment when I was moving out was completely bare yet still I saw roaches under the sink, on the floors in the kitchen, and in both bedrooms. Its disgusting. Also the walkways were dirty all the time with cat litter, feces, trash, etc.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Everyone whose given 902 Apartments five stars, were given a $15.00 dollar Starbucks gift card. The customer service is trash, I pay $850 a month when there’s mold throughout my entire apartment, which has kept me in and out of my doctors office! Living here is unsafe, nasty, and detrimental to people’s health.

Wow, what a difference new management makes. Over the last 2 months the property has changed dramatically. Renovations are going on everywhere. They have gotten rid of the bugs and continue to spray every week. You cant beat the price and the apartments look great.

I have had no issues living here. Plus we have great management up front and great Maintenance.

I been living here since February 2020 the previous owners was rude and didn’t keep up with the place since MMC had bought it they have brought it back up to plate great management and mantience team whenever ever I have something that need to be done they get right on it.. the paint looks great and they keep the grounds clean...the noise went down a whole lot the only down fall is that people Iike to speed through here and go around the speed bumps and they’re is normally kids playing outside also would love a play ground for the kids to play on so they don’t play in the road for the smaller kids but I love how is is coming along here

New Owners and Management have done so much in the last few weeks. From pressure washing to painting, and they have began to renovate the interiors. Keep up the good work!

Camous Villa is moving up baby.

Ive been living here for seven months now. I have to say it has gotten somewhat better. The first week i moved in there was a shooting in the parking lot of the apartments next door. There have been about 2 kore that i know of since. Lots of drug activity and violence in general. This place costs WAY too much to rent. The apartment itself i would give like 3 stars. There js supposed to be wifi but it never works. The police are here LITERALLY every day, if not for some kind of disturbance or whatver, they are just driving through to check in. The only upside are the apartment staff, they are very nice and helpful, as are the maintenance crew.

I have lived here the past year and half, This was the best apartment that Ive ever lived in thus far. Yes its a bit noisy but its located in a College town. Management is very cool, polite and helpful. Its not built for a big family, but if your just starting out and are building your way up you should swing by and grab an application. Its a 700 ft sq building built it has brick walls to help during Hurricane and Tornado season. Maintenance has changed in the past 7 months, And the new crew is very accurate and on time with what you need done. And they will make sure that what ever is needed fixed is done.

Ok apartments! You get what you pay for. Very tiny apartments I don’t know how there is families of 5/6 living in a two bedroom! Yes there is roaches but keep clean and they will disappear.I did not like the fact that pest control with management will come in your apartment anytime they please! After two knocks if you do not open or aren’t home they will come in.About the mean/disrespectful neighbors I haven’t had any problems mind your own business and you’ll be fine. Yes there will be some trash but they have a guy everyday that cleans it.I do not recommend for night shift workers nor if you have a newborn you will get no sleep with the kids screaming outside of your doors.Very peaceful at night but good luck getting a parking space after midnight.

When i first moved in they half cleaned the place it wasnt even ready..The bathrooms only have showers with hella roaches and MOLD in it..Stayed there a month Soo much Black MOLD builded up made me and my kids sick we Almost died..I quickly moved the doctors told me get out of there. They had covered the mold with paint so be careful..I wouldnt recommend this place to Anyone especially with kids..And not to mention its very ghetto, people hang out all night AND police always there because of fights shootings and whatever esle smh..

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would !! My friend lives here & when I tell you management is getting over on these people with the prices it’s ridiculous! These people are asking for $300 a week for rent when it’s barely worth $100 per week it’s sad really !! They are taking advantage of people who have bad credit and can’t afford something better !! This place is ran down !!! Management and the owners should be ashamed !!

My father lives here. The place looks run down and poorly maintained. The apartment has black mold that hasnt been properly addressed. Grounds are riddled with trash. Someone in the complex through something over their balcony that smahed my dads wifes car windshield. Black mold is dangerous and if not treated properly it is hazardous to ones health.

Nasty the property caretaker nasty mouth judgemental. She sits there at her desk talks about tenants. They are running apts selling drugs right in front of her. Its sad.

This place was TERRIBLE. My husband and i put down the deposit on the apartment and when we went to move in it it was I FESTED with bugs. Not like one here or there (which I didn’t even want to see) it was INFESTED!!! So much so to where the lady that was working the front desk said it was an “awful lot of bugs” but refused to refund our deposit. This place is a joke and should be condemned.

Not much else to say but its horrible at campus villa

I moved from out of town in july of 2016 and moved out of these nasty..oh so trifling apartments in sep of 2016 ... they charge too much for the weekly rent and the manager is just as disgusting cause i would never let someone live in those conditions. she walks around like its ok so evidently she lives the same. roaches EVERYWHERE along with the crackhead and drunks that sit outside ALL DAY LONG....glad i got away from there too **** nasty. they should be shut down FOR REAL!!!

DONT MOVE IN!!! PLACE HAS BEEN INFESTED WITH ROACHES FOR YEARS ND YEARS NOW. i used to live there a year ago, and had to throw away everything i owned. while roaches concurred the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was so hard to live, eat and have friends over. i would never recommend this place and the management is terrible. i would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Horrible and that dont even describe the half of it

Never have I ever seen such an infestation of cockroachs.One will call and call and ask for the apartment to be treated and they say they do but you will always have roomates. They will say I dont know why you have roaches Its because the grounds are filthy. Trash in the hallways, staircases reaking of urine and dog feces. Literally saw roaches coming from the air condition vents. Disgusting. Unfit for human dwelling.Staff slow to respon and content in letting poor college students live in such dwellings and of course they quickly will take your rent payment but are slow to fix the uninhabitable state their tenets live in.

My niece moved into the Campus Villa apartment in July and moved out in October 2016, due to mole and roaches. I hope that everyone who thinks about moving into these apartment looks at the reviews first to notice that this have been going on for years. For the complex to know this is an ongoing problem with roaches and do nothing about the roaches or slow about taking care of the problem is a shame. There was trash in the hallways and dog feces everywhere. This is very poor living conditions for anyone to live in. The police is called on a regular basis, one weekend I was there, the police was called 15 times. The office Manager is very rude and she is not helpful at all. The rent is high for these apartment and then they have a week to week for 250.00. Renters beware of the these apartments.

If you want to live in a crack den then move here. Want to hear screaming and yelling all night move here. Want to move to Detroit move here first.

The rent is to expensive for weekly rent the front lawn area filthy full of trashthey do not come fix things in a timely manner there is not many good things i cansay about living there the pool is always closed no basket ball court just a slab of concretewith no goal there is also dog feces all over the lawn
