Let me start by saying NEVER AGAIN. Took almost 2 hrs for a basic pedicure. My toes were so irritated it hurt to put my crocs on and one of my toes was bleeding. I got red and I have red paint all over my toes and feet. I didn’t even let them do the massage because it hurt so bad. The receptionist told me someone will come in to do my no chip because this specific tech didn’t know how to and he still did it. I’m livid. Never in my life will I come back. I hate leaving reviews but this just had to be shared. TERRIBLE. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Im never coming back - ever. I came in knowing what these guys can do- a good job in an efficient manner. Today I came in to get a nail fixed (they said they could) and shortened with a clear coat. I started at 245 and at 354 my nail tech(a literal high schooler) even though there were others available somewhere, only cut and buffed my nails. Keep in mind I had no chip on so i had to get them removed. It took 20ish minutes TO SOAK IN ACETONE (which burned a bit) when I’ve gotten them off before in 5 perfectly. Then it took this kid another 20 minutes in addition to the hour to get the polish off because they didn’t take the top layer off correctly. I don’t know why he didn’t just drill the rest off instead of using a nail file. The kid also didn’t know how to fix a broken nail(use glue). He also didn’t do that part right. AND TO TOP IT OFF- I said I wanted a clear coat on top (and I said gel) they gave me a normal manicure. Like what?! Not to mention they charged me twice because they forgot to charge me correctly the first time.

We love Vegas Nails! Everything about this business is phenomenal! The staff is so kind and tentative to the needs of their clients. They are very professional and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I get compliments on my nails constantly. I’ve been going here for about 5 months. I am never disappointed and would never go anywhere else. All the staff is incredible, but we especially love Natalie and Long! Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you won’t regret it!

My daughters first time going to this business to get her nails done and she is very happy. She got a manicure and pedicure before leaving for a holiday trip and they were very reasonably priced and did a great job. We will be back.

First time here today and I’m super happy. I booked an appointment at my regular salon and then I called to confirm and they told me they closed at 6... when they’re normally open till 8pm. But Vegas Nails was able to get me in at the time I wanted even with the Holiday rush. Mike did a great job even though they were busy AND they don’t charge if you want shorter nails or a different shape which was amazing. Everyone was super polite and helpful. The front desk was very kind and she explained to me the rewards program and all that stuff. Overall I’m super impressed and plan on returning.

Love the nails but feels like they always rushing to get them done. They did my toe nails a different color (picked up the wrong nail polish) and I didnt notice until got home. But other than that they are good at their job. Only reason for the four star is because I feel like they go up and down on prices, not sure why they change every time I go.

I did my nails and toes on the 06/08/20, first they did my pedicure, they left the water running and nobody notice until my sandals got wet (I was in my phone).i asked the lady for 5 different colors for my hands no chip and she never told me it was an extra charged for that.When the guy took over, he told me about the extra charged.(It doesnt said anything about this anywhere but I paid), this happened on Friday.On Monday 4 of my nails where peeling and chipping and they did nochip .they filed my nails all crooked, this is the second time it happens, I have two kids now and its to difficult to find somebody to watch them .my mom and I used to go since they open, i dont know what happened to them they used to be very good .Im not coming back to this place.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the Nail salon. Staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was great and relaxing.. Only issue I had was with my nail tech, Ive been doing my acrylics for many years now so Im very familiar with the process.. So when I wasnt asked if I wanted my length to get cut down I was okay with it I let it slide. But I got a no chip on my nails and I told her that dont you need a clear coat before you put the no chip on and she said no (Im not sure what else she said) she finished painting my nails and i kinda sat there and shes like okay and that was it. I felt like she rushed through my nails so I was pretty upset but I will being giving them another try just with a different nail tech.

My girlfriend and I came there yesterday, and they did really good job. The staffs are so friendly and kind. The price is also reasonable. Definitely come back. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻🔥

Excellent pedicure, ask for Hanna. She takes her time and does a great job. Manicure are average. They do a good job but tend to rush the process. Will be coming back.

This place is very modern and relaxing. I got a no chip manicure, came out beautiful. They’re doing a raffle right now until January 1st for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas! I’ve never been to a nail salon that does that. Customer service was amazing! They even give you a hot towel at the end of your manicure! Amazing place, well worth the price. Highly recommend. They’re super gentle during your manicure, and the range of colors is amazing.

The employees are always friendly. The manicures always come out nice. I love the dark room for the pedicures! Its so relaxing!

Went in yesterday morning with my bestie. We r usually nails salon snobs. But it was time for change. We chose the right place. So friendly and personable from beginning to end. Very clean and modern. Nails look amazing too!! We will be back!!

I would not recommend this salon. It’s not very clean. The nail tech cut me then applied a liquid to stop the bleeding.Prior to sitting down for my hands they told me to go sit down but it was still dirty from the customer before. So I said no I’ll wait till they clean it.Lastly they charged to use a credit card. I have never been charged to use a credit card.I tried them bc they are local but I regret it.

When this place first opened, it was great! They took their time, and the nail techs knew what they were doing in terms of pedicures, no chip and dip (these are the services that I have gotten there). However, as their popularity grew, they work became sloppy, I was routinely burned by the drill as they were taking off my old dip manicure. There were several times where one person would start my service, but then I would be told to move to a different station to be finished up by another person. The credit card fee is also a little annoying. I understand why some business choose to add a fee to credit cards, but it is still annoying.

The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my pedicure but they did not fully remove the calluses which was disappointing. I also did a gel fill from a guy that works there but he did not shape my nails the same and then told me that my nails were just like that even though I walked in before with perfectly shaped nails. The color on my finger nails is also not fully on you can still seem some spots through the color.

Love this place it’s a must !! Definitely recommend, ask for LONG !!!

Great quality work and friendly staff

I normally never, ever do this... but I had an absolutely awful experience here. I went in for an acrylic nail set. The woman doing my nails put my nail extension tips on crooked and needed to redo them 3 times before even applying acrylic. After that, she started hurting my nails with her electric file (this should never hurt). I expect for my cuticle area to be partially raw by tomorrow. She then applied the acrylic and shockingly, the shapes were crooked on several nails and not my requested shape. I kindly asked if she would mind fixing them. My nails then ended up being filed down much shorter than I had asked for. When I mentioned this, I was told they looked fine (they weren’t fine to me, the paying customer). After that, she had me scoot down a chair (her own request, not mine) where someone else began doing my nails. He tried to fix the shapes, but wasn’t very successful. The experience was painful because of the previous tech’s work. He applied the polish. The polish is outside of the lines on 4 nails and he didn’t bother to fix it. I’ve been having my nails done professionally for over 15 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. I feel robbed of $28. I won’t be returning and suggest visiting this business with caution. The woman next to me left extremely unhappy as well; she demanded a partial refund and I had to sit and listen to the person at the register argue with her about it during my service. It was all around frustrating and disappointing.

Walked in and was greeting right away. Super friendly. This place is very clean and well organized. My nail tech was very nice and also had a sense of humor, no awkward silence. He was in no rush and took his time on my nails. This is the first time in a while that my nails dont hurt after getting a full set!

Was recommended to come here from a friend. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and everything looks super clean! They also have soothing music playing instead of tv which was a plus. Staff was friendly and Lindsey who did my nails was great! She even gave me a small hand massage which was awesome! Only reason I’m giving it 4 star is because they charge you a dollar for using a credit or debt card and you can’t tip on the card. which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Will definitely go back!

Went here for lunch today; went with the ombré - short nail look and LOVED it!! Fast, professional and very friendly staff!! Definitely recommend and will definitely make this my go to nail salon 💅! Finally went for my first visit today. Long overdue! I didn’t have an appt, but they were super nice about squeezing me in. Did one of the spa pedicures that includes a parafin wax dip, a full gel set with no chip, & my eyebrows. Rarely get my nails done, but have a wedding Saturday. Nails are a bit longer than I typically like, but 100% my fault for being too afraid to speak up, & being afraid I’d make them too short. I actually really love them though! They were fantastic!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!! 🤗

I did not like the way they do nails. They have rude employees. Aside from that they don’t do a good job on your nails, such poor quality for such a high price. Not worth it, would not recommend.

Came bck at 245, see other 2 new clients, i am told to come back at 3 or better 315ish.....I asked Q1st come. 1st serve?) My daughter and I stopped in last night for mani-pedi’s. The pedi’s are like none other! Very relaxing setting and no rush. I LOVE my nails! I tried a few different shops for the “ombre” style, everyone looked confused but not even a blink of an eye here and they came out great! Fun friendly atmosphere! 5 star quality!!!

Got a cut on my heel when they were removing dry skin. They stopped the bleeding, but it was painful.

I took my daughter just on Wednesday and on Saturday the paint was already falling off, Ill never take her there again, very poor quality for so much $$$
