My strand bamboo floor is gorgeous. Dark and elegant.
We did new vinyl flooring (materials and installation) through LL and one of their installers. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. They helped get our installation done on time as we were on a tight schedule. The store manager also helped source a box of an older product to match our ground floor. Good quality and fair price.
After 25 years, our house needed a refresh. We chose lumber liquidators in Mukilteo. We are very happy we did. Good pricing, helpful sales and estimator staff. The installers did an awesome job too. Enclosed please see photos of our Oak flooring used in dining, foyer, kitchen, downstairs bath, pantry, etc. Upstairs we had both the master bath and hall bath done. they all look great. two thumbs up
I purchased Kitchen Tiles and Bamboo Flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I am extremely happy with the products as well customer service they provided. When the product went on sale later, they were kind enough to price match and drop the price. I also did the installation through them and they look amazing as you see in the photos. I would definitely recommend them for future :)
Cant say enough good things about the guys at this store. Francisco in particular followed my home improvement process from start to finish over the course of a couple of months, always reliable, always polite and courteous. They were a little out of the way for me compared to the big name depot stores, but worth the drive. Highly recommend this store.
Super great staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating everytime we had a transaction or needed a question answered. Installed ourselves, but they were great in making sure we had everything and the right things to make it go smoothly.
Great service, price and quality. We went with the Addison solid Oak and it’s gorgeous! I will post pictures soon!
I recently replaced the floor in my home in Lynnwood, WA. After trying Lowes/Home Depot/Floor and Decor for product and availability, a friend, Mark Brown, suggested Lumber Liquidators. I called and was helped by Brian go over some options that were in my price range and in stock. I selected the Dream Home Pine Frost and it installed very easily. I recommend Lumber Liquidators for accessible flooring options!!
Friendly, knowledgeable. Affordable. Nice selection. Something to fit everyones budget.Selection had some Acacia woods which is exotic. You can always find great clearance items.Knowledgeable staff who took the time to help us without being pushy.
There only 2 person work there, didnt get the help I need. I end up buying at floor decor.
Great customer service, quality product and the employees always know what they’re doing/talking about! 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻
Good prices and. Product, intelligent staff. Found what we wanted in 15 minutes and were on our way..

Excellent service and excellent product. Couldn’t be happier.
Tonight my partner Stephanie and I were absolutely blown away by the amazing service from Daniel at the Mukilteo Lumber Liquidators. We are in the process of building our first home... and I really mean that... we are building it ourselves. It is a huge undertaking to put it lightly, and we are facing our fair share of challenges and setbacks. We have tried a couple of times to pick up the flooring, but have not been able to make it happen in the midst of everything else we are working on. Long story short, we borrowed a truck and were making our way from Bellingham, over an hour away, to pick up the flooring. On the way we hit some bad traffic that caused us to show up after they were scheduled to close. I called to ask if they would help us out and stay open just a bit longer, knowing it was a big request, and was met with a positive can-do attitude in Daniel who stayed late on his Saturday night to help us out. He has no idea how much he helped us, and we are very grateful for his kindness. Not only did he stay late, he was very friendly and cheerful the whole time. He had everything in our order prepared for us when we arrived, and even helped us load everything into our truck. We can not recommend this location enough. Daniel, you rock.
We had a great experience working with the Mukilteo store. They were very informative and helpful. We love our floors and they were easy to install.
To keep it simple:- The installation took 2x as long as quoted.- They regularly sent out only one crew member to do work at a time, likely leading to the delay. Product was already on site.- A member of their crew fell asleep in my house with a juul pod in his hand when I found him. I had to shake him awake, because he wouldnt respond to my verbal prompts.- I found an empty beer can in his lunch bag on the counter. Which certainly would suggest he was drinking at my house.- The store did absolutely nothing. Once my installation was complete, I didnt even receive a follow up phone call. Even a mediocre restaurant will ask you how your meal was. This was a $25,000 project.- I asked for a 10% refund after calling the store and the manager said because my account was closed at that point, there was nothing he could do. I called corporate and they offered me 1% back.I hired Lumber Liquidators to handle product and installation, with the impression that while expensive, the service and professionalism would be worth it.I was wrong.Do your self a favor, seek out another provider for your flooring needs.
Excellent place! Very informative staff. Courtney was extremely helpful. Great quality products as well
I went and bought some transition and it was great
Excellent selections and customer service.
Customer service young man was very friendly and helpful (I wish i got his name). Younger yet very knowledgeable fellow. This gentleman gets 5 stars. The reason i only gave four stars is because how can a lumber store that specializes in hardwood floors not carry wood filler for hardwood floors?!?
Price - When you go to a place with Liquidator in the name you expect to be getting rock bottom prices. I shopped around at other places like Lowes, Home Depot, and a few specialty flooring places and these guys definitely had better pricing.Service - Good? Not great but it was good. The guy that helped me seemed more interested in making a sale then in actually helping. He let me know that if I over purchased material I could bring the rest back and as long as it was unopened I could get 100% refund. Thats something of a bold-faced lie. In the sales receipt you have to sign it says you can get 80% back if returned within the first 30 days. The manager confirmed this when I had to go back to modify my order before I accepted delivery.Quality - I got the bamboo flooring that came with a 30 year guarantee. Its not what I was expecting I suppose. It looks beautiful and it installed quickly (relatively) but even an empty kitchen garbage can (total weight 3 pounds) can scratch the surface. On the flip side my two dogs havent been able to scratch it yet. It is hilarious to watch them spin out on it though.
I just purchased some engineered vinyl plank flooring for my home. The store is very well staffed and greets you upon entering. I was impressed at the non pressure sales and their helpfulness. I made my purchase and found that another store did have a sale on a similar product. I mentioned it to my nice salesman Aro, and he encouraged me to bring in the info and if it was exactly the same, they would price match it... so upon his urging I felt more comfortable to do so. Sure enough they did price match and I saved another $530. !!! I was so grateful. So I highly recommend this store for their selection and professionalism.
Some stuff they have there is of lower quality...it just depends on what you are looking at. But the staff are super nice and extremely helpful which is why Im giving it 5 stars.
I went it and had a few questions about the new flooring I wanted to get at my new home and there was a guy named Alejandro Guzman who provided me the best service and answered all my questions! #1 place in my opinion!!
Sales people are helpful. Competitive pricing
Very nice to work wiht
Ive been using them for over three years. Great flooring, pricing and knowledge. If I dont know how to do something new with flooring, they are my first source for information.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ordered, loaded and on our way in no time at all!
Great friendly service and short wait times!
The folks who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The products are great and so are the prices.
Amazing staff and varieties
Knowlegable agressive but upbeat staff.Pleasure doing business with them.Sure you can shop around but these guys make it easy.
Our counter butcher blocks are beautiful and high quality!
Hard-working integrity driven people
Our floor turned out great. The acacia Tobacco Road is very nice.
Prices are comparable to Home Depot or Lowes...not great. Sales associate pressured me into leaving contact info and I regret doing so...received a credit card offer from them in the mail a few weeks later. What a scam.
They had some options to match the floor that we have however it was going to take 2 weeks to get it which is not a huge problem except it wasnt quite exactly what we needed so ultimately we ended up not getting it from them but they do have some good options for flooring and trim
Called Mukilteo WA store to see if store provided handicapped wheel chairs or electric carts. Associate Crystal said they have 2 parking spaces right out front. Asked again if chairs/carts available. We are a very small store was offered. Commented that was not handicapped friendly only to hear it is a very small store repeated. Then since they were so small, I asked if they had full range of samples or should I seek another larger branch. Finally a coherent answer that they did. Hey, I was raised 11 miles from your birthplace, Boston. This would not fly there.
Hey these guys did a great job helping me with the whole process of choosing a floor style and installing the floors. Id use them again! My place looks great. The place is for sale too. Find it on Zillow...33718 SE Tibbits St Snoqualmie WA Thanks.
We ordered 1,500 sqft of bamboo flooring this year to remodel our house. The service was excellent, and the price was good too. The only issue was the quality in which the the wood was delivered. About 1% of the boards had some form of damage (scratches, chips, a large chunk gouged from the middle). However, this was not a big deal as the damage usually located to single points. Those boards were cut and trimmed to fill smaller spaces.I do want to comment on something many of you may have seen in the news: the formaldehyde (Im specifically talking about Morning Star brand bamboo flooring). Now, formaldehyde is a common ingredient in the adhesives used to make the bamboo floor. Yes the manufacturer is supposed to allow the product to off-gas before packaging, but it seems they are still having issues with that process. Dont be discouraged though, just follow these guidelines and you should have no issues:1) unpackage the wood in a room that you can keep heated, closed off from the rest of the house, and are able to ventilate from time to time.2) when unpackaging if there is excess formaldehyde, you will notice your airways beginning to dry out, take a break. Stop what youre doing, air out the room, and hydrate.3) close off the room and allow the wood to sit at room temperature (70f).4) every few days, over the course of 2 weeks (or until the smell goes away) air out the room.5) after about 2 to 3 weeks the smell should be gone and youre ready to install.
I was referred to Lumber Liquidators Mukilteo by my contractor. I was surprised with the amaizing customer service. I dont know a whole lot about flooring materials. The stuff appeared all to be very knowledgble about their product. The gentleman who first helped was by the name of Andrew. And then next day I came in Daniel who appears to be the manger assisted further. I came in with a lot of questions. They were very Patient and offered amazing prices . Daniel made some great recomdemtions which helped with decision making process. I ended up ordering 1200 sq of of solid Maple along with some moldings.I ran short of material . Daniel was kind enough to pace a rush delivery.Id definitely come back here .Thank you lambor liquidators.
Awesome service, product and we couldnt be happier!
Wow, how can I explain what a horrible experience I have had with Chris, Aro, and Andrew at Lumber Liquidators, as well as the installers they contract out to- Andre and Paul. First, Chris promised me that the flooring would take 7-10 days to arrive at the Mukilteo store and once it arrived I could get the installation scheduled. He failed to mention that it took 2 more weeks after that just to get the transition pieces. That was only a small part of the dishonesty and misinformation. Heres my story: Andre the Installer Lumber Liquidators contracts with comes out to do an estimate (which I paid for in advance), take measurements, and writes up a 3 page list of all of the products I am going to need. The total is over $6,000. This is for a 650 sq ft condo with vinyl plank at $1.99 per sq ft. Andre assures me that I may not need to pay for self-leveling, but he wont know until he rips the carpet up. So, he estimates the max amount of materials and labor needed for the self-leveling based on the square footage and his vast experience and says I will be refunded at the end if self-leveling is not needed. I confirmed this with Andrew, Chris, and Aro both in person and over the phone. So, I take off work, to go in and sign the final paperwork and pay over $6k for everything, thinking that most likely, I will be getting a refund. (They require you to PAY IN FULL before any of the work is done fyi. This will become an important part of my story later. I was told that this is not standard, from other flooring installers after the fact.) My neighbor just had her floors done and she did not need self-leveling. Another neighbor did his floors and only needed 5 bags. I had already paid for 10, so still, I think Im getting a refund at the end of all of this. After waiting a month for the installation appointment, they showed up today and ripped out all of my carpet. They said I would need self-leveling after all. Fine, I was prepared for this, and I already paid for it anyways. Then I get a call from Andrew tonight asking for a payment of over $2,000 for more self-leveling material and labor costs? What??? I already thought I was being ripped off ($400 charge for moving a few pieces of furniture for example). Now I get a phone call saying that the installation cannot be done without paying 1/3 more than what I thought was my FINAL bill that I already paid. I told Andrew I do not have $2,000 more for this project, as I had already paid, and not once was warned that there could possibly be more charges after already paying and finalizing everything. Chris assured me that the Installers dont get paid until I sign off on the job to my satisfaction. Unfortunately that doesnt matter since I have already paid in full, the product has been delivered, and I am sleeping on concrete. It is unbelievable to me that Lumber Liquidators not once warns customers verbally or in writing that the bill that they are paying before installation can even be scheduled may not be final at all. When Andrew called me today to ask for the (over) $2000 payment for unanticipated labor and materials, I asked him if this had ever happened to him before. He said no, not in the year he had worked there. I asked him if he warned customers that they might need to put aside 1/3 or more of the final invoice for surprises. He said he warned his customers about this. On the contrary, when I paid, they assured me they OVERestimated product and labor, so that if anything, customers end up getting a refund. So now, I am sitting here on a concrete floor with $3k worth of material sitting in my living room that I have already paid to install in full. But since I dont have another $2k, their hands are tied and I now have to return everything and theyre going to charge me for labor and delivery. Installers who underestimate by over $2k are just plain incompetent or, possibly, ripping you off. And a company that continues to contract with these types of unscrupulous contractors is not a company to do business with. I will no longer buy product from Lumber Liquidators.
Very informative and knowledgeable associate.
