I contacted Harbour Pointe PC Repair to have my PC cleaned, and to have an overheating CPU problem fixed. When I initially called I was told that I could drop it off, and it would be ready the same day. After not receiving a phone call the same day, I called to find out what was going on and got no answer or reply. I called again the next day, and was told it was not done yet because he ran out of compressed air, and that it would be done the following day. After not receiving a call the next day, I called back again and was told it would be ready the following day, which also never happened. I called at the end of the fourth day, and was told that he forgot to tell me that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, he told me he had fixed the problem, but didnt tell me what exactly he even did. The case was cleaner, but I still had to finish cleaning it myself. The next day I ran into the same CPU overheating issues again. So at the end of it all, I got charged $80 for the guy to blow out my case with compressed air, and not fix the actual problem. My advice is to take your PC somewhere else to get worked on

Truthfully: average prices about what you can find on ebay at the end of a bid and some pretty good stock, nice workers who know what they are doing and are kind too. Good shiz

Sadly, it was broken when returned. “Weak hinges” I was told even though it didn’t exhibit any issues for me. Make your own judgements

My computer wasnt starting up. They got it up and running and I got it back the same day.

On site visit a plus. Bob came to the business to clean our infected computers. He was quick and thorough. Honest in his billing time. We recommend this business and will definitely use services in the future.

Called at the end of the day and he was there the next morning. Cleared out all my issues and double checked everything. Explained everything he was doing. My computer had become so slow really quickly and now it is like new!!! Very reasonable. Great service!
