Peter (the owner) was great. He diagnosed my 75 Samsung TV quickly (unfixable, in my case), found a way to get warranty recovery, and helped with purchase of a new TV. He was fast, reasonably priced, trustworthy and friendly. Thanks, Peter!

Peter is an experienced professional and repaired my plasma TV. The cost of the initial diagnosis and estimate for repair were reasonable, and that fee was refunded when I agreed to move forward with the repair. The repair was done on time as promised and Peter clearly communicated what repairs were required. Peter will drive to your home to look at your TV, although I brought the TV to his small shop. The best thing to do is call Peter to make an appointment because he will likely be on a house call for a customer. Im glad I found this s place to repair my TV, rather than thrown out a large piece of electronics that is still current in technology for my needs.

Peter is very honest and very efficient in his work. He came to my house and gave me a few issues on why my tv wouldnt turn on and wrote me an estimate and took my tv to his shop. Less than a week later he returned with it and helped me re-mount it to my wall. Will use them for any future issues I may have.

My Fathers Samsung LCD TV that I ordered for him on December 4, 2010 suddenly lost the picture and then the sound on August 25, 2019. I dropped the TV off at Awake-TV, explained the problem and paid $30 to Peter to diagnose the problem. Peter called me back 1:30 hours later to tell me that the TV needed the power board replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the power board.The TV was repaired and back operating in about 6 hour.

I brought my new beautiful flatscreen TV in because it was turning on 3out of 5 times you would press the power button.saw good reviews on yelp about this place.they must have been written by his friends because not only did he have my TV for a month,but gave me the run around about it needing this part or that part.then was told it cant be fixed.i think my TV was used for parts.there is nothing but broken TVs in this place.i should have known better..

Peter did a fantastic job on a difficult to diagnose problem. He had to order several versions of the replacement board and consulted with his professional network to come up with the solution. Honest, tenacious and easy to work with.

I had gone to him when my Samsung LED stopped working!He charged $30 to diagnose the problem (which is reasonable) and then suggested some economic ways to solve the problem!My manufacturers warranty (1 year) expired and he suggested that credit card (with which I bought the TV) usually gives me an extended warranty of one more additional year.When I talked to credit card company, that turned out to be true and I got the TV ready without spending anything from my pocket(got everything reimbursed from credit card company, including that initial $30)!His name is Peter Moon, he is really good and knows what he is doing!!
