I paid to get a receiver installed and the job took a lot longer than they said the quality is bad and also my speakers pop every time i turn my car on. Aside from that there is a small compartment on my center console that no longer closes thx to them and they refused to take responsibility for it.
Geek squad did an excellent job of resolving my issues. I was not able to use a sd card reader i had purchased. The Geek Squad representative was helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my issue quickly and I left Best Buy feeling happy and that I had been given the help I needed to solve my / GREAT JOB !!!!!
I would highly recommend trying the Geek Squad at this Best Buy in Mountain View. Precious was amazing! Super helpful and respectful. Its nice to come in with an item that doesnt work as well, and then walk out after about an hour and its working better than ever. While at the same time having a human work with you who is happy, and passes on their happiness to you.
Came here to repair a shattered iPhone display as it was more convenient than making an Apple Genius Bar appointment. Youll pay Apple prices as they are a certified third-party service provider, but in return youll receive service that is as courteous and professional as Apples but MUCH more promptly & seamlessly. Highly highly recommended.

The two people I dealt with were incompetent imbecile nincompoops, William and Tommy. One scaring me that the Apple devices batteries could be ruined by overcharging with factory chargers (impossible). The other decided to flat-out lie about why they had deemed it dangerous to replace my battery due to possibly bending it while simultaneously stating that half the glue behind the battery was not there (how did he know?). I knew for a fact that the battery was somewhat loose and it was the original Apple battery. He could have stuck to the policy of not servicing it because it turns out the screen was third-party (my family had replaced it while they used it, unbeknown to me at the time). They actively _chose_ to lie.

Some people on The Geek Squad are really gifted and really know how to fix things. Other people, not so much. My experience has been really hit-or-miss.
