Allure Dental Center is one of the best dentistry’s I have ever been to. One of many reasons why I say this is because they always prioritize and cater to their patients as they are very knowledgeable and will always elaborate if need be. Also, the comfort I had being there was great! They offer headsets in which you can watch Netflix while they operate; very relaxing and passes time quickly too! 11/10 would recommend for flexibility, comfort, knowledgeable, communication.

Ive gone here for 4 years and all these ladies and my dude Ty are amazing at their job. Dr. Lee really cares about saving your teeth. Most my work i got done at Allure Dental I payed out of pocket for 4 years. i had no insurance at all but let me tell you their work was worth every cent. Im truly thankful for everyone who works in this office. In all realness words dont describe how much this place saved my teeth. Also its not just the dental department (Andrea) is also really awesome at helping you and going over pricing. This place is AMAZING.

Overall not a good experience. It took a while to get started and then, for maybe half an hour spent taking pictures and X-rays. The hygienist then was on a mission to sell me deep cleaning. Even before the dentist saw me, the hygienist was adamant that I need deep cleaning ASAP. I was promised teeth whitening but was rudely told I cannot get it unless I do all recommended services! The dentist herself didn’t recommend any immediate actions but the receptionist said I needed fillings and deep cleaning ASAP. What a bunch!

I was very comfortable there. I found the staff quite knowledgeable and coordinated in their approach to their care of my teeth. Their office staff gave me personal attention that made it easy to plan future steps in my care. They even followed up to make sure prescriptions ordered were available to me in a timely manner. Dr Trinh Lee addressed my dental issues directly and immediately. I highly recommend them.

Great dentist. Everyone is fast, professional, thorough, and kind. I never have to wait when I get to my appointment. They always give thorough evaluations and communicate well with the patient before, during, and after appointments. Bonus for being able to watch movies and tv shows during appointments.

I really love this place. My family and I have been coming here for 23 years. We initially came here to get braces for my daughter, who is all grown up now and still has a beautiful smile thanks to Drs. Trinh and Suzanna. All of the staff are professional and caring, from the front desk to the hygienists. They have always listened to my concerns and worked with me to address them. They treat you like family and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

Came here for the first time a few days ago, loved how everyone made me feel comfortable, I was super nervous. The staff were all very nice and professional. Happy to have found this place that cares for your needs!

One star for a very nice receptionist and a young lady who assisted the doctor.This was my first visit of a dentist in the US ever because I still regularly visit my dentist in the Czech republic. I just couldn’t travel this spring and didn’t want to be late with anything.On their website, they say they also do pediatric dentistry so I made an appointment for my 2-years-old son as well. The idea was to come there, assist at my son’s treatment, send him home with grandpa and enjoy my own treatment like we usually do it. I was very surprised when they asked me to sit in a chair first. I suggested to start with him so he’s not tired and grumpy after long waiting but then I was told we would be taken care of in parallel and they would come for him in a few mins. Long story short, I needed to interrupt my treatment so I could sit there with him. I cannot imagine in which universe, a 2-years-old toddler comes to a completely new environment, willingly goes with a stranger in a mask and shield to sit in a chair and opens his mouth for an almost hour long treatment. Doesn’t look like a great experience with pediatric dentistry.After I sent my son home, they could start with me, took some pictures, xrays and examined me with a spectrophotometer. Only looking to results from this machine, not looking into my mouth at all, they told me I’ve 12 cavities! I asked how it could be possible when my xrays from 7 months ago didn’t reveal anything. I also emphasized, in the CR we visit a dentist and a dental hygienist separately in different clinics and they both said my teeth were ok. Nobody could explain this to me but the more people I talked to about it (3 altogether) the more severe my cavities were - the assistant doing the examination mentioned little enlightenings, the doctor coming afterwards was talking about proper cavities and the lady planning next appointments and talking about pricing even dared suggesting my dentist “is maybe waiting for making me a crown because she doesn’t want to fix those big cavities”!Before the cleaning in the end, I told them that from home I’m used to bring my toothbrushes with me so the doctor or the hygienist see my cleaning technique and can intervene if it’s wrong. I was only told “hm, interesting” and nobody cared. After the cleaning they added “keep up with your brushing!” Ok, but how if apparently what I’m doing now is not enough?! :P Also demonizing interdental toothbrushes in favor of floss, saying interdental toothbrushes cause periodontitis 😱 On the picture added you can see how interdental spaces of your molars look like - good luck with a floss there! It’s only about repairing teeth here, not educating patients how to take care of them so they don’t have to be fixed.In the end, after almost 3 hrs spent there, I was just horrified. I asked them to send me the new xrays which I had to urge a couple days after. I also managed to put together my medical records from my dental hygienist in the CR, sent everything to my dentist there and after long discussions she told me when she tries to find something really hard, she sees 1 (!) tiny enlightening on one tooth that could also be just a bright picture and she would need to check it right in my mouth. She also revealed she herself doesn’t work with a spectrophotometer because of its false positive results when it very often marks pigmentation stains etc. She closed this case for me as an over treatment. And I’d like too add here, nobody could suspect her she’d like to repair it by herself because the health system in the CR is different from the US one and dentists having contracts with insurance companies don’t really earn almost anything.

I always enjoy coming here when I need dental services done. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone is very professional and courteous. I’m happy to have my teeth monitored by such a great group. I’m always nervous about the injections but never feel them because such a great job is done. I also appreciate the follow up call from the doctors and the soup that’s offered after major services. I definitely recommend this dental office.

I got two root canals and three crowns from the extremely competent and friendly people at Allure Dental Center. It was one of the best, most painless dental experiences I’ve had. I was asleep for all the surgeries and that was a blessing. I will definitely return again for future cleanings and work.

Each time I goto Allure Dental Center reduces my fear of the dentist. I dont like having dental work done; I struggle on a huge level and every single time they are so patient with me, and gentle and make me feel safe. Every single time, I leave feeling better. Every time I come in that office, I feel special and cared for as an individual, even though I know they have hundreds of other patients.They constantly stay up to date with the latest medical information and technology, which they use in their office - its great to know you get the most advanced treatment and prevention strategies! They are also very transparent with all the information and let you know everything about your teeth and the costs. All of their staff from the admin team to the finance girl, to the hygienists to the two doctors are very caring about their work and the patients, go above and beyond, and are just amazing!

This was mine and my son’s first visit to Allure Dental. The staff there were all super friendly and nice. My hygienist (believe her name started with a V) took her time to explain to me my oral care and do my cleaning, best cleaning so far I’ve had. She was very nice to ask me several times throughout the cleaning if I was okay or if I needed a break. My sons hygienist was super friendly also, he had to go by himself but I could hear them having a conversation during the whole check up. I would definitely refer this location to others :)

I went here for a wisdom-teeth removal procedure. 5 stars absolutely! The staff (Dr. Lee and team) were super competent, warm and friendly. I called them up one day morning and they were able to schedule an appointment before noon on the very same day (shout out to Apple at the front desk!). Wait time was minimal; I was done with the procedure and out within 1.5 hours. Feel absolutely no pain. All in all, amazing experience. Would strongly recommend!

I have come to this center multiple times for different procedures. Overall I have had a great experience with them. Dr. Lee is very sweet, very thorough and explains you all different options and helps you take a low risk effective resolution. She checked on me after my procedure. Amazing orthodontist place! Went here to get my braces since my old dentist retired and i felt like a struck gold! Very nice staff members, always welcoming, and a wonderful atmosphere. Im not exactly the greatest client around. Iprobably make my dentists frown when they see I havent flossed, but the thing is they dont. Rather than scold me, they always smile and warmly encourage me to do better. I feel a sense of ease and deep care from their work. Allure Dental Center is a fantastic business run by a great group of skilled and friendly people. They are the most thorough and hospitable dental practice I have ever gone to. My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner because my poor teeth were riddled with problems that were not caught by my previous dentist. They use very modern technology and make sure to examine your teeth through several methods as to catch an cavities or potential problems early. I came to see Dr. Lee for a check up and cleaning this last week. When it comes to dentists it can be either a hit or miss. All I can say is that my first experience was GREAT! Ive seen my fair share of dentists where Ive left unsatisfied, or feel like they werent accommodating to my needs. Being seen by Dr. Lee is by far one of the best experiences I have had. My work schedule is very hectic, but Allure Dental Center were very accommodating with my schedule and I never felt rushed.The office atmosphere was very inviting and creates a very calm mood; a spa like setting....to top it all off, they offer drinks while you wait! Dr Lee and staff are great! Not only do they get the job done but they are always taking the extra step beyond.... I was away from home working in Mountain View CA, when on more than one occasion needed dental treatment. I was seen as soon as possible. Great thing that Dr Lee sends you home with warm soup! I love this dentist! I’m usually a little nervous but I’ve realized that there is no need to be nervous when I come here because the visits are always painless! My schedule is kinda crazy but Apple always finds a time that works for me! Everyone is nice, friendly, and accommodating so it makes every visit pleasant! I recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist so a lot of my friends come here too and they have all had great experiences, like me! Plus they never forget your birthday ;)

Dont go here. The staff is indeed friendly. But after a year of going there, it was obvious that they were recommending unnecessary cleanings and procedures to take advantage of my insurance.The first appointment was fine, but they said maybe I needed to come 3 times a year instead of 2. The second appointment lead them to say that my gums arent as healthy as I had always been told. And by the third, it was very urgent that I get a deep cleaning and maximize the 4 cleanings a year that my insurance will pay for. And the deep cleaning will be charged more to the insurance and then discounted in their office after the insurance pays to give me a discount...so untruthful! It was all a snowball to make sure they got as much out of the insurance as they could. We switched dentists after that last appointment.

Great dentists. Fantastic staff. Very gentle. Both Doctors Lee have every license, certification, award, and skill for all your dental care. They even do follow up calls to make sure you are well. And everyone seems really happy there.

I came to Allure Dental with some severe dental issues after a long period without dental insurance and a LOT of work to be done. Not to mention a fair amount of anxiety about even going to the dentist in the first place.The staff was super friendly, understanding, and judgement-free. Dr. Lee herself has been AMAZING, definitely the best dentist Ive ever had. When theres significant decay, she prefers to try to save the tooth with a filling rather than do a root canal right off the bat (unlike other dentists). I really appreciate that, and because of her strategy weve been able to save seven of my teeth with deep decay from root canals!!! Im so, so grateful for that.They also take your comfort level very seriously. Sometimes you just need a break during a long procedure, and they are totally cool with that, which really makes a difference. For those who struggle with dental anxiety like me, they offer various levels of sedation to keep you calm throughout the procedure. My first visit I used the lowest level, and I havent needed to use it since :]Thank you!!

Let me just say that i actually haven’t had a better place to come get dental work done. Coming here for almost 8 years Dr Lee, Dr Trinh, & their staff have always been so kind to me and my family. Very courteous staff, and most importantly excellent doctors. State of the art equipment allowing the to show you before-after pictures. They perform only the strictly necessary work, and the doctor follows up with a call a few hours later to make sure you are okay. VIP treatment!

When I decided to find another dentist, I knew my reasons. I had enough of the snappy, habitually indifferent young ladies at the front desk. I had enough of dentists hurrying in and out of rooms from patient to patient like Figaro, doing a so-so job instead of a quality one. If you had the same experience in your dental office then you would understand me.I found Allure by searching online a few years ago, then I just decided to come in person to this place and see how I feel about it. And after 3 years I had not a single regret towards this change! First impression: the front desk assistants never disappointed me and were always attentive and kind in-person and by phone. Staff (by the way, what a pleasure and a relief to be surrounded by such a dedicated, well trained, and supportive team) is welcoming as it can ever be. And when it comes to the doctors Suzanna and Trinh, true humanity meets true professionalism. They are both perfectionists in their work, highly educated, and they would do their best possible work for your gums and teeth.I have never had such thorough and thoughtful dental exams, such detailed consultations and fantastic quality procedures than with these two doctors! They are so passionate and hardworking in what they are doing. I am absolutely happy to be under their care and cant thank them enough for their selfless efforts to help me with my problems!

Allure Dental Center has it all. Excellence in care and superior dentistry. I am a long time patient of Dr. Suzanna Lee and have always received the most amazing care and results. The same care has been provided by Hygienest Hope. The Doctors and staff are like family and the office feels more like a spa than a traditional Dentist office. I was dentist phobic until I came to Allure but not any more. I absolutely highly recommend Allure.

Do NOT recommend for General Dentistry. To start, the hygienists English was pretty bad. She suggested I had a root cavity. This was followed by a second lady taking pictures with machine Ive never seen, which she confidently declared that I had a fissure cavity.When Dr. Lee showed up, she didnt investigate either of the aforementioned cavities. She instead looked at the x-rays and suggested I had 4 additional cavities between my teeth. When I began asking questions to understand the severity of the decay (if it was in my dentin); she quickly became short and unfriendly in her responses. In my mind, a doctors second most important job (besides treatment) is to help patients make smart choices about their health; and in this regard it was a disaster.She describes herself as proactive, which I would agree with. If thats your not your style, look elsewhere.

Allure Dental Center is absolutely amazing!I arrived at my appointment in excruciating pain. I was met and welcomed by the Allure Team, and within minutes they were hard at work. Everyone was professional, and exceptionally caring - way beyond the call of duty. Both doctors worked on my teeth in order to be sure they could do all that was needed to relieve the pain.When I left, I was pain-free, and had been set up with a detailed plan for going-forward.The next day, I stopped by the office to retrieve my forgotten glasses, and was presented with a vase of flowers, and a card, in honor of my upcoming June wedding!Allure Dental Care is the most amazing dental care I have ever received!

Dr Lee and Dr Trinh are the best. They are very patient and take the time to make you feel comfortable as well as explain why and what they are doing in your mouth. They are great with kids too. Highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a dentists. I have referred family and friends and they are all very happy.

Their service and quality of work is superb! They take care of you from the beginning till the end of treatment. The Dentist will even call you personally after certain meticulous case to check on you if you are okay. After long hours of treatment they know you will be hungry after, they have a soup ready for you. On your birthday they remember you and gives you a bday cake or even other special events like your wedding :). I chose them to be my dentist and even for my son is because of their service- the best! Which is very important to me. It is well worth of what you pay for.

Everyone at Allure is very kind and attentive. Dr. Lee, Andrea, and the hygienist Yanet always make me feel welcome and do their best to help me (and my terrible anxiety!). Excellent service. People who work here were very nice and greeted me with kinds smiles. They would explain and show what procedures they were going to do and when you have a question,they answer it. Great dental center and staff. The staff really takes care of you and provides everything you need and more. I had a filling done on Wednesday in which I fell asleep in the chair while watching a movie. When it was done I left with a bag of goodies including hot tomatoe soup! Great accommodations!

Fraudulent scam artist. Recommended a treatment plan for thousands. I asked for a print out and wouldnt give it to me after I said I was going to consult with my previous dentist. She said every dentist treatment plan will be different. Yeah right. Said I had 3 cavities. Just saw my previous dentist 9 months ago.Update:Went to a different dentist and said I had no cavities.

Ive been going to these folks for a number of years at this point - including procedures beyond just cleaning. Further, Ive sent no less than 5 new people to them (all of them also more than satisfied) within the last 2 years. These gals rock! And even after moving an hour away, I still go back to them for my regular appointments. I couldnt recommend them more.

By far the best experience Ive had. I went in to get my wisdom tooth extracted, felt really welcoming coming into the office, very nice and friendly staff. It was my turn so I Sat down Dr. Lee numbed me up real good and I didnt even feel a thing when when she Extracted my wisdom tooth !!! How amazing is that ?! This office even has virtual reality glasses that plays movies from Netflix while you get your teeth done, no staring into the light blinding or hurting your eyes, just watch a movie and relax. They even gave me a can of warm tomato soup after! I Highly recommend coming to this practice.

Ive been going to Allure for as long as I can remember since it was family recommended and it has been a great experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for 9 years. She is so kind and gentle and always follows up with me after each appointment. When I get my filling done I never feel the shots! The office is very decorative and clean and everyone that works there is extremely friendly. I used to hate going to the the dentist, but now I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I got my braces and I love my results!!!!!!!!

Will do everything to max out your insurance on a given year. Recommend unnecessary procedures. Will damage perfectly healthy teeth for cosmetic reasons. Go to a real dentist and anything you hear from these people get a second opinion, I beg you.

5/31/18 First time at Allure Dental today.From the phone call to inquiry about their services to the end of my visit today: five stars all around.Got the referral from friends to go there and Im so glad I did. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and so nice- it was the type of treatment where they put the patients comfort first and that includes making patients feel welcomed and at ease. As someone in the customer service industry, I definitely appreciated that so much.I vowed to start using my benefits from this year and was a bit nervous about going in for a cleaning and exam. But because everyone was so professional and kind, it put me at great ease- and it was especially awesome that each person let me know what they were going to do before and after different services (x-rays, teeth exam, making moldings, photo of teeth, etc).Several people did different services for me today but Max worked on me for the main services like X-rays, teeth exam and deep cleaning- Max was really awesome! So patient and really explained everything - professional from the get go. Relatable- personality was friendly and calm. He did a great job on the cleaning!!Apple handled the call for my appointment and also my payment at the end- she is a sweetheart and super kind. So patient as well!Clean facility, comfortable waiting area. I have to say: they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you had a good experience.I mentioned who referred me and I got a discount on my services - how sweet is that?!?!Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this visit. Never though I would say that about a dental office but Allure Dental definitely stands out from the rest!They even gave me a care package( soup, medicine, snacks, water bottle) and a welcome package with a water bottle with goodies in it for your oral health.Extras: They even have fresh baked cookies and snacks! I highly recommend this dental practice. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They have provided all my dental work from checkups and cavities, veneers, implant, and gum tissue replacement. This team leads in their field and can do it all; as well as dealing with my dental anxieties, which faded on my first visit over 15 years ago. That was a miracle in itself!! When I decided to find another dentist, I knew my reasons. I had enough of the snappy, habitually indifferent young ladies at the front desk. I had enough of dentists rushing in a hurry in and out of rooms from patient to patient like Figaro, doing a so-so job, instead of a quality one. If you had the same experience in your dental office then you would understand me. I found Allure by searching online a few years ago, then I just decided to come in person to this place and see how I feel about it. And after 3 years I had not a single regret towards this change! First impression: the front desk assistants never dissapointed me and were always attentive and kind in-person and by phone. Staff (by the way, what a pleasure and a relief to be surrounded by such a dedicated, well trained, and supportive team) is welcoming as it can ever be. And when it comes to the doctors Suzanna and Trinh, true humanity meets true professionalism. They are both perfectionists in their work, highly educated, and they would do their best possible work for your gums and teeth. I have never had such thorough and thoughtful dental exams, such detailed consultations and fantastic quality procedures than with these two doctors! They are so passionate and hardworking in what they are doing. I am absolutely happy to be under their care and cant thank them enough for their selfless efforts to help me with my dental needs!

Everything in this office is so clean, organized, and safe. Dr. Trinh has done an amazing job and I could not be happier with my teeth right now. Everything looks perfect! The staff is also so organized so caring to all the patients that come in.

Both Dr. Lee’s are the best dentist out there! They have been taken care of me for over 12 years from basic cleaning to more complex procedures crowns, tissue graftings and root canals. I continue to come back as I know that I am in good hands.

I have been a patient at Allure Dental for many years. Dr. Lee and the staff are warm and wonderful service providers. The cleanings and follow-up work are very straight-forward and they always keep me informed on the work they are doing before and during the procedures. I used to live in Palo Alto, but after moving to the South Bay, I find myself continuing to come to Allure Dental for all my needs.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I felt I had to share. I am an anxious person generally and dental appointments make me ill with anxiety. I have tried various forms of sedation throughout the years. However, I dont tolerate them well and prefer not to be sedated.Today while getting fillings replaced I tried Nu Calm. I am so glad I followed the Doctors advice and tried it. Its drug free and as easy as listening to music. I cannot emphasize enough how well it worked; I almost fell asleep!If that wasnt awesome enough, the entire staff is always so pleasant and caring.
