I have found that the extended warranty proved to be a good investment. My 2017 pickup had a starter die, took it to the dealer they contacted ASC Warranty, within minutes i got a text saying that a ticket was being open for a repair. When the the work was done I got another text that the car total bill was taken care of.ASC did a great job in my mind and kept me informed on the progress of the process.

I bought my van used, so I decided to get an extended warranty. I don’t usually do that. I decide to get it for 10 years. I so very happy I did! It has more than aid for itself. I have never had any problems with them paying. In my opinion ASC Warranty is the one around. Give them a try.

My 2015 Jeep has a transmission problem. From the moment I called ASC to find out where I could take it for repairs I was treated great. I had never used an extended warranty. My AC went out. I called ASC and their service rep was knowledgeable and help me find my account. They thoroughly explained my coverage and set up my AC claim. All of this occured in minutes with very little effort on my part. It was painless.While getting my car fixed, ASC kept me up to date with text messages.Dealing with the garage was easy as well. They had dealt with ASC several times before an even praised the company as providing quick and reasonable outcomes.

Their representatives are very friendly and treat you like family. ASC pays for repairs quickly. I couldnt ask for better.

In 2019 we bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 3500. We also bought a warranty from ASC which we paid $4001.34.We did have some work done on the 4 wheel drive which ASC paid promptly. The problem I am having is with cancellation of the policy. The repairs to the 4 wheel drive happened twice for a total of about $1800. I recently cancelled the policy which we had for 2 years and only received back &173.00. This was a terrible deal for me. I would have been $2000 better off just fixing it myself. They made out like a bandit, only paying out $1800 and keeping the rest of my $4000. Never will I ever purchase a warranty from ASC again!

We have a 2015 Yukon Denali that we purchased used. When we purchased the vehicle we opted in to buy the offered warranty package through ASC which included the high tech package. After a few months of owning our vehicle, we were headed back from a vacation and the transmission started shifting funny and shuttering. Got it home and dropped it off at our trusted Transmission repair shop. He confirmed a torque converter clutch failure. Notified ASC ASAP and they worked flawlessly with the repair shop to get my vehicle back to me! I was soo skeptical at first of having a warranty company. But after this repair and process I cant recommend ASC enough!! They were speedy with approval and payment to repair shop. Our vehicle went into the repair shop on a Thursday and the following Thursday it was finished. ASC also reimbursed me $200 on my week long rental I had to get! No gimmicks or games with this company, quick straight forward process!

I cant recall the last time I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by a company. So many time companies make promises and once the get your money they are invisible. This company has gone above and beyond. They have been a no hassle provider not only to me as a customer but to the service providers as well. I just had a new set of tires put on and my inner tie rod was bad. The guy running the tire business said I have working with warranty companies for 35+ years and no one has covered a tie rod. 10 minutes later he called me back and was shocked at the no hassle claim that he did some quick research and said he was going to recommend them to anyone looking for a extended used car warranty. I will NEVER buy another used car without having an extended warranty through ASC! They are AWESOME!

I bought a vehicle from R&L auto sales, They sold me a warranty through ASC Warranty, They were real professional and processed my claim pretty efficient, but I had to go three weeks without a vehicle thats why I only gave them a 4 rating.

Warranty claim was submitted as per policy instructions via email. Advisor provided prompt and courteous response with question on mileage which was entered incorrectly. Awesome that they pay out on the little things, but my transmission needed to be replaced back in May. Pay a lump some of money okay for these guys to pay out a little portion of the repair.New transmission cost - $3600What ASC was going to cover - $1000Wouldve never had gotten warranty if I knew only so little was to cover something major

I bought the best package. So far I’ve use the warranty twice with my local mechanic. I needed both of my front wheel bearings replaced. The 2 times I used ASC they covered parts and labor. The only thing they don’t cover is shop supplies and taxes. It’s my first time using a third party warranty and I’m happy with them. Thank you.

I definitely recommend ASC. We purchased their high-tech package when we bought a 4-year-old Nissan in January 2021 because the vehicle has every high tech option for that model & year. Five months later, we found out the A/C didn’t cool the vehicle sufficiently when temps rose above 85F. I had a little trepidation about how the ASC warranty would work but it turned out there was no need to worry; ASC covered the parts & labor, we only had to pay for the diagnostic fee, shop supplies & state taxes. The service writer had experience with ASC, said she works with them all the time & noted they were easy to work with. ASC kept me updated with texts about the warranty status. I hope we don’t need ASC’s service again, but if we do it’s reassuring to know they will be there for us.

I purchased this warranty policy with my used vehicle. It was a good decision as it covered some brake repairs that I needed done. It did not cover all of the repairs but cut out $1100 in fees. Great customer service and they follow up which is great to know you are valued as a purchaser.

Flawless process for AC repair on my 2012 GMC Acadia. Dropped vehicle off at my mechanic. Told him the issue and the warranty info was in the passenger seat. 2 hours later received a text that a claim was submitted for a new AC condenser. Then a text that claim was approved and what my cost of repair would be. Very pleased with service.

Purchased this warranty through the dealer and they have been great to work with. I have had two claims so far and it has gone extremely smooth. I would highly recommend them.

The customer service was amazing!! I was able to take my truck to the repair facility of my choice and received a text once the claim was approved and then another text once the claim had been paid. The claim was paid to the shop in a couple of hours and I was able to pick up truck and get back on the road!

I purchase warranties quite frequently. I use them for everything from appliances to homes. This was 2 1/2 years in to a 3 year warranty. I have NEVER received the type of service and no hassle coverage warranty use in my life as I have with ASC! I had 2 large claims within a week of each other. One repair was for a $1k and the second for a transmission yet the process was so simple and quick!! It has been A-MA-ZING! I dont think I will ever buy another car warranty from anyone else. I only wish they covered other items..lol. Not everyone uses warranties, but if youre considering it, I STRONGLY recommend ASC to you!

Mike was heaven sent. I needed $3400 worth of work done to my GL450 and Mike went to bat for my wife and I and got a nice chunk of that covered. ASC Warranty has been amazing!! Totally worth the little extra money forward. I had three claims throughout my used vehicles life and never once did they give any hassle for payments. In fact ASC took control and talked to the dealership and I had to do virtually nothing. This is so helpful and convenient especially in a time of distraught like when your vehicle isnt operating correctly. I had my front differential go out on my truck after I made the first payment. Took it to the shop. They found a couple of more things. ASC approved it all with no hassle. Im always sceptical of aftermarket warranties. But ASC did a good job. I have a couple of minor things that I still need to get done not related to what they have done already. So Ill be using them again real soon. Well worth what I paid for the warranty.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Thanks to them I’ve been nearly 3 months without a vehicle… First of all the initial claims individual told me I had to take my truck to an extremely shady shop mind you this was 2 weeks after initial contact…. Then the truck sat for an additional 6 weeks due to this company failing to do what the shop suggested which was an engine replacement…. Finally I was able to pick my truck up only to make it 30 miles down the road before it began knocking and lost oil pressure….. the shop would not take responsibility due to this company refusing to do what was recommended… I was called and lied to by some other claims individual saying they don’t choose shops that they don’t know who the original claims guy was he was not affiliated with him… then a third manager told me he knew exactly who the John Bradshaw was that he worked for there company but wasn’t in claims…. The third individual said have it towed to a shop and we will cut you a check for the remainder of your coverage which I did…. Then I ended up with a 4th manager who’s given me more run around and refused to pay me the remainder of my claim money even after I had it towed to a shop per there orders which has cost me hundreds in towing for no reason… this is the most shady poor run company I think I’ve ever dealt with stay clear I’m sure there’s plenty more information I could add… I’ve still not made up my mind whether I will contact an attorney over all of this… another thing I was told my warranty capped at 5k so they wouldn’t replace the engine after it blew up once leaving the shop since they charged 4K in parts and labor but no where on any of the warranty paper work I was given does it say anything about a 5k max pay out…. All I wanted was my truck properly repaired but thanks to this company I’m coming up on 3 months with no truck…. Meanwhile I’m making truck payments along with insurance payments for something to just sit… I’ve waited to leave this review because I wanted to give this company every chance to make this right but they continue to play games and try to screw me over

Less than six weeks after purchasing a 2014 Ford Explorer the air conditioner stopped working. Because I had purchased an ASC Warranty when I purchased my Explorer, I was able to have my air conditioner compressor replaced that same day with ASCs speedy authorization. I have already recommended ASC to several of my friends as I have been an ASC customer for many years.

I took my 2015 Dodge Charger in for service because the ABS and Traction Control lights were illuminated. The service center called ASC and quickly received approval to repair the Wheel Speed Sensor. I was able to get the repair done the same day. I was informed via text every step of the way and even received a follow-up call just to make sure everything went well with the repair.

Had alternator and battery go bed. The process was easy and agent was very polite. I will definitely get another policy on my next car!

Very pleased with my experience. Had a warranty on my 2008 Ford Explorer. ASC warranty did a great job communicating coverages and setting expectations. I have always been torn on buying extended warranties because I’ve never had any luck with claims actually qualifying once submitted. ASC warranty was part of my purchase agreement with my dealer and I am so thankful it was. Shortly after purchasing my Suburban my a/c went out, I cannot be without my a/c, I took it to my dealer and to my surprise everything was covered under my warranty!! The entire repair only cost me $118 for tax I believe it was. Fast forward to now and with only 800 miles left on my warranty, I noticed oil on my driveway. I took it in to the dealer and sure enough there was two oil leaks, a bad vacuum pump, bad ball joints, and a ripped shock absorber. My warranty covered everything but the shock and vacuum pump, I couldn’t believe it, again it was a little over $100 out of pocket for me. The claim process is so easy, the dealer calls and gets approval, the claim is started and you receive a text, the work is completed and the dealer is paid directly from ASC. The dealer even informed me they were impressed at how easy it was and what impressive coverage I had. ASC has different levels of coverage and I am even talking with them to extend my now expired warranty a little longer.

My wife and I recently bought a new-used car. We decided to get used car insurance with the purchase. The insurance was through ASC. A few days after we had purchased the car we noticed a slight oil leak in the driveway. We took the car to the mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a crankcase seal damage. We contacted ASC, and even though we had the car less than a month, they took care of the bill for the repairs. No muss, no fuss. This is a great company! We have a policy for a car we purchased by a local dealer. My daughter was driving to work on a Friday evening when the auto start system failed to restart her car after stopping at the end of the exit ramp on the interstate. We called a tow truck suspecting a starter failure. The car was towed to the garage where the starter was replaced and we had the car back in service on the following Monday! There was ABSOLUTELY NO hassle from ASC, they paid in full and only contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great company, great customer service (I spoke with Mr. David Tyler), and absolutely phenomenal response time to our need!!!

Amazing Warranty Company!!! Recently purchased a new truck (new as in new to me) with just under 100k miles. Drove it around for around 2 months and noticed a very loud ticking noise. Had a shop diagnosed the issue, and they came back to me and said that I needed a new engine. The mechanic reached out to ASC with the repair bill, and within the hour ASC was reaching out to me in regards to the repairs my truck needed. Long story short they saved me thousands in repair bills. The only thing that I would suggest to people looking to use ASC, is to take your vehicle to a trusted and very good mechanic who will get you work done in a timely manner!

I keep hearing dealerships and smaller repair shops saying they wont take warranty coverage. I pushed BACK and you should too! ASC Warranty is the GOLD STANDARD of warranty coverage. They COVER AND THEY PAY. What more could you ask for? In two instances for me, they paid WITHIN ONE HOUR of the repair shop making the request and the claim being processed! I received all info quickly by text message. Thats not a guaranteed time, but its how it has worked for me!

I almost never purchase additional warranties on items. However, I am pleased that I decided to go with the ASC warranty on my 2013 Dodge RAM. My truck recently experienced a loss of the air conditioning. I took it to the dealer and when I reported the problem to the service writer, he asked me if I had an extended warranty. I gave him the ASC warranty information and he told me that ASC had a great track record. This proved to be true in my case. ASC paid for the air conditioning repairs on my truck. I am 100% satisfied with ASC.

I’ve filed two claims so far with a vehicle I’ve only owned for 6 months. Both times ASC fully covered the repairs (except for my contractual obligation to cover taxes and shop supplies) with no issues. My most recent repair was for over $5k and the mechanics were even surprised on how easy filing the claim through ASC was. I still have 3.5years and 45000 miles to go before the warranty expires. I hope I won’t need it but I love the confidence knowing that ASC has me covered if I do.

Wouldnt ok for our truck to be worked on so, with only have 1 vehicle we went ahead and had it worked on ( I mean you have to have a vehicle)after spending out for a very costly repair and contacting them again they refused to pay bc we didnt get the ok....well I guess its ok to take our money but not holding up yo your part.NOT RECOMMEND!!

Ive never purchased an extended warranty before but I decided it might be worth it for Lucette my 2014 Jaguar XJL Portfolio. last week the water pump went and, as anyone who has a luxury car knows, it got expensive, so I was happy I had purchased the warranty and its just about paid for itself. Joe at ASC was very helpful in processing my claim and answering my many questions. he even followed up asking for the invoice when the repair was delayed for work needing to be done at the Jaguar dealership. once I submitted the invoice it was processed the next business day and Ill have my check on Monday. great customer service and I liked that I could use it at my choice of repair shops. and big TY to Exceptional Motorcars for offering the warranty when I purchased Lucette.

They are friendly, professional, and prompt. Well worth the money spent, and I love having the peace of mind of a warrant in the event something goes wrong.

Ken’s Auto in Paris, Kentucky sold me a straight up lemon. I pretty much bought an 08 Nissan Titan with low compression needing a motor and couldn’t tell it until I noticed it was drinking oil. I only had the truck ten days and here I was calling asc warranty for help. At first I was denied but soon thereafter a sales rep that worked for them was jumping through hoops to try to help me even though he didn’t have too. He gave me relief when I needed the most! JB was his name. I’ll never forget it!

My fuel pump failed on my 2007 Z06 Corvette. ASC responded quickly and paid the claim exactly as stated in our agreement. First time I purchased an extended warranty and was worried it was scam. I was completely wrong. ASC did a great job. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. I find that most of the people who have bad experiences did not read the agreement and they did not understand what was or wasn’t covered.

Everything was taken care of, I didnt have to worry about it. The shop and the warranty company worked it all out. I am glad to have my car back on the road and thankful I didnt have to pay the full approximate $3000. This was a great investment!

If you have the opportunity to get an ASC warranty for your older car, you should. It easily pays for itself. I am so glad I listened to the person who suggested this warranty when I bought my 2013 VW. Every time my car has been to the shop the warranty covered the costs. The most recent repairs were the air conditioner compressor & timing belt, and the starter motor - over $2,000 repairs. My responsibility each time was for tax and maybe some incidental costs, coming in around $40 each time. ASC is the exception to the conventional wisdom about extended warranties.

I had a mechanical problem develop on my truck. I called ASC and found out it was covered under warranty. I took the truck to the garage that I chose. The next day my truck was repaired and the bill was taken care of under warranty. No hassle, professional service. No complaints!
